This story is a collaboration between me and a friend of mine named Vince who has his own deviantART page. He pretty much created the story. All I did was edit and tweak it using my style. The majority of the credit goes to him in this case. And I must say, this was an interesting experience doing such a collaboration. The character Lin is an OC by Will. Vince had arrived at Lin's house, excited about an idea his friend DP gave him.

There was rubble everywhere from one rock that got pulverized, and another even bigger rock got cleaved in half and has matching fist-shaped holes in them. The demolition company that was scheduled to have that large building demolished today wondered how in the heck that building, which was still standing the day before, ended up with an obliterated foundation; and then with the building broken in half and redeposited in the foundation's hole. The incident generated quite a media buzz that had caught both Lin and Vince's attention when they were watching the news. Luckily for them, there were no witnesses so it was unlikely anyone would ever be able to solve this mystery.

Lin was amazed by how long the spinach effect lasted. But like all good things, it eventually came to an end. Still, she knew that she could enjoy that experience anytime she wanted. But that would come in due time. Until he recovered from his most sexual experince known to man, she kept an eye on Vince and his house. She would make sure that nothing happened to her precious Vincy. Unbeknownst to Vince, she had learned of those very same weights and bought and had delivered more of those same weights, plus some even more dense weights so that she could give him a weightlifting demonstration for the ages! She had kept the weights hidden by keeping them in their box, and putting them in a section of the basement weight room that was off-limits to Vince, since she had installed in that area a special weightlifting machine that had hydraulic machines for her Grand Finale for that special night. This way she didn't have to worry about any accidental destruction or questions from suspecting eyes. Little did she know at the time that those extra weights Vince bought would become necessary. And after that lucky break they got from being out in the open like that, she didn't want to have to leave the house the next time that she ate spinach.

Lin inspected the weights. Her Vincy had bought her weights that looked like 100lb discs but in actuality, they weighed 300lbs. He had bought her 20 of those discs and a triple dense weight bar for them as well. It was necessary to support that much weight. This put the grand total of that bar and all of those weights at 6150lbs. After how strong she felt after her first spinach demonstration, she knew that this wouldn't even be a decent warm-up! And so she found that same company that he used, and called them as well. They carried special monitoring equipment that scans the planet for signs of superhuman strength feats and found a recorded account of Lin's demonstration in their records. She asked that they keep it secret and was assured that it would be. The same thing applied to Vince, who was there. She bought 20 more of those 300lb discs, and then she asked them if they had any heavier weights. Incredibly they said that they had weight discs that ranged up to 2 tons each, but still looked like they should weigh 100lbs. After giving it some thought, she bought weights of various densities. She had them paint the 500 pound weights blue, the 1000 pound weights green, the ton weight discs yellow, and the two ton weight discs orange. She also had the new 300 pound weights painted pink, so that they matched the ones that Vincy bought for her. To be sure that she had a bar that could actually handle all of these super weights, she also had them make a weight bar that was 20 times as dense and weighed 1000lbs just by itself! Suffice to say, she made sure she gave herself plenty of breathing room for her strength once she decided to do another spinach run. With her normal strength alone, she would still be able to lift a small portion of those weights. And that was still beyond what most other bodybuilders could manage!

She inspected the instructions for this hydraulic weight machine as she read them out loud to herself.

"According to this, this thing can make you capable of lifting up to as much as 5000 kilotons, and that's a feat known only to Super Heroes. Also, if this machine is pushed beyond 25 reps at it's max weight, it would automatically shut down and be unusable for at least a day, so that the hydraulics would have time to recover. Hmmm, seems like a sensible precaution. I don't think Vincy would be up the next day or two after this extreme workout anyways."

Next, she brought out food for dinner that night. After looking at all of his favorite foods from all the places that he ate from, she was surprised that the spinach didn't supercharge her more often. She had experimented on and off the past few months, and discovered that she only transformed when she ate it straight out of a can. She also figured out that if she ate some other form of spinach before she ate from the can, it multiplied the effect. The more spinach that was in her system when she ate from the can, the greater the effect! She got takeout from the Olive Garden and ordered just about everything that they had on the menu that had spinach in it. She ordered Wedding Soup, Artichoke-Spinach Dip, and Tuscan Garlic Chicken for both of them. She also had a super-sized can of spinach hidden away in her closet for dessert!

Meanwhile, Vince was out celebrating his birthday, in his own way. He decided to take the day off from work. However, he usually worked from home, and he suspected that Lin had something planned for him, so he accommodated her by telling her that he was going to go out for the day and would be back by dinner time. He figured that he would go to the mall and maybe buy a computer or video game. Maybe he'd buy himself a DVD or two, as well. Being as it was October, however, he couldn't go to an amusement park or some place like that. He didn't mind that, though, because those places drove him crazy sometimes, especially when the school children are there for their school picnics. He first went to the arcade and played some of the games there. He tried his best at the fighting games, but he really never was any good at them anyways. And those games have just gotten harder over the past 20 years. He did find a racing game, and he does better at those, maybe because he had a knack for them. Unfortunately, most of the games at the arcade nowadays are games that are to get tickets for prizes. He hardly spends money on those games, because they seem to be big money sinks for so little reward. After he decided that he had enough of the arcade, he went to the video game store to see what they got in stock. He ended up getting a game for his computer, and also a couple of games for his Wii. He was probably one of the few people in the country who didn't own a Wii, but LiLi insisted that he get one, because it would help with his physical condition. He figured that she might've gotten him something anyway, just for the general principle of the occasion, but he didn't think that she was able to get what he bought today. Afterwards, he went to the video store, and took advantage of the special that they have: if you have their card you get 10% off normally, but on your birthday you get 20% off! He bought himself the latest wrestling and Popeye DVDs for both of them to watch. They usually watch them together to see if there is any new crazy idea that they can get from them to incorporate into their lovemaking. No, they usually watch to see if there is some kind of feat of strength or lift that they could use later on. After leaving the mall, and putting his stuff safely into the trunk of the car, he went someplace to have some lunch. He decided on the Golden Corral, because that way he didn't have to worry about what was on the menu and could eat it however he wanted without any issues. Lin did teach him to eat healthier during the time that they?ve lived together, however, so he probably had his healthiest meal ever there, at least by himself.

