Victory Feast - Chapter 6 - GLOUCE The Owl By Nerraw nerraw0001@lycos.com Among the Amazons, the owl is the considered to be the symbol of wisdom. Thus was my Mistress named Glouce, which means "The Owl" because the wisdom of a woman is far greater than that of a man. Though the man is far bigger and stronger than the woman, she is able to conquer him because both her intelligence and her wisdom is far greater than his. And so with her superior wisdom has my Mistress Glouce the Amazon conquered many men in single combat upon the field of battle. It has been many years ago that my Mistress had taken me down by slamming her bare foot into my face with bone crushing force. Though many years has passed my nose is still smashed flat, and the imprint of her bare foot in my face can still be clearly seen. For the rest of my life, her dainty little footprint will be plainly embedded in my face, showing me as a man who has endured the ultimate humiliation of having been vanquished by a woman in fair combat upon the field of battle. And thus has she who is now my Mistress named me Foot Face. During the great battle that took place this day upon the field, Glouce the Amazon slew a total of eleven male enemies in single combat upon the field of battle. And she conquered seven more such men who will from this day forward serve and obey the daughters of the Amazon Empire. But my story is not of her valiant exploits upon the field of battle this day. But it is the tale of another great victory of woman over man in the everlasting battle of the sexes. It was in the now famous battle on the beach that the great heroine Pantariste the Tigress of Amazonia slew the mighty Greek champion, Tiamedies. Also during this same battle, our glorious Queen Andromache conquered mighty Heracles in single combat upon the field of battle. And of equal importance in this great victory of the daughters of Amazonia over their Greek enemies was the fact that it was my Mistress Glouce the Owl, who slew the mighty champion, Lykos, the Lion of Sparta. It was just two days after this great victory of woman over man upon the field of battle that I had failed to please my Mistress. She had exercised her Goddess given right to punish me by having me put to work in the fields. Thus these many days have I labored to tend and to harvest the crops that help to feed the women of Themiscrya. I labored under the stern supervision of a cruel taskmistress by day. I spent my nights locked in an iron cage in the slave pens of Themiscrya. There I ate my food and I drank my water from the common trough like an animal. But the most cruel punishment of all, was that I was denied the privilege of boasting to you my fellow slaves, of the heroic deeds of my beloved Mistress, Glouce the Amazon, upon the field of battle. So listen my fellow slaves as I tell for the first time the tale of how the mighty heroine, Glouce the Owl, faced the mighty Greek champion, Lykos in single combat upon the field of battle. Our beloved city of Themiscrya was threatened on two sides by the warriors of Greece. One army of warriors had attacked by sea, under the leadership of the mighty Greek champion, Tiamedies. All have heard the tale of how the great Amazon heroine, Pantariste, had lead a party of Amazons to stop these men upon the beach before the very walls of our city. Among the Amazon heroines that had followed Pantariste into battle upon the beach were Barkida, Iphito, Ainippe, Areto, and many others. All have heard the story of how these warrior women had stopped these men cold in their tracks there upon the beach. All have heard the story of how Pantariste slew the mighty Greek captain, Tiamedies, and of how she took his head from him. But know you my fellow slaves that a much larger army under the leadership of Heracles, the mighty son of Zeus himself, had landed their much larger fleet of ships much farther up the coast. And know you my fellow members of the conquered sex that under the cover of darkness, that these men had approached our fabulous city of Themiscrya from the north. And know you that Andromache, the Queen of the Amazons, had lead an army of warrior women to meet and to beat these men upon the field of battle. And among these heroines who had followed their Queen into battle were Andromeda, the Ruler of Men, and Lykopis, the She Wolf. And foremost among these great Amazon heroines was she who is my Mistress, Glouce the Owl. As she entered into battle five Greek warriors had approached her. Four of these men were armed with swords, and the fifth man was armed with a long spear. My Mistress parried the sword stroke of the first warrior with her labrys, and she took off his head with the back swing. As most of you cocks have heard, this is a favorite Amazon fighting technique, and many a male enemy of the Amazon Nation has lost his head by it. Glouce skillfully snatched the severed head of this man by it's hair with her left hand before it could fall to the ground. She had