Mandy, Oh Mandy, my favourite FBB by Micha In this story, I would like to tell you, with pleasure, about the first date with Mandy, my female bodybuilding girlfriend. Everything really happened, and that is the wonderful thing, in this story. Who ever, had also a FBB-Girlfriend, will confirm that. It is already just more than 8 years ago, but I still can remember every detail, that I will never forget, something like that. It everything began, with a visit in the local bodybuilding studio. Since I did not get on, in the chest training so correctly, I wanted to ask there, after reasons and help. Usually, I do not go into a studio, since that is too expensive for me. So I got myself an own room with equipment, at home. A smith-machine, decline/incline bench, vertical knee raise/dip/chin up station, stomach bench and very much weight plates of every lbs. But on this day, it had to be now, to go to the studio. The errors of my last training times were so bad and forced me, to made this visit. It was 10 o'clock in the morning, midsummer, 86 F. I was very fit. I went in, in front of me a long bar, at which you can talk about this and that and also could take some shakes. It was not very full. Therefore, a fantastic time, in order to speak about my problems. The training room was directly behind that bar. Both rooms were separated by big windows, so that one could look at everything and everyone in the training room, from that bar. The training room was shared into the different muscle groups and there then for each exercise with high technical machines, benches, dumbbells and barbells. Very well equipped. I could observe everything from the bar. That inspires the fantasy, I can say You. At the bar, I explained my questions and immediately, a coach was assigned to me. I was treated very, in a friendly manner and he showed me the machines. I was, up to now, only there, since I go there for sun-bathing. Then you must always go through the mechanical equipment room. Therefore, you always had a good overview of the people, which trained there. On this day, also 2 women were there. One, rather checked, as absolute beginner, like me too. But the other woman, looked very much like a FBB already. After the coach had explained me everything exactly and told me to practise now, this FBB struck me more and more. She also did normal bench press for her chest. In order to the fact, that her bench were only, so 10 feet away from my Bench, I could hardly let my eyes off her. Presumably, this is a typical male syndrome. "WOW, who is that, she already has some muscles. What a body!" I thought. Then, I moved on in my thoughts. She, maybe thought, in a certain way. "OMG, what is that man so looking at me, so weak, must be a beginner!" ,or "Yo, you probably would also like to press, as much as I do, with pleasure!" If she really thought like that, then I must say, she would have been right. I was still at the beginning, in this sport. I could be glad, to press 100 lbs, and she already pressed 143 lbs. So that worked once first, only viewing, a few minutes. Looks moved, thoughts would be made, more from me. I am interested in FBB already since a very long time. I mostly had my eyes there, on the ABS muscles of a woman's body. And there, we come to her. Her ABS was from such a sort, I would die for. I saw already many things, in the internet, in bodybuilding magazines, mostly only from american FBBs, but these stomach muscles beat me. I can explain it, only very heavily. First, a 6 pack, ok, yes, in the farest way, more a 8 pack, but the two lower ones, will be almost to see only a little. But the other 6, incredible, chiselled as in stone, so hard and deep sitting in her skin. One could stand on her ABS, she would not noticed it. One can compare her ABS, maybe with the ABS of a woman, if she flexes the stomach muscles on stage. There, one can see then, every single pack, very well. But Mandys ABS was unflexed looking like, that such a flexed ABS of another women and that was impressive. The right and left side of the ABS muscles is always separated by a deep line in the middle, vertical from the upper stomach to the belly navel, so to speak, this line is deeply carved between the packs. And only that line, was at her stomach nearly 0,6-1 inch deep and wide, and then the lines, horizontelly, between the single packs. Also here, the packs very beautifully just side-by-side, very symetric. She must have perfect genetics! OK people, do not sink to much into dreaming, but the occasion would be there! Like I already said, incredible deeply, very, very beautiful contures. Incredible contures. But also the lateral muscles appertain to correct stomach muscles, of course, the so-called obliques. Those were also, just deep carved. And the serratus snterior. Both muscle groups very proportional and beautiful fitting to the straight stomach muscles. As, if she had always trained only the stomach, never something other. But, to revise that, that was absolute not so. Also the remaining body was very beautiful. This hard body was not to be despised. Beautiful wide shoulders, the front, middle and rear delta very beautiful separated, what one could see so fast, a perfect v-form, those trapeze muscles full and well developed. Also deep carved in the skin. A wide lat. Very good biceps with a peak biceps ball and a very well developed trizeps. Especially, also still her chest was incredible. One could see that now good, in this moment, because she did bench press. A chest, which looks very beautiful and feminine. I can not say much to her legs. She wore some long pants, but I my mind, I thought, that she had also some perfect legs. All in all, Mandy was the perfect FBB, a real athlete. It looked, as if she would stand, shortly before a competition, because every tendon, every vein, every muscle fiber was to see very defined, and jumped to one directly into the face. I would say, she nearly had 8-10% body fat, at this time. For this purpose, she had still the suitable tan, not too dark and very natural. Very pure skin with a few freckles. Her face invited me to the next fantasy. To the