Hi, my name is Karen

I am a 26 year old fitness instructor (well I want to be a body builder). I
have been working of for over 5 years and all the muscle I put on is a measly
10lbs, but don't get me wrong I am in good shape, but I want to become a
muscled bodybuilder, biceps bigger than softballs, thighs tearing my jeans to
shreds, diamond shape calves, rock hard 6-pac......., but this is all a very
distant dream.

The next morning I woke up to the fierce sound of thunder and lighting, so
instead of going back to bed, I decided to perform my usual workout,
consisting of 200 crunches, 20 reps with 10lbs weights for my arms and my leg
machine for my legs, quads, and calves.

After I finished my workout I hopped onto the shower and began washing up when
I noticed that my nipples were oddly erect, they were so hard! I swear I could
gouge holes in the soap if I wanted to!(this was very odd for my 32a monsters)

Outside, the thunder rolled and rain poured down. Occasionally, a lightning
bolt would crackle earthwards, slicing through a tree. One such burst of
electricity shot down from the heavens and struck the water tank, sending a
burst of electricity through my entire water supply. Lightning forked from the
shower head and into my body, knocking me out cold.

Hours later I woke up, by now it was nighttime, my entire body was sore, I
could barely move, but I managed to make my way to the mirror to see if the
lighting had scared or damaged my body, thank God it didn't. I put on a pair
of panties and a baggy T-shirt, then I made my way to bed and shut off the
lights.

The next morning I woke up and stretched, while stretching I felt an extreme
tightness in my chest, I looked down to see that my breasts were HUGE, the
stuck out like bullets, these must be at least a 36DD! I thought , "This is
impossible I am only a 32a, it must be my eyes", but it wasn't, these tits are
really mine! I decided to check out the rest of my body....

I stepped in front of my full-length mirror and stripped off my tight panties
and T-shirt, and began to examine. My whole body was coated with a layer of
thick, deeply cut muscle! My legs look like medium sized tree trunks, they
rippled with definition, every time I flexed them they bulged and swell with
thick cords of muscle. I turned my back to the mirror, looked over my shoulder
and tightened my glutes one at a time and watched as they exploded with mind
boggling definition. Even my ass got bigger, molding itself into two perfectly
round spheres of hard flesh. My calves resembled oversized bulging hearts,
their hardness is incredible! My biceps became sinewy and looked extremely
hard, when I flexed them, softballs emerged from my arms, with clearly visible
veins that popped out like a road map. I flexed a few more times, worshiping
every little twitch and ripple as my peaks rose higher. I gazed at my stomach,
which was now narrow, but as hard as plate steel and so defined that I could
do laundry on it, I slipped my hand down to my rock solid Abs, feeling the
ridges and continued to rub them in every direction. I walked over to the
scale in the bathroom, (all the while feeling my legs ripple, pulse, and
expand with every step I took), stepped on and I was amazed when it read
213lbs! I went from 116lbs to 213lbs in one night, unbelievable! I also
noticed that I was eye level with the mirror in my bathroom, that mean that my
height grew to at least 5'11.

I began to flex my new body with great pride and admiration. My arms were like
no other, peaked biceps with great vascularity and definition. My chest was
enormous, packed with endless muscle. My breasts were huge and round sitting
perfectly on top of my deep cut pectorals. When I flexed my back, muscles came
alive from every possible angle, much like my hamstring muscles, they were so
striated as they bulged with steel hard muscle. I placed my foot behind my
hamstring and stretched, I was in shock that a slab of muscle would form so
perfectly on the back of my leg, making them almost unreal!

Though I was shocked about what happened today. I was no where near as big as
I would get.