flung this head into the face of the second attacking warrior who fell stunned upon the ground. The Amazon caught the severed head once again by it's hair before it could fall to the ground. At the same time she snapped a side thrusting kick into the gut of the third attacking warrior. As the man doubled over in pain, she grabbed him by the hair of his head and she pulled his head down and forward. She took off his head with one deft stroke of her war ax, and then she held the severed heads of two men in her left hand. The man who was still stunned by being struck in the face by the severed head of the first warrior had just started to sit up and then to get to his feet. But my Mistress prevented him from doing such by placing her foot on his chest and she then shoved him back down on the ground. She grabbed hold of him by his hair, and she loped off his head with her ax. She now held the severed heads of three men by their hair in her left hand. When the fourth swordsman saw the ferocity with witch the Amazon that taken the heads of his three fellow warriors, his courage had fled from him even as a cowardly jackal would flee from the tigress in the jungle. The now terrified man turned and he began to run from the field of battle. But the cowardly warrior only managed to run for about three steps before his skull was split open and his brains were splattered upon the ground by the ax that Glouce had flung at him with all of her might, and he fell dead upon the field. Though Glouce the Owl was now unarmed, she could see that the courage of the spear wielding warrior was beginning to weaver. If she did not want for him to escape from being added to her list of kills, she needed to entice him into attacking her. So as she stood with one foot upon the chest of the headless carcass of the last man that she had beheaded, she began to juggle the heads of the three men even as the court jester of Heracles would juggle three balls in order to amuse the son of Zeus and his Greek warriors. The Greek spear man was enraged that this arrogant woman would have so little respect for the superior male sex that she would use the heads of the men that she had killed in such a manor. Also he realized that while the Amazon was occupied in such a foolish pursuit, that she would not be able to defend herself from his sudden attack. Also at this time, he was joined by three more swordsmen. If all four armed men should attack one unarmed woman as she was occupied with the juggling of men's heads, the spear man thought that it would be easy for them to kill her. But as the four men had attacked, the Amazon threw the three heads that she was juggling so that each of the three attacking swordsmen was struck in the face. Each of these three men fell stunned to the ground as he was struck squarely in the face by the severed head of one of his fellow Greek warriors. And at the same time, the spear man struck at my Mistress from behind. Just as the spear was about to strike, Glouce the Amazon turned to the side and she arched her back slightly. The razor sharp spear head ripped through her clothing and it just grazed the side of her rib cage enough to draw blood. The Amazon grabbed hold of the spear just as her attacker was starting to pull it back. She leaped into the air and she slammed her right foot into the big man's face with such force that he let go of his spear and he fell to the ground. Before the big man could come to his senses, the Amazon had thrust the spear through his heart so that she had pinned him with his own spear to the ground beneath him. She then placed her foot upon his massive hairy chest as she pulled the spear from his lifeless carcass. By this time, all three of the men who had been struck in the face by a severed head had gotten back on their feet. The Amazon flung the spear at one of the men. The spear pierced his throat and then stuck in the tree trunk behind him. Though this man was dead, he remained standing on his feet because he was pinned by the spear to the tree trunk behind him. His head hung limply because his spinal cord and his neck bones were completely severed by the spear head. Glouce the Amazon was once again unarmed as she faced two much larger and fully armed male foes. The two men approached the unarmed Amazon as they both brandished their swords in a threatening manner. Glouce faced towards one of the two men. "KNEEL!", she commanded him tersely. The man froze in his tracks. She could see the hesitation and the indecision in his eyes for a moment. Then there was an expression of resignation on his face, and he threw down his sword and dropped to his knees before her. His head was bent in a posture of humble supplication and surrender. "HEAD TO GROUND!", Glouce had barked at him. The man immediately lowered his head to the ground at her feet and he assumed the humiliating posture of total surrender before her. The Amazon then turned her attention to the second armed warrior that was approaching her. This