movie mixed scissors scenes Dance Of Death 1980 STARRING: Angela Mao (Enter The Dragon) Shih Tien Martial Arts Direction by Jackie Chan ACCESS: very hard to find. i saw this movie in NYC in the early 80's and finally got my copy of it on 7/16/01. now that's patience. also i've never seen it on any cable network. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Angela Mao plays Fei Fei, an orphan girl disguised as a boy. (it's impossible to believe that they can't see she's a girl. come on. look at that face, those eyes, those lips, those--all right. i think you get the idea).she has several classic kung fu battles, a few that are just downright silly, (inspired no doubt by Jackie Chan), and some that can only be described as sexy. she uses forms such as "Concubine's Dance" and "Six Beauties Form" to defeat the males she fights. she is smiling and teasing as she batters her hapless male opponents which makes most of this movie a tremendous turn on. SCISSORS SCENE: the final battle in the movie is between Angela and a killer martial artist with long white hair. this is in such stark contrast to her youth and beauty that at times it looks like a teen aged girl sparring with her grandfather. she uses the "feminine forms" and he is beaten to the punch (or kick) again and again. at one point she falls at his feet crying like a little girl . she takes advantage of his bewilderment by doing a handstand. her feet come up in front of his face and she peppers him with jab-like kicks to the face. he is dazed by the blows and she locks her legs tightly around his neck while still doing the handstand. (See Mortal Kombat for a similar scissors) being too light to pull him to the ground she pulls herself up until she is right in his face. after a few seconds of squeezing she playfully slaps his head and nimbly flips off of him, crawls between his legs and out the other side, she then mulekicks the staggering man from behind, sending him sprawling to the ground flat on his face. she leaps hgh into the air and lands on hs back. her playful smile is gone now as she wraps his long white queue of hair tightly around his neck and pulls back hard, choking him. he tries to look back at her but she lands one last chop to his neck and it is over. POSITIVES: excellent set up, camera work, and lighting, magnificent lady. also her teasing manner and the age difference serve to make this scene unique. NEGATIVES: too short (as usual), and perhaps a bit too much clothing. OVERALL RATING; ***