falling in love, united blue eyes, shiningly as the sky, very beautiful lips and that all, in highest flex situation and concentration. Black, shoulder-length hair. All in all, a wonderful woman, about whom one noticed, that this sport was the correct one for her, and that this sport was a lot of fun for her. The sweat pearls onto her upper body, made, of course, every idea perfect and gave her body a special shine. And that all went to me through the head, in seconds. To keep on training, I did not have any pleasure now. Understandable, with such a view, how should I supposed to fetch the concentration there still? I attempted to hold my enthusiasm and viewing back. I want not to blame me, with the extreme viewing at her. So my thoughts and looks moved therefore about the beauty, of her so welfare-shaped one and hardened body. I had seen such a body, only from pictures and videos from international championships. So defined, dry and hard. One could make really almost an anatomy drawing, so exactly one could see the veins, tendons and muscle fibers. There the next thought struck immediately to me. "Is she presumably go also onto championships? She has the body to win on every contest!" Now, back to the event. 2 benches, for normal bench pressing, with rack appliance, stood therefore, direct next to each other. Mandy trained on one and Me, on the other, if you can call it still train. But I must simply, somehow, unobserved and not blaming for me, watch her during her exercising. Not only, because of her body, the muscle fibers and hardness, that was to see, at every repetition, and encouraged me to dreaming. No, but also as help. Finally, I had gone to the studio, in order to see what I made wrong, with my bench pressing, and how I will come to success. There, I had, the perfect model, with Mandy. And when I will then see something supple, like Mandy, then I presumably will be able to learn. She had not been able, to build up really simply, these muscle. A lot of exercise and ambition, will stood behind that. Therefore, I had a look, at a few repetitions of Mandy. She had a 33 lbs, a 22 lbs and a 5,5 lbs weight plate, lying, on every side of the long barbell. Since I used the same barbell, like Mandy, I know, that this barbell also alone weighted 22 lbs. Therefore, Mandy did repetitions, with a total of 143 lbs. And that with a body weight, of maybe just 132 lbs. For that, 143 lbs is damned much. Her body completely lay from the knees on the bench, her legs stood a little spreadly next to the bench. The middle part of her back was, in this position, slightly raised and imposed. A great arch of her chest was to see, at which sides one could recognize, the small outcoming muscles of the anterior serratus. Carved into the side of the chest. Then a little wider below, one saw the oblique stomach muscles, and the ABS. This complete area, looked, as if no skin would be there, no fat, nothing, simply only muscles! Engraved, hard in the skin. The chest muscles itselves were very beautifully defined, powerfully they jutted out highly upwards, not too much muscle mass, just enough, that one also still could recognized her breasts. But, also at her chest muscles, one saw single small muscle fibers, which closes also onto a very low body fat index. Her arms were right-angled, 90 degrees, put forward. One saw all veins also here clearly, which were marked, just in the lower and upper arms of a human. And through an increasing training, the veins appeared simply more and more. That was then also at Mandy. One saw a long biceps vein, that came from the forearm, around her elbow, went up through the bicep to her shoulder, then several other single smaller veins. Veins, that made their way from this big biceps vein, through the arm. She took the barbell in an overhand grip, with the help of hand gloves. At the barbell, her hands were spreaded in a distance of 3 feet. That was her ground position before the first repetition started. Now, Mandy lifted up the barbell slowly, controlled from the rack. One saw, that one immediately flex in her face and how the biceps grows itself, and the big biceps vein came out a little. Now she stretched slowly her arms up highly and brought the barbell something forward, so that, during the down move, the barbell would come exactly on her lower chest area. Then she let down the barbell, slowly. A beautiful, clear movement, at which she breathed in strongly. One saw, how her chest increased itself gigantically, and the stomach emptied itself, because of that. Through that, the chest got a powerful look and the stomach looked like a thin piece of paper, looked breakable. It looked, as if just a mountain would have risen. Her arms glided slowly under that, until the forearm touched against the upper arm, and a biceps ball curved, in this case. The barbell was now nearly 0,4 inch over her lower chest. She remained for nearly 2 seconds in this position, before she begun with the press up. Very slowly, she pressed up now strongly the barbell. One noticed the strength of this in her face, but no wonder, all in all, it was a weight of 143 lbs, she pressed here. Her arms stretched now slowly high, the biceps vein, which also raised itself over the shoulder, was coming out very strong. During the pressing, one saw also the sharing of the 2 trizeps heads, how that more and more flexed, and also how the front delta itself, always worked with, in this period of the exercise. One could beautiful see the sharing of the single trizeps heads. Her chest flexed itself now correctly, a arch of the pectoralis fibres from the outside towards the inside, made this picture perfect. In the final position, the left and right pectoralis, touched each other shortly in the middle, and she held also this position for nearly 2 seconds. Her trizeps was now fully stretched, all veins came out, and on her forehead, one sees also some small veins in the middle, that swelled. A sign, that this repetition cost a lot of strength. In the final position, she breathed out now again strongly. Her stomach filled itself again with air, ready for the next rep. First sweat