Suddenly a mighty figure flys into the JLA satellite. It is Powergirl. Fraulein Nazi does not know of Power Girl's arrival.

Power Girl walks quietly to Wonder Woman, who is shackled to the wall, almost unconscious. Wonder Woman manages to whisper to Power Girl the details of Fraulein Nazi's evil plan.

Power Girl releases Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Mary Marvel. She helps them to recover. She instructs them to destroy the medical equipment which Superman brought to the satellite at Fraulein Nazi's command. She will deal with the Fraulein. She is still young. She does not draw any conclusions about Fraulein Nazi from the fact that Fraulein Nazi has defeated and broken all of the superheros and superheroines without any difficulty. She thinks she is the strongest superheroine of all. She has not seen Fraulein Nazi, and she has not seen the television reports of Fraulein Nazi's destruction of Superchick or of Captain America.

Power Girl goes straight to the residential part of the satellite. She smashes into the room where Fraulein Nazi is preparing for the success of her plan. It is dark. Fraulein Nazi has the light off. "Come on out now Fraulein" calls Power Girl. "You've had your fun, but its over. You're under arrest. And don't think of resisting, otherwise I'll have a lot more fun in beating you than I had in flying here".

"Ach is zat so" comes Fraulein Nazi's deep voice. The light goes on, and Power Girl gets her first sight of Fraulein Nazi. The mighty Fraulein Nazi is standing in the middle of the room. She is holding a 200,000 pound weight above her head with one hand, as if it weighed as much as a very small ball of cotton wool. Her gigantic muscles are all flexed. Power Girl's mouth drops open, and her eyes open wide. She draws in a quick breath of air. She has trouble speaking. As Power Girl stands petrified, Fraulein Nazi lowers the massive weight, and, without any effort, proceeds to tie it into small knots as if it was a piece of string.

Fraulein Nazi looks menacingly at the totally overmatched superheroine. "As you can see, you are less zan nossing compared to me" she growls. "Do you vish to surrender now, or must I first beat you into helpless submission to my massive muscles."

Power Girl stands frozen. For the first time in her entire career she has met an opponent compared to whom she feels utterly outclassed. She does not know how to re-act to this situation. She is paralysed. She cannot move.

Fraulein Nazi strides up to her. She takes the huge weight with which she has been playing, and she wraps it round Power Girl. She ties her up with the very thick bar of steel as if it had been a rope. Within seconds Power Girl is completely helpless.

Fraulein Nazi steps back, and flexes all her huge bulging muscles in triumph. Power Girl's eyes widen even further as she gazes transfixed at the huge, rock-hard muscles she had had the temerity to challenge. She is so overcome that she sinks to her knees at Fraulein Nazi's feet. Her head sinks to her chest as she bows to the mighty Fraulein Nazi who has conquered her without even striking a single blow. Fraulein Nazi raises Power Girl's head. With one lightly powered backhand slap she smashes Power Girl into oblivion.

Fraulein Nazi slings the defeated Power Girl over her shoulder, and takes her to the main room. She is horrified to find that her three super-captives are free. She shackles Power Girl to the wall, and goes after them.
