La Blue Girl  2 Lady Ninja 1995


STARRING: Saya Hidaka--Asami Jo--Junko Asamiya--Momoko Nishida

ACCESS: video only but be wary of multiple titles. there is a La Blue Girl 2
animated version which should be avoided. also, sites such as Half.com have a
movie for sale called La Blue Girl 2 Birth Of The Demon Child. i don't know if
it's the same movie as both subtitles could be applied to this film but
neither really fits.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: this isn't really easy to describe but i'll take a shot.
it's a soft porn, sci-fi special effects T & A romp that seems to take itself
pretty seriously. the actresses clearly were not selected for their martial
arts or acting ability but they do try hard. apparently this is a "formula"
type movie (like the James Bond flicks). since there are over a dozen LBG
movies out there somebody must like them. personally i found it pretty
difficult to sit through.

SCISSORS SCENE: two asian girls dressed in one piece bathing suits, headbands,
and a sling of arrows on their backs are trying to summon a demon. one is
kneeling at an altar saying some kind of incantation while the other sits on
the floor and masturbates. some kind of portal opens and a guy in a black
trenchcoat and black pants is lowered down onto the girl on the floor. while
he is hanging above her he applies a headscissors and she is lifted into the
air with him. the other girl leaps from the altar and chops him making him
release her. they square off for some badly done but somewhat sexy fighting
and wrestling. after some kicks and flips one of the girls applies a badly
executed monkey flip. (she pulls the guy toward her but doesn't put either
foot in his stomach to flip him over her. instead he acrobatically vaults over
her.) one of them tries to sit on his chest but he quickly throws her off so
she lands behind his head. the other attacks and he kicks her off. as he
starts to sit up the girl behind him scoots up behind his head and pulls it
back between her thighs so that the back of his head is against her crotch.
her thighs do seem to clench his head but she makes no attempt to lock her
ankles or squeeze him. the other girl pounces on his chest again and he
manages to throw her off. he grabs the legs arooud his neck and seems to press
them tighter around his head (again he's doing all the work. the girls here
are absolutely clueless.). he then rolls them both around on the ground as if
desperately trying to escape the scissors. finally he "pries" her legs apart,
eases his head out of her grip, and then starts licking her upper thigh. the
other girl attacks again and they get him in an ineffectual double leg lock
during which he does some incredible mugging for the camera. after a few more
kicks and flips the girls both sit on him (no, not on his face. they sit on
his chest and stomach.) at this point he is "rescued" by his partner, a huge
bald headed man who flicks out a whip which wraps around one of the girl's
neck and drags her off of him. they then rape the girls. (that also happens a
lot in his movie.)

POSITIVES: good camera work, strange but good lighting. i say strange because
the altar has many lit candles giving off added, flickering illumination.
let's see. the scene has a m/f scissors, an f/m scissors, and two girls
sitting and bouncing up and down on a guy. the scene has quantity, but what
about quality?

NEGATIVE: the answer is that the quality is very bad. the girls are tiny,
maybe 90 pounds each, and have no training. the stunt man seemed to be the
only one with any idea of what he was trying to do. this one goes into the "it
could have been so much better" category.