pearls formed themselves on the upper body and her forehead. The whole rep lasted nearly 11-12 seconds. This Rep was made very slowly and clear. One saw, no swinging from the barbell, to the left or right side. That needs a lot of practice and concentration, which Mandy absolutely had. Now, she did 6 reps in the same rhythm. But, after the 6th rep, one noticed, that it became now very exited. She did the first ones, indeed with effort, and nevertheless, very sovereign, but now, another picture was to see. It was now the point of the pre exhaustion. The pressing required more and more strength and the upward movement became slower. But she still controls it, and she pressed her arms fully up. So far, until the trizeps was fully stretched. If you watched her veins, one saw, that this was a big challenge, which can only be made with so much strength. Nevertheless, she finished the 6th rep and put back the barbell onto the rack. She got up slowly. One could recognized, how her pulse runs. The sweat flowed her, from above the forehead into the face, also of the chest down into the lower stomach. Her body glimmered into a bright shine on this so beautiful well tanned skin. A wonderful look! She surrendered to the right, next to a smith machine and grasped with one hand at one of the safety rails there, turned a bit her body sidewards, to stretch the pectoralises. She held this position for nearly 15 seconds, before she doing the same thing, with turning to the other side. Then she sat down again on the bench, drank still some water, before she took the next reps into attack. The 2nd bench press set proceeded exactly like the first, also with 6th reps at 143 lbs of weight. Very strong effort, but always with the same target. Until she did enough! But now, my hour should beat! The 2nd set was ended, as well, as also her short stretching after that. "Hey you, there on the other bench. What is your name? Can you help me? There is no coach around here" she spoke to me, with a very sympathically voice. "Yes, of course, my name is Michael" it spread out of my mouth. To me, it was, as if I would be in heaven now. To help her, what was here going on, incredible! "But may I help you anyway? Nevertheless, for that, only the coaches are here. Not, that I get some problems then" i asked anxiously afterwards. I wanted no problems with the coaches, if they will see that. "Don't worry. Surely, you may help me. And what I recognized, how you looked at me, it must be heaven for you, to help me" she said decided and with one mischievous smile in her face. Uuh, that was now embarrassing for me. She recognized my staring looks. What must she think of me. But she is also right. It was heaven for me, to help her. "OK!" I spoke and went to her. "What should I do, how can I help You?" "Hi, I am Mandy. How you can help me? I would like to press more weight, and you must then support me, if my strength will loose, and grasp the barbell. With 2 persons, so we can do supersets without problems" she spoke from her lovely mouth. "You still want to press more weight?" I asked amazingly. "Nevertheless, you already pressed 143 lbs. That would be a dream weight for me, to do at bench press. And you still want more?" "Yes, I do that sometimes. Then I put 11 lbs more on the barbell. Then I see, how good my achievement is, and whether I can take already more for the next training unit, directly for the first Set!" Mandy said, with full Conviction. "OK, if you think so. So strong and strengthened as you look, you have loosely more acknowledgement of bodybuilding, than I. You know well enough yourself, and how much you can try. What weight plates shall I put then on the barbell?" I asked her. "Please, put 5,5 lbs plates on every side of the barbell. I will then lay down on the bench and positioned myself!" said Mandy. I went away to get the two 5,5 lbs plates and put those then on the barbell. Since I supported her now, I could looked into her face. But my view rather moved from her face to the upper body now, with that whole beautiful muscle mass expanded, in front of me. I had to smile and made big eyes. "Hey, keep cool, never seen a woman, doing bench press. Crazy view, not?!" she smiled at me. "Yes, sure, but only in videos or on pictures, but never in real life, and not at a woman with such a ubelievable upper body" I said with full amazement and grinned. "OK, now, let us first see, how this set will run. We can talk about my Body at a time, if you want?!" Mandy said. Talking still later!? I do not believe it. WOW, that was a woman. That I stared at her so much a few minutes, does not have any affect for her. She did nothing say, that this staring disturbed her, in any way. Super, I thought, then I can continue that now and see how she will go on, with the training. "OK, I am ready. If you lose strength, then shout and I help immediately" I surely said to her. "Fine, then we want to see, whether I can press 11 lbs more today" she said with absolute confidence. Then she lifted up, as usual, the barbell from the rack and stretched the arms up high, and the barbell something forward. "So, I already notice, that there is more weight. Are you ready?" she asked. "Yes, sure, try it. You will do that!" I said with conviction. She let down the barbell slowly, just over her lower chest. I had a look, at the thrilling game, between the veins and the discoloration of her skin, which became slowly red. It was very strength extensive. How would be then the upward movement? She stopped shortly, got deeply air and pressed up then the barbell slowly. Wow, what a view, her chest almost increased onto the double and a gigantic hole under that formed in the stomach. I had to remain calm, which felt to me more than heavily, because of this view. Very difficult, if you see such a ABS! The first three reps went without problems. Good, a lot of strength was behind that and the adrenaline fired out only so through the veins. But nevertheless, that all looked very controlled. Then the 4th came, the downward movement still went, as I saw below, that she lose some strength. "Shall I grasp the barbell, shall I