Vince decided to make his final stop on his little birthday time out to be at an indoor miniature golf course. He loved playing miniature golf, and occasionally got LiLi to come with him. She always had fun with him there, even if she had a heck of a time because she almost always overshot the hole, even when she was able to aim the shot right at the hole. She figured it was because of her immense strength that she couldn't finesse the course. When that happened, Vince just told her to calm down and to take it slow. She would get it eventually. He would massage her shoulders to calm her down. He has been tempted to calm her down by tweaking her nipples, but they didn't want to draw a bigger scene than Lin's muscles alone already attract. Today, he went to a course that was a cross between celebrating the local landmarks and Halloween, which had also crept into the course's design. He had to both laugh and roll his eyes at the sight of the various cliche monsters that usually are seen as decorations for the holiday now looking like they're attacking the course. After playing a couple of rounds he called Lin and told her that he was on his way home. He figured that way, she could finish all of her preparations for whatever kind of surprise that she was gonna spring on him when he got home.

Upon hearing that Vincy was gonna start heading home from the miniature golf course, she knew that she had about a half an hour or so, depending on how bad the rush hour traffic was today, to finish getting ready. She got ready to warm up the dinner that she had bought earlier in the day, and had stored in the refrigerator so that they would be ready. She then did a quick, heavy workout, so that her muscles were pumped up and ready to go, especially once the spinach transformation started. Once she set the food on the table, she got into what she planned to greet Vince in at the door. First she put on a pink bikini thong, then she wrapped a red ribbon around her breasts, then she stepped into the wrapping paper made, bag style dress that she had made earlier in the day and put a big stick-on bow on top of the wrapping paper. She had tried the outfit on earlier, and got comfortable in walking in it, so that she didn't accidentally destroy it before it was time.

At last, Vince walked into the house and smelled the food already on the table, and wondered where Lin was at.

He looked around, expecting her to jump out at him, "Lin, darling, where are you?"

"Here I am, Vincy! Happy Birthday!" she said as she appeared in her wrapping paper dress.

Vince couldn't help but have a giggle fit before he headed over to "unwrap" his present of Lin. However, Lin had motioned him to stop.

"No Vincy, this present unwraps itself! Watch!" she said with a wink.

With that she first flexed her legs and the lower part of her dress exploded off of her! Then she flexed her biceps and the sleeves that she made didn't stand a ghost of a chance when she flexed her biceps up to her new personal record of 48"! She then flexed her chest real hard, her breasts exploding the upper half of her dress revealing the ribbon bow that was the only thing preventing her glorious upper body from being seen in all of its glory! Vince breathed a small sigh of relief, because he was afraid of what might happen if they went out to a restaurant and she ate some kind of spinach dish and then literally exploded with muscle in front of several people. It would've been very sexy, but also very embarrassing for Lin who would've probably ended up naked from the muscle explosion.

After they both finished their meal, and placed the little bit of leftovers in the fridge, Vince gave her the puppy-dog face, "Can I finally unwrap my present, please?"

Lin giggled at her Vincy, "Okay Vincy, meet me down in the weight room in about 5 minutes, and bring the measuring tapes!"

Vince quickly found the measuring tapes and then used a minute or two to put away his purchases so that they could be opened later. He then headed downstairs to their massive weight room that they made out of the basement of the house. Most of the weights in there were hers, and those that he bought for her last year were both her Christmas and her birthday presents since they're only three days apart. There were a few weights for Vince, but the majority of them were Lin's older and lighter weights that she hardly used anymore since her strength evolved. There was a small pile of "shared" weights, but most of them were 50 or 100lb plates, with the intention that Lin would help whip Vince into shape. Vince did get a little bit better in shape, which he thanked his lucky stars for, because he had a feeling he was gonna need it tonight! He walked over to the "forbidden" section of the gym. He never went and checked behind the curtain that was there, figuring that Lin would eventually tell him in time what she was up to.

Lin looked at Vincy from inside and gave him a "come hither" look, "Oh Vincy, it's time to completely unwrap my present to you, ME!"

He unwrapped the ribbon off of her body and was about to start massaging her, but she stopped him.

"Vincy, please measure me before I reveal to you the rest of your birthday present which is behind this curtain!" she asked.

When he got to her biceps, she had to ask, "How big do you think these babies are now Vincy?"

After thinking about it for a few seconds, he wagered a guess, "Knowing you, Lin, I will probably be under what they actually are. I figure that the flex that you did earlier to get your wrapping off was around 50", and you weren?t even flexing your hardest. I imagine that your max bicep flex is around 60 inches."
