Session with Sandy Bouwman by HardbodyPaul Paul has his first encounter with Sandy The morning of my session with Sandy Bouwman, I found myself awake in my hotel room much earlier than I had hoped. Pacing the floors in anticipation! Having not gotten to work out myself in two days due to traveling to St. Louis, I went to a local gym and got in a work out. After some sweating and pumping some iron for a couple of hours, I was much more relaxed. Ready for an encontour with Sandy. At 15 minutes till 1 pm, I called her room in the hotel. She answered the phone, "Is this Paul"? I laughed! I guess she was ready for me! She told me that she would be ready for me in 5 minutes. The longest five minutes of my life, let me tell you. When I knocked on Sandy's door, she opened it just slightly, peekind through the crack at me, and giggling! I thought that was a cute touch. She was wearing my requested outfit of a sleeveless top and a mini skirt. She also had very high heeled shoes on, which made her very tall. I asked her to take them off shortly, as I'm only 5'7", and was beginning to feel a bit short. As for how Sandy looked. She's pretty! Her upper body looks thick, although not huge. She is not nearly as cut as I had hoped. But, as a bodybuilder myself, I know how hard it is for the women to stay very lean year 'round. Her biceps have some peak to them. Although, not as peaked as Cheryl Harris'. Sandy legs though are, Wow! Very lean and defined. Her quads stand out from her legs, as seen as the girls before a contest. Hard and striated, just standing there. And when she flexes, they bulge! Calves stand out nicely too. But, her quads are definetly her best asset. Once again, just like with Cheryl Harris, it took me about 30 minutes to convince Sandy that I wanted to be hugged tightly, but, not squeezed to the point of pain! And that I was not at all interested in wrestling. After awhile, Sandy looked right into my eyes, and said, "You really DON'T like to wrestle, do you"? To which I confirmed, "No, I don't". She actually looked disappointed by this realization. Sandy explained to me how 99% of her clients are all into wrestling and/or domination of some kind. To which understood. It seems that I'll just have to make my likes and dislikes more clear in future encounters with these women. For you guys out there who really want a dominating and strong woman, for God's sake, go and see Sandy!!! Now, onto the strength of Sandy. She did seem to really want to impress me from this standpoint. Apparently she had got wind from Diana's site that I'm a true lifting admirer. I can say one thing here. Sandy is STRONG! I started her off with some isometric resistance arm curls and deltoid raises with me pushing on her arm for resistance. She impressed me with her upper body strength. Even though, she did tell me that she has had some trouble with shoulder pain, as many weightlifters do. As for leg strength, it seemed wise of me to make myself Sandy's first appointment. As she was fresh and ready to lift. We did a variety of lifts, using me for weight. Most of the lifts, I did first, lifting her, to show her how I wanted her to do them. She tried them all, except two of the hyperextension lifts using her back to do the lifting. She had never done anything like those, and did not want to try them. I understood, and did not want to see her get hurt. She did squats with me both sitting on her shoulders, as well as front piggy and back piggy. I told her I wanted to see her go deep with all of them. And she did on the first set of shoulder seated squats. Working her way down a little lower with each rep, until she reached a full squat. When she did that one, I said, "That's it. Now, ten more of those". She had already done several reps almost full. So, ten more was a bit of a challenge from me to her, to do at that depth. But, to my surpise, she did 10! All the way down to parallel. Heavily straining and a little grunt on the last two. Which I loved! When I said "10 more" to her, she paused for a second and said, "Hey, who's in charge here"? To which I said, "You are, darlin'" It was very funny! The most impressive leg lift was leg extensions with me sitting on Sandy's feet for weight. I weigh 158 lbs.. Which Sandy didn't believe me when I told her that. She kept saying that I was so light compared to most of the other guys that she lifts. To do leg extensions with a person sitting on your feet for weight, you must have a strong sturdy table for the lifter to sit upon. Lucky for us, there was a desk in her room, bolted to the floor. Sandy was lifting my entire weight on her feet with ease. Holding me in the air at the top of each repetition. The muscle in her quads just bulges out in striations when she does this. It was so impressive to watch her quads as she does extensions, that I insisted that we get it on the video that we were making for Diana's site. Let me tell ya, guys, it was difficult for me to keep my hands off of her quads while she did them, so that you could see her quads. Matter of fact, on the last few reps, I don't think that I did. At the beginning of our session, Sandy wanted to see my biceps to compare to hers. I had forgotten my tape measure. Which I feel a bit dumb now. Sandy said my arms were a bit larger than hers. But, hers were a very close second in my opinion. You guys can see for yourself, as we posed next to each other on the video. We also taped her doing some more shoulder seated squats. Which she didn't go as low as the one's that she did earlier, but she did 15 reps. I told her that all the guys in the chat room wanted to know how many squats she could do with me. I think that she could have even done a few more. We also taped her doing front piggy squats with me. I also asked her to do squats with me laying across her shoulders. Just to see what all the hype was that I had heard so many other guys talk about doing squats this way. For me, it seemed uncomfortable that way. However, I was able to reach down and feel her quads as she squatted that way. We also armwrestled. I was curious as to how my strength would compare to hers. She was trying hard, as her arm was shaking. But, after holding her at the starting point, I flattened her quickly. I was accused of bending my wrist when we began. That just seemed natural for me, I guess. But, I straightened my wrist before I put her down. I guess her arms are a bit smaller than mine. The overall experience was fun. Sandy is very strong, and will give you all she's got. She's also very ornery, and dominating, which explains her popularity among the wrestling and submissive type of guys. For the other guys like me, make sure you explain to Sandy what you want when you first walk into the room.