help, or what?" I called quickly, because now, it depended on every second. "Now, not yet, I can do it alone" she called out to me. Ok, I thought. But nevertheless, for the security, I made my hands ready for grasping the barbell, very immediately. But she turned on. With a small scream, she lifted up the barbell to the full stretch, her biceps vein had grown gigantically. I saw nearly all veins and muscle fibers at her upper body now, the skin was colored bloody red and on her forehead and chest much of sweat pearls. "Super, brilliant, you are really strong" I encouraged her. "Now, during the next rep, please grasp immediately the barbell, if I can not hold her alone. I trust you, Michael!" "Ok, you can trust me. I will do!" I said. She let down the barbell to her chest and the chest widened from the breathe in. I saw already, that she breathe in much more air, than before. I had to concentrate now on my help, but actually, my view moved to the upper body, those flexed muscles and all the veins. But then, I felt, that she needed me. "Help, hold the barbell!" it came then from her. Immediately, I held my hands under the Barbell. I had never yet done something like that and did not know now, how strong I should hold the barbell. Therefore, I choose a small expenditure of energy first. Because, Mandy also pressed with good strength, against the barbell. "OK, now, slowly up", she said "use only a bit of your strength, I will do the rest." So I held the barbell only with a bit of my strength and she pressed, quietly shouting, the barbell up high. And, that worked. "Perfect Michael, your help was very good. We do that another 2 times. It is possibly, that you must now use more strength, than before, but you should have loosely that strength. You will have a look then, how much strength I use, and the rest will come then from you. Keep attention, that you do not use to much of your own strength, if that happens, I can not feel, how much I have to press, by myself" she declared this to me quickly. "OK Mandy, I will try to divide and estimate that. If my strength should be too much, please say something or show me a sign" I said. "I will do, have no fear, you will notice that all yourself" she still said and let down the barbell to her chest. And in fact, as she pressed up, I noticed, how much strength I should put on, so that she has still even everything in the hand. And we made then also still the next rep, like this, before she laid back the barbell again onto the Rack, after the 7th repetition. In thoughts, of being able to help Mandy now correctly, also my concentration was only at the helping movement and not at observing her body around the veins and muscles, while she flexed. I found it insane, that she now did 7 reps, with 11 lbs more more. OK, also if I have supported her, but how impressive. We speak here of a weight of now 154 lbs, that was nearly my body weight, at this time and she pressed that 7 times. Fantastic!! "OK, that worked, I really felt that, and it was very well. Many thanks, you helped super" she said radiant and very exhausted. "Thanks Mandy, I hope, I have not lifted up the barbell too strong, so that you did not have to do as much anymore. Sure, one can quite assess that, but it was the first time for me, to help soemone with something like that" I asked. "No no, that was very good, I still had to use enough strength by my own, to press up the barbell high. Anything was allright. You do not have fear about that" she said and facilitated me in this way correctly well. "Mandy, you are superstrong. I have never yet seen something like that and forgive me, if I have stared at you, but one have to stared at you with such a body. This definition, hardness and your veins. I saw that only even on pictures and in videos. And, in reality, something like that lookes totally other and more impressively. I hope, I did not bother you with that, but it is crazy to watch you, at this exercise" I said to apologize me first. "No, it is everything good. You are not the exception, that happens often, when I train here. It is not so bad, I am proud of what I allready done, until now. You need only the will and a good feeding, the rest comes then already. And nevertheless, you apologized. That is totally all right of you! And if I were angry about that, I would not have asked you for the help. Believe me, I does not care me so much" she spoke. "Ok, then I am facilitated. What do you think Mandy. Now, since you had a small break, should we try another set, with 11 lbs more, on the barbell? Remember, you just did 7 reps with the weight before" I asked her. Actually, I only said this to seeing these muscles in action, but also, to help her. And with more weight, she need more strength. "Hmm, normally I also wanna do other exercises for the chest, but ok, get another 11 lbs, and put them on the barbell. I will make me ready for that. We will see, if that works. But also you have to consider now, that there will be now 11 lbs more, and you also have to lift more" she said convincingly. What a feeling, Mandy want to do, what I suggested. Immediately, I ran and got the next weight plates. I could hardly understand, that she wanted to pass through this set, but it was also a Pleasure for me. So I put on the plates then. There will be now 165 lbs on the barbell! "OK Mandy, the plates will be on the barbell. I am ready, so you can start" I spoke in expectation. "Fine Michael, then I will do, but help immediately, if I need you. I never had before so much weight, for pressing" she said. She grasped the barbell. Before she lifted out the barbell from the rack, she breathed once again a few times, and lifted out the barbell then. She stretched the barbell up high, her veins swelled. The sweat went onto her forehead, she breathed repeatedly. I held, immediately, the hands under the barbell, but still without catching the barbell, only for the case of the cases. Then, she let down the barbell to her chest and she breathed once again very deep and fast. Then, she pressed the barbell up high. One heard, a quiet resentment and mumbling in her voice. Sounds to