Welcome to Valley Hills! A place wear your dreams and nightmares coexist in
one town. You might think at first glance that Valley Hills is a
contradiction. Well guess what it's not at all. It actually perfectly
describes the town itself. Imagine to yourself a huge winding staircase that
went all the way up several floors and kept going up. Now imagine the higher
you go the more you have. So picture this is a staircase of houses those who
live in the hills are the haves and the valley are the have nots. In one place
just picture it if you will a pristine golf couse and country club on one part
of town and pimps whores and drug lords and gangsters on the other part of
town coupled with Cops on the take and ones who believe in justice. Couple all
this with the fact that the Poor will do anything to get rich. The Rich do
anything to get richer and The middle class tries like hell to go to work
everyday and get ahead. Now your seeing what Valley Hill's is all about.

You might ask well who lives high atop this most sought after place to live.
Oh yes I said that correctly everyone is lining up to get in here why. Cause
in one place you got senators ambassadors and Actresses the crème Della crème.
And on the other the kings of Crime the Mafia and everything below and above.
Take your pick. Pick your poison its all here.

About midtown is the access point to get into Valley hills a long stretch of
highway that comes into what a lot would call mid town. You go left your
heading for downtown go right her going up into the hills. This stretch of
road is patrolled by none other then Candice Parker. Don't let the Angel
blue eyes blond hair and knock out body full you this lady is the Devil
