English subtitles.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: this is one of the most mixed up movies i've ever seen.
they keep switching from serious gangster kung fu fighting melodrama to
ridiculous slapstick. the fighting is top notch but the slapstick is difficult
to watch. besides the 3 scissors scenes which i will chronicle below there is
a recurring theme of men being kicked in the groin. one lecherous guy gets it
at least four times, and on one occasion three girls do it to him
simultaneously.

SCISSORS SCENE: #1)Cynthia Khan, wearing a tight black swat team outfit,
fights 3 guys in a warehouse as her "female commando" trainees watch. at one
point in the violent, well fought battle she is flipped and crashes through a
crate as she lands. she grabs another crate and blocks an attempted stomp by
the man who is standing over her. from a prone position she raises her legs
straight up and captures him in a headscissors. she grips his head between her
calves and brings her legs back down, sending him flying through the air.
eventually the three men run away from her and escape. #2) the same gang has
taken over a grammar school and are holding the children as hostages. three of
them come down a stairway. the first one is a large, heavyset man who is
spanking a small boy he is holding under his arm. two female commandos
approach them. the first one struggles with the big man, trying to rescue the
boy. the second one is carrying a large duffel bag filled with weapons. she
whips out a sword and slices and dices the other two guys in no time flat. she
drops the sword and opts to use nunchaku sticks to help her partner who is not
doing well against her much larger opponent. she skillfully and painfully
batters the man who hits the ground crying in pain. he tries to pick up his
gun but she slides in front of him and kicks it away. she then clamps his head
between her calves in a reverse headscissors and flips him into a nearby wall.
when he cries out in pain she stuffs a ball deep into his mouth and laughs at
him, saying, "shout! you can't, can you?" he pulls out a machete but she
counters with a huge scimitar like weapon and dispatches him with a few more
well placed blows. #3)Cynthia, Moon, and the "weapons" girl fight the big boss
in an incredibly brutal unarmed fight which starts in a classroom and ends up
with them laying waste to a nearby carnival. along the way the weapons girl
gets killed and the other three all take quite a pounding. the scene climaxes
when Moon lands a front kick driving the man back toward the waiting Cynthia.
she leaps up and grabs an overhead iron pole. she twist her lower body,
crossing her left leg over her right and then trapping his neck between her
calves. using a great deal of torque she twists back to her left, sending him
crashing through a nearby carnival stand. the girls drag him from the debris
but it's obvious that he has had it. they make him give up some evidence and
then he dies.

POSITIVES: these are all what i've come to call "combat" style scissors. the
setups and camera work are good in all three scenes, and the girls are both
beautiful and energetic.

NEGATIVES: the negative part of the "combat" style scissors is that it's
usually over in a heart beat, it's not very erotic, there's no squeezing or
even a period of captivity, and there's usually too much clothing. all true
here, but it's hard to be real negative about a movie with 3 scissors!