me, like she has to challenge much now. Her look said, "Put your hands under the barbell, but do not help yet, not yet!" She made the first and second repetition like this. The third then, was felt her very heavy. During the downware movement, she breathed already heavily. I wanted to grasp the barbell, but she shaked easily her head so, that it means a no. But then, while the pressing up: "GET IT, Quickly!" it came from her loud. Immediately, my hands grasped the barbell. That was it, I get the barbell and together we pressed it up and laid down the barbell, onto the rack. "Thanks, that was in the last second, I can not do anymore. Now, I need a break, to stretch. But what a brilliant feeling. I never had thought, that I can press 165 lbs three times! If you had not suggested that, then I would not be so lucky now. Many thanks, Michael" she said delighted and her sizziling smile drilled itself satisfactorily into my head. "Mandy, you are unbelievable" I only could say "Impressive, this success, that a woman is so strong" I said to her with fully enthusiasm, while she stretched a bit. Then after the stretching, she made shortly a chest flex. PWOW, madness!! One saw almost every muscle fiber in her shoulders and the chest. The veins on her upper arm, madness. I did not know, that veins can swell so hard. "Here, this flex is only for you. You did such a great help. If you have the pleasure, you can keep on helping me also still, at the other exercises. I will thank you then for that" she said after her pulse went down slowly. "With great pleasure, I keep on helping you. And thanks for the flex, and that I could see, how a hard and defined upper body looks. I will never forget that" I said with big eyes and amazement about such a look. "Ok then, I will continue now with incline bench press. First, with a few normal sets, maybe 2 pieces and then you can help me once again, with those supersets. That would be fabulous, if you can do that" she said and looked at me radiantly in this case. "Fine, I will have a look at you, if that does not bother you. So, I can learn a clean movement out of the practice from you, and if you need help then, say it. I am immediately there then!" "It's ok, you surely can watch me, it is all right. If you need also help later, I can help with pleasure, but now I would like to go through my training, after that then, we can see" she replied to me. "Yes, of course, that is already more than I expected today, as I came here. You are really super sympathic and very, very strong!" "Thanks very much for the compliment. OK, then I will begin with the exercise" she said and moved to the incline bench. The incline bench stood only 7 feet away and I looked amazingly at Mandy. She wore only a brief, form-beautiful BH, so I could observe her very well developed back. And I saw a very beautiful v-form, a very narrow waist and then the Lat, that formed itself wider slowly but constantly high to the shoulders. In the middle, the trapeze muscles, like her ABS, also these muscles very defined and carved deeply into the back. It was a disgrace, that she wore long shorts, because, if you look at this upper body, I would liked to examined her legs also with pleasure. So, I watched her then from a small distance, as she equipped the barbell, with sweat-bathed upper body, for the incline pressing. She picked up, for this purpose, 2 x 22 lbs weight plates and equipped so every side of the barbell with 44 lbs. In total, with the weight of the barbell, it were then 110 lbs. But, what a view, only as she equiped the barbell. How her biceps increased and the back muscles, for this purpose, played. How only the equipping of a barbell was so excited for me. Then she lay down on the incline bench. At the lower end of the bench, she spreaded again her legs a little and placed them, bside each side of the bench. Then she got deeply air and in this case, her chest was blown up to the maximum. Every so small chest rib and bone was, in this case, clearly to see, because of her small body fat. Also her stomach became flat like an endless emptiness, through which her super ABS was shown again. Every single pack emerged clearly. In this position, she remained 5 seconds. In that moment, she was positioned her upper body perfectly onto the bench middle. When she had her training position at least then, she breathed out slowly. Like this, she breathed 4-5 times. Breathing in very deeply and breathing out slowly controlled. But, at each further breath out she breathed increasingly more strongly and longer. And in fact, at the last time her stomach was blown up by the exhalation so strongly, that one did not see anything anymore, for a minimum moment, from her ABS. However, after that, she took far more deep air, than ever before. For me, her chest took a inconceivable size and her stomach an inconceivable emptiness. Looks, as if only a flat board lay on the bench. Preceded during that breath practicing, she also grasped the barbell, in a little wider as shoulder-wide overhand grip. Then she lifted up the barbell and, in order to that, her upper body sank down, a few inches. Under her back middle a deep hole was build. Through that Mandy only had made a little break, between the normal bench press and the beginning incline press, and it was very hot on this day, her upper body was oiled more and more from the sweat pearls. During the pressing up of the barbell now, a thick sweat rope made the way from her hair, down the forehead and across the nose, the chin and the neck, into the chest middle and then down to the stomach middle. Also some small sweat pearls formed themselves everywhere on her stomach and brought her silk-brown skin to the shining. So she began the first set of the incline bench press. She had grasped the barbell, her arms were ankled in 90 degrees position. She slowly let down the barbell onto her upper chest area. She did not lay down the barbell onto her chest, she let one inch space between chest and barbell. She held this final position for nearly 3 seconds. During the up move, she breathed in deeply and now in the final position, she breathed