ACCESS: video as well as network TV & cable stations have aired it.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: a renegade general (Ed Harris) and his elite squad steal
rockets containing chemical weapons and then take over Alcatraz Island. along
the way they take hostages and demand 100 million dollars. the navy seals
enlist the aid of a mild mannered chemical expert (Cage) and the only man ever
to break out of "the rock" (Connery).

SCISSORS SCENE: the scene begins with Cage and his girlfriend making love. he
gets a call ordering him to go to work. when he tells her he has to go they
argue briefly and she gets off of him and sits down across the room. he walks
over to her, leans over her, and tells her that he's going to marry her. she
squeals with delght and wraps her arms around his neck and kisses him. at the
same time she locks her legs tightly around his body and pulls him down on her
while trying to talk him into more love making. he is groaning with effort,
pawing at her legs, and vainly trying to escape her scissors grip as the scene
ends.

POSITIVES: good looking lady, good lighting, and outstanding camera work. we
get an excellent view of her bare legs around him, including the ankles
locking.

NEGATIVES: the setup is non-threatening, which may not be appealing to
everyone.
