Diary of Muscle Kelly Part 3 (Parts 1 and 2 are in Misc. 17) --End Of Part 2"" About a week and a half has passed and I am relaxing after I rigorous workout, with my muscles still quite pumped I decided not to flex, foreseeing the life of my clothing in severe jeopardy. While going threw the channels I saw an advertisement for the Ms.Teen Olympia on TV. The commercial said ages 15-19 are welcome to enter! Now as you can imagine this got me VERY excited, and due to my recent developments over the last 2 years; I thought my chances were well above average=). 297!, 298!, 299!, 300!!- After 300 hanging sit-ups with a 45lb weight on my chest, this left my abs thick, rock solid, and bloating out with thick rigged slabs of muscle! Knowing that the contest was only 6 months away I had to get serious with my training=). So I did, every morning getting up at 5 am I started with a 4 mile jog, upon returning I continued with 3 hours of pumping iron. And boy did it pay off! My goal was to be 155lbs by the contest. Just finishing my workout I headed up stairs to see how much I've gained so far ... ..stepping up onto the scale I was both excited and nervous, grinning with pleasure as I saw the needle tip to 153.7 I was well ahead of schedule. The contest still was 5 months away! I decided I wanted to bulk on as much muscle mass as I could during the next 2 months. Day by day I was packing on lbs of solid muscle onto my frame, pumping my muscles bigger than they ever been. I was up to 157lbs of sniewy muscle by the 1st week. Looking at myself in the mirror I could hardly believe my eyes when I flexed my biceps, softballs emerged to a sharp peak, chest being thicker than ever, I turned to my side, flexing then watching in amazement as my muscleful young pecs pushed farther and farther out, meanwhile veins emerged along my pectorals like lightening striking a skyscraper. At the time I was wearing my usual workout clothes - a cut-off sleeveless t-shirt that exposed my cut abs, sticking out a good 2" now, my thick, sloping traps and bulging delts and my now swollen melon-sized biceps and deeply-cut triceps, the ragged shorts due to years of training, cut high on the sides to reveal my striated glutes and massive thighs; which now resembled tree trunks with endless definition. Now that it was time for bed I stripped off my clothes and hopped into bed, nude, my preference for sleeping now, due to uncontrollable flexing during the night=). Waking up the next morning I proceed to put on my lil' jogging shorts, sports bra, tied my hair back in a pony tail, and headed out the door. The clean, crisp morning air felt good, while the sun continued to make my skin a golden bronze color, which it now possesses. Stretching my legs next to my fence I noticed a faint light coming from her neighbors basement window, moving in closer, I could hear grunts and moans ... ... ... and the clanking of--- weights? Peircing threw the window I saw my neighbor Becky Stevenson! Who I had not talked to in years. Gazing at her pumped physique; The muscles on her back and shoulders and arms were massive, and her pecs and abs and calves and glutes were striated and hard as steel. Her thighs were bulging and ripped and rippling like hawsers with every step she took. Abs looked like speed bumps and continued to pulse long after she stopped flexing them. Being totally astonished I knocked on the window and signaled her to come outside. Seconds later she did, both of our jaws hung as we gazed at each others overly muscular body's. Me: H..H..How? did u get so buff becky!? Becky: I started pumping when I was 13, and how did u do it girl""u got totally huge! Me: Hehe thanx, u 2! Becky: Say, how about we pump some iron together? What do ya say? Me: Sure babez, u bet! With that we headed downstairs into her basement, where there was a full equipped gym, free weights and all! Over the next couple of weeks I and she became the best of friends, when we started training togther I was 5'4 158, and she was 5'3 151. (3 weeks later) "Wow, I'm getting so strong." Turning to my training partner, Becky, as I placed the 120 pound curling bar back down to the floor." Yes, you are Kel! Most women couldn't even lift one end of that bar off the floor and you just banged out 12 reps You're amazing, girlfriend." said Becky, looking on as I flexed my now 16.5" biceps. Both of us started flexing in front of the mirror when I took special interest in her massive, muscular and defined glute area. She turned her back to the mirror and looked over her shoulder as she tightened her glutes one at a time and it seemed as if she had almost no skin covering them because all you could see was muscle. By the time the contest was nearly a week away, we both packed on some serious muscle! I was up to 5'4.2" and 167lbs! Becky was now 5'4.6! and 165lbs. We were both tight, buff, and ready.Our favorite exersize was Donkey's, in which you have your training partner on your back, squat and get up on your tippy toes till you scream in joyful pain!. The last week we trained on our own, I wanted to be 170! I trained like never before, pumping iron long into the night, muscle swelling engorging themselves with hard ripped muscle. Cont.