in air from the last reserves of her stomach, in order to widen her pectoralis still more. In this moment, I looked more and more at her stomach and was slowly wondering, if there actually will be some organs, or only muscles. Because, now, between the chest ribs, a gigantic hole had arisen. Several sweat ropes, which all united in her belly navel, forced themselves, again and again, from the breastbone through the middle of her upper body. Now she pressed very slowly, almost in slow motion, the barbell up. One could recognize, how her chest sides flexed slowly, more and more, and lifted up then her pectoralises and contracted. After a few seconds, she blew out more air and pressed up the barbell a bit more high, only a few inch, but this had a very good effect. Through that, her pectoralises flexed themselves still more strongly. That all happened only in few seconds. And that was her first rep in the first set. Again and again, I saw these sweat pearls, as they collected themselves in the belly navel and when the navel would be full then, the sweat flowed slowly down, across the side of her waist, onto the ground. She did the next reps very slow and fully concentrated. I observed her eyes, which were fixed on the barbell middle, and let this middle never out of the view, not at the full down move or during the press up. She completed the first set with 10 reps. Then she put back the barbell onto the rack. When she went up from the bench, I thought now, that, when she made such a practice so slowly, she just must be very much out of air. But nothing. She stretched her chest a few times to the right and left side, and breathed a few times very deep. But, that this exercise had overpowered or overstrengthed her, you will not see. Looked like, as would she get prepared for the first set easily, but she already pressed very much weight. Then she went to the weight plates and took there 2 plates of 5,5 lbs. Next, she put each plate onto every side, so that the barbell weighed now in total 121 lbs. I was heavy amazed about Mandy. Already, at the normal bench press exercise she lifted far more than her own body weight and now, at the incline press, she already came near to her own body weight. In my head, I thought, if I should forced her to lift more weight, later then, if she ask me for help. To test her maximum. Anyway, she laid herself down again on the bench, in order to begin the 2nd set. I will not explain this whole process once more. You should use this time more, to imagine this perfect picture, with closed eyes. You would not like to open the eyes then ever again. She made only a small difference in this set. She made this set now a little faster and everytime, as she pressed up the barbell, it sounded, as would she scream out her whole frustration or anger. The 2nd set she finished with 8 reps, but remained this time on the bench. She stretched her arms over her head, backwards, in the direction of the ground. What a pic, when her body was now fully stretched. Her ABS now not with these deep grooves, but one could still recognize them there. Her chest grew up tremendously, during the stretching of her body. Nearly one minute went by, as she then got back to her normal position and made directly the 3rd set. This time with 7 reps. When she, after that set, stood up from the bench, she shortly stretched herself, and my next moment of help should come. "Hey Michael, do you have time and pleasure to help me once more? Would be great! You have done that before very good" she spoke to me. A coach, who stood now unfortunately near us, hurried immediately to her, and I only thought. "Oh no, she need me, and now, he is there." Ok, the coach is rather authorized to help her, but now, in this case, I wanted to help her. So, I went to her quickly. "Would be a great pleasure to help you once again. But only, if no other one has something against that help, because normally, I am not authorized for something like that" I spoke and looked, in this case, also at the coach. That one said now. But, if you will notice then, that I lose strength, please help immediately. I am not angry, if you grasp the barbell to early. You will already see the correct time." "Ok Mandy, then start, you can trust me!" She took the barbell, lifted it out the rack and breathed in deeply. Then she let down the barbell on her upper chest. She let the barbell down to her chest, slightly in front of her nose and chin. But not on her chest. She let some pace between barbell and chest. Then she pressed up the barbell, with a tremendous power and moan, and breathed out all that air, what was in her stomach, until her arms were maximum stretched. And I should concentrate, if you see something like this, when such muscles all played together. And since she had so little body fat, one saw really, in fact, almost every muscle fiber. But I had to be concentrated in this case. I wanted to help her the best I can. It was just, not only her body, hard as steel, which inspired me so much, it was also her character. Because, which woman remains so calm, if a guy will be stared at her so much. And also before, that she wanted to helped her, only by me and not by a professionell coach. Everything impressed me lot. She made, like she said before, 3 reps. As she then let down the barbell, I noticed, that she breathed hard and quick. I held my hands, a little, under the barbell, but did yet not tough the barbell. Through that, I saw a small yes saying smile of Mandy. Because she could recognized that and knew now, that I could help her immediately. It was such a smile, that says, "Thanks, I can trust you!" When the barbell was then below, she paused shortly, 1-2 seconds, took some deep air, set ups a serious face look and lifted up the barbell slowly. I did not tough the barbell, because she looks very confident and I said to myself, as long as she looks so confident, she can do it alone. It looked, like I always have helped her and knew, because of her face look, when to help and when not. And in fact, she did the whole 4th rep alone. In spite of that, I constantly helds my hands under the