GENERAL DESCRIPTION: the future Governor Schwarzenegger returns in this sequel
as a kinder, gentler terminator out to save mankind from a newer model (Robert
Patrick) made up of liquid metal.

SCISSORS SCENE: the muscular, well armed Sara Conner (Linda Hamlton) has
decided she has to kill the computer genius (Joe Morton) whose brilliant
discoveries will lead to mankind's future holocaust. he is typing away at his
keyboard as his wife (Law And Order's S. Epatha Merkerson) and their 10 year
old son are relaxing around the house. Sara fires through the window at him
with an automatic rifle but misses as he dives under his desk. she sprays the
room with bullets as he screams for his wife and child to run. as he tries to
run she shoots him in the shoulder. his wife and child try to come to his aid
but she holds them all at gunpoint. she makes the wife get down as the son
tries to shield his father from her. the father gently pushes him out of the
line of fire where the mother pulls him to her, wrapping her legs around his
body and holding both of his wrists. he squirms but she has locked her ankles
and he can not get free to help his father. Sara holds the gun on the father
as she tries to explain why she has to kill him, but her resolve begins to
weaken and she finally can't bring herself to pull the trigger.

POSITIVES: ok setup, the camera work and lighting are fine, and the acting in
this very tense scene is excellent all around. this is a unique scene on this
list as we have a mother using a body scissors on her son to protect him from
getting shot.

NEGATIVES: it's all very short, in fact i saw the movie several years ago and
missed it entirely! it was only recently pointed out to me by an eagle eyed
