GENERAL DESCRIPTION: in the not so distant future an evil dictator subjugates
his people using mlitary force and hoards the scarcest of resources left in
the world, water. he is opposed by two girls and a group of mutants who are
half men, half kangaroo. that's right, half men, half kangaroo, led by Ice-T.
the special effect makeup jobs are actually very good. Lori Petty looked right
at home in her 70's punk outfits. btw,this story was derived from the comics.

SCISSORS SCENE: Tank Girl (Lori Petty) has been taken captive by an army of
marauding soldiers. there are about six of them guarding her as they return to
their base in a military transport vehicle. they are all heaviiy armed in full
commando outfit. the biggest, meanest one begins to make advances to the
bizarre punk girl. at first she seems receptive but then she mocks him. he
then puts a gun to her head and demands oral sex. she swings her long legs up,
scissoring him between her ankles and quickly breaking his neck. even as his
body hits the ground she finds five machine guns in her face. she looks around
innocently at the other soldiers and says, "what??!"

POSITIVES: so-so setup, good camera work and lighting.

NEGATIVES: very short, not even a ripple on the erotic scale, and highly
improbable. (but considering that this is a movie with kangaroo men, how
improbabe can it be?)
