Review of Crushed by Kasie

"Crushed by Kasie," from Utopia Entertainment, is a rare example of just 
how good female bodybuilder/wrestler videos can be when all the elements 
come together in the right combination.  A beautiful, powerful, dominant 
bodybuilder; good story line; great special effects, color, music; and 
professional broadcast quality video work. 

Kasie Cavanaugh is a blond, California-good-looking, national level 
bodybuilder from San Diego. At 5'7", 170 lbs., and only a few weeks 
before competing in the USA, she is absolutely scrumptious.  We are not 
always treated, in wrestling videos, to truly muscular, defined, 
heavyweights who are, at the same time, at full strength.  We are here. 
And, Kasie can wrestle!  She has become recognized as one of the most 
skilled, powerful, and beautiful women on the wrestling circuit.  She 
put away 24 guys in three days on the East Coast recently -- left 'em 
smiling.  And, filmmaker Kip Scott includes Kasie's address and phone 
number at the video's end. 

There is more of a story line than usual, and this one is fun.  Kasie is 
going out for the evening dressed to kill in her tight, cut away, 
evening dress and heels.  Now, there's a sight that alone is  worth the 
price of the video!  As her car leaves the driveway, two burglars 
approach the house, split up, and try entering from different points.  
Kasie, of course, has forgotten her purse and returns to find one of 
these abusive dolts crow barring the back door.  Luckily, the back door 
is right by the hot tub, so our resourceful beauty makes good use of it.  
In she goes, evening dress and all.  In he goes --into the tub and into 
her thighs, that is.  Her head scissors allows her to hold him under 
water, or let him up to breathe as she chooses. Ultimately, she chooses 
the former, and the creep is soon swimming with the fishes. 

Leaving the tub with her soaked dress clinging to her, sudsy froth 
accentuating some of her musculature, Kasie goes inside and is peeling 
off her soaked, sudsy garment when the second thief discovers her, to 
his delight.  Not for long.  Kasie, using karate moves, separates him 
from his gun and flips him over her shoulder.  The guy is doomed as our 
natural athlete uses her gymnastics and dance conditioning to outlast 
him, and her enormous strength to totally dominate him.  Kasie's 
repertoire boasts more than the usual limited number of holds we are 
used to seeing on videos.  She is fond, for example, of sitting on her 
victim's back, grabbing his chin in both hands, and pulling back in a 
camel clutch. This gives us the opportunity to see the full development 
of her arms (they can make you snivel) and we can hear neck things begin 
to crunch and tear. In fact, Kip makes sure we do with appropriate sound 
effects.  Kip also gives us a liberal sprinkling of stop-action shifts 
at strategic moments, so we can study in slow motion (and more dramatic 
black and white) just how good is the punishment this bad woman can 
inflict.  The outcome is inevitable; getting there is all the fun. 

The final ingredients that make this one hour $39.95 video such an 
incredible bargain are the special effects and professional quality of 
the entire production from the classy overlaid titles at the beginning 
to the action still shots placed at the end for your lingering 
reminiscences (what a screen saver!).  In fact, Kip Scott works with 
video production professionally, and he has his own state of the art 
broadcast cameras and editing equipment.  This gives him the ability to 
create technical effects that most of the other companies cannot do.  He 
also uses music effectively to heighten tension.  And, the color, 
lighting, and crispness of the video image are all first rate. 

Utopia Entertainment has given us a sexy blend of true bodybuilder power 
and dynamite presentation, enough to give "breathtaking" a whole new 
meaning in my book.