man immediately threw down his sword and he fell to his knees before Glouce the Conqueress. He then grabbed hold of her ankle with both of his hands, then he lowered his head to the ground at her feet. He then placed her foot upon his own neck, thus proclaiming himself to be her faithful and obedient slave. Glouce walked around behind these two conquered men. Then placing her foot upon the upraised buttocks of each man, she shoved him down flat upon the ground. She bound each man's wrists behind his back with a rawhide thong. She then drew her dagger, and she stripped each man naked by slashing off his clothing. At last she marked each man as her property and her slave by carving her mark in his naked buttocks with her dagger. At this time, word had swept throughout the field that Andromache, the Queen of the Amazons, had bested mighty Heracles in fair and single combat upon the field of battle. She had struck him down upon the field. He had pleaded pathetically for mercy as the Queen of the Amazons had stood triumphantly over him with her foot on his chest, and with her labrys poised for the kill. Many of his own men had paused in the fighting to stare incredulously as their leader surrendered his macho pride and chose humiliation and shame over death at the hands of his Amazon Conqueress. Each of these men soon found himself laying flat on his back upon the ground with the foot of an Amazon woman upon his chest also. Queen Andromache removed her foot from the chest of her conquered enemy and she kicked him over on his belly. She tied his wrists behind his back with a leather thong and she stripped him naked by cutting off his clothing with her dagger. She did not bother to carve her mark into his naked buttocks, for she had no intention of taking him as her slave. She grabbed hold of his testicles with her left hand and she squeezed them tightly. "I will CASTRATE you latter, cock!", she had hissed into his ear through clenched teeth. Normally when an Amazon has cut off the head of a snake with her ax, the snake will die. But the invading Greek army was a snake that had TWO heads. Instead of just collapsing as the men of Att-Dak the Barbarian had done when they learned that our magnificent Queen had slain him, the Greek warriors had rallied under the leadership of the mighty champion Lykos, the Lion of Sparta. Glouce realized that she would have to cut off the second head of this snake if the daughters of Amazonia were to claim victory over the men of Greece. Glouce could see Lykos off in the distance giving orders to those of his men who yet remained standing upon the field. But she could also see that he was guarded by five of his elite warriors. She knew that before she would be able to engage this mighty champion in hand to hand combat upon the field of battle, that she would have to kill his five men. But there was just one small matter that the Amazon needed to attend to first. An Amazon does not consider it fitting that a man that she has killed should remain standing on his feet. And so she approached the man that she had pinned to the tree trunk with the spear. She noted with disgust the dark stains in his crotch, indicating that this man had urinated in his loin cloth just as she slew him. She braced her bare foot against his chest and she pulled the spear from his throat. She removed her foot from his chest and she let the carcass fall face down to the ground. She placed her foot upon the back of his head and it rolled back and forth loosely beneath her foot. It was obvious that his neck was broken. "The privilege of standing proudly erect is reserved to she who has emerged triumphant upon the field of battle!", she proclaimed as she looked down upon the lifeless carcass with an expression of gloating triumph and smug superiority on her face. She drove the spear into his back between his shoulder blades pinning him to the ground. But my Mistress had no more time to revel in her victories over the six men that she had slain. She needed to deal with mighty Lykos and his five henchmen. Her war ax was still embedded in the skull of the man who had tried in vain to flee from her in terror. She planted her foot between his shoulder blades and she pulled her labrys from his skull. She prodded the corpse in contempt one last time before she moved towards Lykos and his men. Two men placed themselves between Glouce and her enemy. She felled both men with just one deft stroke of her war ax, and the two men fell dead and lay side by side. The Amazon leaped high in the air and she did a double flip in the air and she landed with one foot upon the chest of each man. She raised her war ax high in the air and she uttered a challenge for Lykos to come forth and face her in single combat upon the field of battle. Lykos sent forth his five henchmen to fight her instead. These were five big burley men who were skilled in the ways of war. There was a furious battle that lasted for about three seconds. When it was over, all