barbell, but not toughed it. I saw also, that the other coach watched us. Maybe, he did presumably not trust us, but the sign, that he did not came to us, said, that we made anything correct. And Mandy? As she had the barbell in the highest position, she got now a lot of air, breathed in increasingly more deeply, and it were 6-7 seconds, when she let down the barbell again, to her chest. But the barbell shaked, when it also were only a bit, but that was the sign for me, that she had enough, she lose strength and her concentration was now away. And there it was again, this smile from her. Immediately, I knew, the time is there and I grasped the barbell in the middle. I tried to attempt to use only so much of my strength, so that Mandy knew, I already have the barbell too, but she still can pressed up the barbell with her whole last strength. That this was exactly the right thing, I could see in her face. She did not say anything, but she smiled, as you can say smile, because her face was full of strain. But I saw also the will, that she wanted to finish this whole rep. But everything went very slowly. She managed the upward movement indeed, but I noticed, that I had to contribute more and more of my strength. But she lifted up the barbell once more, breathed out very deeply and said "to the Rack, to the Rack". I knew what comes and helped her to let the barbell sink down onto the rack. "Ok Micha, thanks, thanks so much. I do not know what happened here, but already at the 2nd rep, I noticed, that the weight was to heavy. I can not understand that, cause I often pressed this 132 lbs. However, maybe I had practised to much at the normal bench press and lost there to much strength. But we harmonize so good, you noticed correctly my act of mimic, and particularly, you react absolute correctly"! "Yes, I could noticed it very well, when it was impossible for you, to lift up the barbell alone and when I have to grasp the barbell too. But nevertheless, what you lift here today, is absolute unbelievable. Think about, that you lifted up your complete body weight 5 times. I can not imagine, that a woman did something like that, at incline pressing. Maybe 1 time, but 5 times!" I replied, in order to give her the feeling of accomplished strength. "I know, but also remember, since how long I already train. With the time, one knows that this is a lot, but one wants also more. Please understand me, 132 lbs is for me, not such a big thing. I often pressed that 5 times, also without help. But, let us keep on attempting it. I must lift more and I know, you are here and that gives me more strength" she spoke with fully conviction. "I have no big problem with that, Mandy. I can still put on some of my strength. But I am not sure, if I can take the whole weight of the barbell alone, if you do not have any strength at all. It can become than also very difficult for me. Therefore, I would say, not to take more weight. For you, 132 lbs, is maybe not so much, but for me, it is" I looked at her askingly. I saw her strength before, knew, that she already had given everything at the normal bench pressing and now the incline pressing. Now, she did not want only the 132 lbs, but the 141 lbs. On the other hand, I said before to myself, that I wanted to test her maximum. She, already will know, what she wanted to do. She did this not the first time and up to now, I did not have any reason, not to trust her. I already believed, that she still has strength, in the case of the cases, for pressing up the barbell successfully. And also I had the incentive, to tickling everything out from her. And how would she react, if I say no now and do not keep on helping her? Too much questions, for so less time. Mandy noticed, that I was completely in thoughts. "Come on Micha, that will run!" she said a little more aloud to me and very demanding. But at all, that sufficed, in order to keep away my whole thoughts and simply let me react. Therefore, I got the weight plates and put them on the barbell. When I was ready, Mandy stretched herself still a little and laid down, readily to increase her own world record, onto the bench. During her positioning, she noticed still the indecision from me. "Man, Micha, do not think so much. Make yourself free from this thoughts and concentrate only on the help. You do not help me, if you keep on thinking. I need you 100 % concentrates." I brought out only a short ok. But I kept these words of Mandy in my heart and freed myself from all thoughts. Instead of this, I said to Mandy. "Ok, then go, towards my conviction, you can do that and I will help. But, for that, I want to see the absolute best now, from you, all you can. Show me the "Super-Mandy" I joked and wanted to stimulate her, in this way. "You want to see the "Super Mandy"? You can have that! Watch that out." she smiled at me. In spite of all that, one could also noticed the big effort, she used now. She paused shortly over her chest, breathed in again very deep, a few times and pressed then slowly up the barbell. I saw from her mimic, that she wanted to make the whole move alone. In spite of that, I prepared my hands, but did not grasped yet the barbell. Mandy sprayed pure will and optimism out, while pressing up, also when one looked into her face and saw a light red discoloration. But she made it, with much effort, but it also may looked as rather easy. I know, it sounds controvers, but it is difficult to describe. She held the final position for a few seconds, before she then kept on pressing up the barbell abit more higher. Her upper body was lifted off, in this case from the bench, easily. Even if it were only a few inches, but her pectoralises were flexed to a maximum. Crazy, what she did there. Then she let the barbell down again so far, like, before she did the small higher press. Next, she did this smaller press up and down for another 2 times. Always, a few inches press up, then these inches down and again up and down. Then after the last of this short press up rep, she let down the barbell to her chest. First yet, she took the 2nd real rep into attack. I heard shortly, as she said, that I