Working fine.
Nothing new.
Humming along. I've built a dozen new servers for the time in the next few months that I'll have to go to Watford to replace the dead servers.
Jailed strength athlete Sally McNeil remains in superb muscular condition
By Wessex man
Fresno, California -- Strength athlete and bodybuilder Sally McNeil remains in peak condition despite having served over 11 years in a California maximum security jail. Defying her age (47) Sally manages to achieve a punishing physical training schedule. Her panther muscularity matches that of a male gymnast twenty-five years younger. "'I've been having good workouts lately," she writes. "I ran 7-3/4 miles yesterday. After four miles I started circuit training, by which I mean doing pull-ups between each extra mile. After each mile I'd jump up on the overhead bar and do a set of 10 pull-ups, then jump down again and run another mile."
"Afterwards I was drenched in salt from sweating. My first four miles were all done in under 9 minutes -- 8.39, 8.45, 8.42 and 8.35. It took me an hour and 11 minutes to run 7-3/4 miles plus 30 pull-ups in sets of 10."
Sally is yearning to get back into the big game. She knows she's still in the right age group to display world class muscles. Indeed she's slightly younger that some of the mature top women of today e.g. Robin Parker, Betty Pariso, Amelia Hernandez, Lisa Aukland, Michelle Ivers-Brent, Colette Guimond and others. Everything will depend on whether Governor Arnold accepts her Clemency plea.
Sally wants to rebuild her size and definition because she's been deprived to heavy weights ever since she was jailed. She hopes that 'muscle memory', the bodybuilder's belief that muscles can remember what they used to be like, will restore her fabulous profile. Sally is a girl who knows the mega-voltage impact of quads and biceps.
Most of the sponsorships now are by giving women server space and bandwidth, so they can operate their web sites without having to pay these fees. There's also photoshoots, which gets some revenue into their hands, as well as the traditional direct-funding sponsorship.

Politics, sports and religion head the lists | On the Politics board, it's Liberals versus non-Liberals, on Religion, it's Lionheart vigorously defending his god from Billwick and Homoancient's vigorous attacks. |
Mavis is counting the number of times the message list is checked for each board. This gives a very different picture from the one above.

Wiggling your pinkie says ... not a lot
I checked the site statistics that Sandra counts up each night.
At the end of October 2007, there were about 989,000 pictures (91 gigabytes), 264 gigabytes of video, 11,500 text files (mostly stories) and a total of about 356 gigabytes. There's about 270 million pictures altogether in Newsthumbs, increasing at about 5 million per month.