five men lay in a pile like cordwood before a winter's fire place. And the Amazon stood triumphant upon the pile with her right foot placed upon the chest of the man who lay topmost upon the heap. Once again she had raised her ax high in the air, and she challenged Lykos to come forth and to face her in man to woman combat. At last Lykos had no choice but to accept her challenge in order to avoid loosing face in the eyes of his men. Know you my fellow slaves, that mighty Lykos was a giant bull of a man who stood two and a half heads taller than the Amazon who had challenged him. Both an evil brutality and a dangerous animal cunning shinned in his cold steel blue eyes. Unlike other men that Glouce had faced upon the field, Lykos fought with a peculiar style and with a sword in each hand. My Mistress parried the stroke of his sword with her labrys. Lykos immediately struck at her with his other sword, and she leaped back just barely in time. His sword grazed her left breast drawing blood. The massive Greek struck at her again with his right sword. The Amazon parried his sword stroke with her labrys and before he could strike with his left, she moved up close to him and inside the strike of his left sword. At the same time, the Amazon drove her knee up into his testicles with devastating impact. The Amazon howled in pain. The big man's nuts were protected by a metal cup that had been especially made for that purpose. Glouce quickly moved away from him. She was limping badly upon her injured knee. The huge warrior could have killed the Amazon right there and then, but he had a cruel desire to toy with her and to taunt her first. So instead of cleanly loping off her head with one swift stroke of his sword, he struck her along side the head with the flat of his blade. She fell stunned to the ground at his feet. Before Glouce could get back on her feet, Lykos stepped forward and he placed his massive foot heavily upon her breast. The Amazon heroine could not move because she was pinned to the ground beneath the rough callused foot of this brutal Greek warrior. So great was the weight of his foot upon her breast that she was unable to breathe. He was slowly crushing the life out of her. There was a mad evil expression of gloating triumph upon his brutal face as Lykos raised his blade to strike the killing blow. Glouce drew her dagger and she flung it up at him with all of her might. Her aim was perfect and the weapon struck Lykos point first right under his chin. The blade went up behind his jaw bone, through the roof of his mouth and penetrated his brain. The warrior's brutal eyes glazed over in death, and he fell over on his side, and then he rolled over onto his back and he lay spread eagled upon the field. The still dazed Amazon crawled over to the body of her vanquished enemy and she pulled her dagger from under his chin. She wiped her blade clean on his hairy chest and then she hacked off his head with one of his own swords. She struggled to her feet, and she was barely able to stand upon her injured leg. She placed one foot upon the massive chest of his headless carcass and she uttered an exalted cry of victory as she held the head of Lykos high in the air for all to see. The second head of the snake had now been cut off by the hand of an Amazon woman. Those men who yet remained standing upon the field immediately threw down their weapons and assumed the humiliating posture of total and unconditional surrender before the now totally triumphant daughters of Amazonia. Each Amazon had stepped forward and she placed her foot firmly upon the neck of a hapless kowtowing male that she desired to own as her property and her slave. The battle of the sexes was now over, and the FEMALE of the species was TRIUMPHANT over the male. My Mistress had killed a total of fourteen men upon the field of battle. This included the mighty Greek champion, Lykos the Lion of Sparta. My Mistress is truly a great heroine of the Amazon Empire. Though I am unworthy of even kissing the ground where her foot has stepped, I am PROUD that she has granted me the HONOR and the PRIVILEGE of being her SLAVE. I once had the arrogant ambition to wear the jeweled and golden crown of a tyrant upon my brow. But she taught me the error of my ways, and now I only desire to bear the weight of her beautiful foot upon my neck. For I now know that the highest possible place of a member of the inferior male sex is that of a faithful and obedient slave of a magnificent Amazon heroine such as Glouce the Owl. Foot Face closes his eyes and he lowers his head down to the floor in token of his reverence and of his fawning respect for this magnificent Amazon heroine who is his Mistress and in token of the profound respect that he has towards ALL members of the superior female sex. And thus do us lowly male slaves all know that his tale is told. Next it is the turn of Whining Dog to tell of the heroic exploits of his Mistress Areto the "Unspeakable" upon the field of battle.