should not grasp the barbell, but I still had prepared my hands, only for the case, to help her immediately. I was very much amazed, that she needed much more effort, in the set before, with 8,8 lbs less, than now. But she herself also thought there, that she was not full concentrated there and it was then so difficult for her. However, now, as said, one noticed her full effort much better. But she seems now much more concentrated, than before. She pressed up also the 2nd time the 141 lbs, without help. As she arrived above, her mimic changed and a few thick veins came out. Also, the blood colors her face now in a more deeply red way, than before. It was not the absolute full stretch, and she also did not made these short press ups, like she did after the first rep. "Catch it!" I heard her quietly murmuringly. I grasped immediately the barbell and wanted to let it down from this high position to the rack, naturally with her help, but she said quiet "No". Therefore, I grasped only the barbell a little and together we let it down again to her chest. She really wanted to continue, although one could hear her now breathing heavily and more and more small and thick veins came out. But finally, she grasped the barbell more strengthened, than I. But also, in the set before, she had the full control and I trusted her, that she knew exactly, what she did. And she showed me now in fact, that she is Super-Mandy. Decided, we both pressed then up the barbell and I noticed, that she now took again a bit more of her strength. It was almost, as could I realx my arms a little. But her face colored increasingly darker and in the middle of her forehead, a gigantic long vein came out more than clearly. Through this effort, not only in her face appeared more and more veins, also her strong, thick bicep vein and 2 of the thicker lower stomach veins came out. Very thick veins were that. That showed to me, that her stomach was some kind of natural and not sort of concrete. A deeply erotic view was that. The whole body was sweat-bathed, so many veins, her chest so fully blown up and this flex, at the whole body. Everything looked metal-hard. It was now the 3rd rep with 141 lbs. Nevertheless, that is not normal! I paid attention to her mimic, also heard, whether something came out of her mouth. But nothing. I did not perceive even the noise of surrounding machines, concentrated completely on my help. Without hearing some sign, I noticed, she wanted to pull down the barbell again. I held, of course, still my hands at the barbell. During we let the barbell again down, her body lifted off something from the bench, only a piece, the veins came out more deeply. She breathed in very deeply. Then, below, she stopped and maybe 5-6 seconds went by. I made myself thoughts, if she did not have anymore strength for the pressing up and that should be a sign for me, to lift up the barbell with my full strength. Or, if this will be a preparation for the last rep. It were long seconds, and she kept the barbell longer below, than ever before. I decided, to start lifting up the barbell onto the Rack, not alone, but also with her support. However, just, when I wanted to start, she shaked her head decidedly, and started herself. The barbell shaked sidewards, did not stayed even, but she turned pressing on. Under highest effort, she said shortly "not back to the rack, one more rep". I was so glad, that she still had this strength and also knew now, what she wanted to do next. Therefore, I helped her, now with something more of my own strength, to stretch up the barbell to the highest point. Arrived in the final position, she said quiet "More higher". And, in fact, her whole body disappeared once again a little from the bench and she kept on pressing up the barbell. Then a bad moment came for me. I noticed, that she lost her strength, shortly before we arrived this final position. She lost it not completely, but I had to used more of my strength, than I thought, I would have. I had to used that, because otherwise the barbell had be fallen on her chest. It was only a part of a second, before she then mobilized all reserves once more and laid down, with also my help, the barbell onto the rack. "YEEESS" Mandy cried out. "YES!! That was crazy!" She got up. Still all veins were to be recognized clearly. What a view. Really thick veins, which made their way through her stomach. And some other smaller ones. Then she stretched both chest sides very extensively. "Oh yes Micha, that was very good, I feel it absolutely in my chest. I feel so good. 141 lbs, can you believe that? 141 lbs!!" she spoke to me, totally proud of herself. Believing? I? No one will believe that, if one not really saw you doing that! From where did you take these power reserves? Do you still have more of them" I replied proudly to Mandy. "Yes correct, it were reserves. But there will be no more anymore. I am finished. It is enough for me, but it makes me so happy!" "So, you not wanna put me 22 lbs more on that barbell, for pressing" I joked. "You kidding, no, believe me, not more. I feel very good, I would have also the will to do more. But I have no more strength. That was today so much weight, in both exercises. So much, I never pressed before. And my honoration also will go to you, as you help me so much. What can I give to you, for that?" "Oh no Mandy, you still have gotten so much to me today. Your body is so impressive! I can not do, as much for you at all, as if I look at you only for a second" I flattered her now. She came then 10 mins later and we talked about this and that. Nearly 1 hour we talked then, she told me much about her and at least, she invited me for a 2nd date with her, at her apartment. Of Course, I accepted this very thankfully. But, all about this, in other stories! The end! I will dedicate these and all next stories of Mandy to her personally. She died on 12.01.2003 through a hard, unguilty car accident. In memories of Mandy, who enjoyed this sport with so much pleasure, energy, persistence and ambition. But also a girlfriend (Fiancees), like I never had before and maybe never will be have in future!
