The Showdown By M.C. A beautiful female sheriff singlehandedly takes on a gang of vicious outlaws in the Wild West. Author's Note: This is a recurring theme that I've written about quite a few times in previous stories. What can I say? I just find the theme of a rough, tough town in the Wild West being tamed by an even tougher woman sheriff so damned erotic. Enjoy. Chapter One: The New Sheriff It had been one week since Penny Garfield rode into town and was hired, out of total desperation, to become the town's sheriff. The pretty blond was sitting at her desk in the sheriff's office calmly brushing her long, beautiful hair when she heard the sound of horses off in the distance. Glancing up at the clock on the wall Penny smiled and said, "They're prompt, I'll say that for them - when they say high noon, they mean high noon." As the sound of the approaching horses grew louder, the female sheriff placed her hairbrush in the desk drawer, rose to her feet and walked over to the stand where her gun belt with two colt 45 revolvers was hanging. She removed her six-guns from their holsters and carefully checked to make sure that each one was fully loaded and ready for use. With her pistols ready for action, the beautiful sheriff strapped the gun belt on around her waist and prepared to go out and face the notorious and feared Craig Wilson gang of outlaws that had been terrorizing the town.. Before leaving her office however, Penny briefly paused in front of the mirror that was hanging on the wall near the door and fluffed up her beautiful blond hair (Penny believes that a girl should always try to look her best - even when she's about to engage in a gunfight against a gang desperados). Satisfied with her appearance, the intrepid woman then opened the door and went outside. Penny walked out to the center of the town's main street and put her hands on her hips. "Well, well boys," she began as the six large, tough men dismounted from their horses and began to strap on their gun belts, "when you say twelve noon, you mean twelve noon. I like that." You'd think that one lone woman facing off against six large and vicious gunmen would be a cause of concern for her. But ironically, instead of showing any trace of fear, Penny had a wide grin on her beautiful face! Then she got serious and said in a strong, firm tone of voice, "You boys have been terrorizing everybody in this territory for far too long and it's about time someone put a stop to it once and for all; and I'm just the girl to do it!" As the roughest and toughest gang in the territory began to approach her, the pretty sheriff thought to herself, "This was almost too easy. All I had to do to bait them into coming here for a showdown was beat up and spank Craig's son Eric, toss him in jail and wait for his father and his gang to come and try to free him." Penny also beat up the two other members of his gang that were with Eric but allowed them to escape so that they would go back to their hideout and tell Eric's father what she had done to his son. "This worked out exactly as I hoped it would," Penny thought and added with an evil grin, "they swallowed my bait - hook, line and sinker; and here they are." To someone watching (hopefully from a safe distance away), the scene that was now unfolding in the middle of the town's main street must have seemed very surreal. For here was pretty Penny Garfield - all five feet-six inches and 120 pounds of her - facing off against the roughest, toughest and most feared gang of outlaws in the territory; and she was grinning! Surreal to say the least. "Why did you beat up my son and then humiliate him with a public spanking last night?" the large, gruff man bellowed as he and his men began to approach the pretty sheriff. Despite their closing in on her, Penny stood exactly where she was with her hands on her hips - and still grinning! "I punished your son and his friends because they were behaving very badly in the saloon. They were groping the dancehall girls and bothering all of the other customers. So I ordered them to leave town immediately - or else! (Penny knew that she had baited Eric and his friends to challenge her after she ordered them to leave; it was, after all, part of her plan). But your son and his friends refused to leave so I had to teach them a lesson. And as far as the spanking goes, it's like my mother used to tell me while she was spanking my father whenever he misbehaved, 'Remember this Penny, there's nothing like a good spanking after a beating to put naughty men in their place'. And it's a lesson that I've never forgotten." (You may be asking yourselves how Craig, his son Eric and all the other members of his notorious outlaw gang - all of whom had bounties on their heads - could freely come into the town and do whatever they liked whenever they liked without any fear of being arrested. The answer was simple: fear of retribution of what Craig and the rest of his outlaw gang would do should anyone try to apprehend any of them. The people of the town had put out word that they were in desperate need of a strong, tough sheriff who could bring law and order to their town, but nobody was brave enough to take the job; nobody until Penny showed up that is. As a sheriff for hire, Penny had heard about their town's plight and came to see what she could do to straighten things out). Chapter Two: The Fight Furious now, Craig Wilson and his five henchmen lowered their hands so that they would be closer to their guns - should they decide to draw on the pretty blond sheriff. Noticing this, Penny did likewise and lowered her hands near her two colt 45s that were fully loaded and ready for use. Though they were vicious outlaws, the compassionate side of Penny felt that she should at least try to reason with the six men that were confronting her. "You know boys, we can avoid any bloodshed that might occur here today if you'd just lay your guns down on the ground and accompany me to the sheriff's office." Then, somewhat oddly considering the situation that she now found herself in, Penny added with a girlish giggle, "I've got some, nice comfy jail cells just waiting for you; tee, hee, hee." Penny knew that there was absolutely no chance whatsoever that Craig and his gang of hardened criminals would comply to her request. They were, after all, wanted men and being arrested meant long prison terms for each of them. But she still felt the need to at least try to avoid any bloodshed. Not surprisingly though, her offer was flatly rejected. "What? You want all six of us to just lay down our guns and surrender to you?" the brutal gang leader screamed. "Fat chance of that you BITCH! We're six men and you're just one woman." Ignoring the bitch comment - or maybe because of it - Penny giggled again and replied, "Gee Mr. Wilson, thanks for pointing that out to me. I hadn't really noticed until you mentioned it; tee, hee, hee." (By giggling and teasing them now Penny was baiting the six tough men into fighting her). Despite her outward appearance conveying female toughness and strength, Penny always felt that the 'little girl' in her never quite grew up. That's why she always makes a big fuss about her hair and sometimes giggles in what, to any outside observer, would seem like a very inappropriate time; like now for instance. And then the strong, tough woman in Penny returned and she said in a loud and firm tone of voice, "Very well then Mr. Wilson, I did try to reason with you and your men, but I guess that we'll just have to settle this the hard way. The next move is up to you." Both sides were ready to draw their guns now; and as they were only about twenty feet (seven meters) away from one another, the odds of surviving a gunfight at this close range seemed rather small. Six tough gunmen facing off against one single woman - what chance could Penny possibly have against such odds? Nobody knows who went for their guns first; only that it wasn't Penny. But even though she let the vicious outlaws draw first, it didn't make any difference (she knew it wouldn't). BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! In what can only be described as a blur, the pretty blond sheriff drew her two six-guns and gunned down all five of Craig's henchmen before any of them even had a chance to fire a shot; and she even managed to shoot the gun right out of Craig's hand in the process! (Penny deliberately didn't kill the gang's leader because she had other plans for him). As the gang's leader was now unarmed, Penny holstered her six-guns and, after glancing down at the five lifeless men that were lying in the middle of the street to make certain that they were no more, she smiled at the Craig. He was in complete shock, trying to come to terms with what he had just seen this incredible woman do - singlehandedly wiping out his entire gang in just a few seconds! "Well Mr. Wilson, it looks like it's just you and me now. So let's settle the rest of this little fight of ours with our fists; O.K? 'Mano al Womano' as they say. That way I can at least get in a bit of exercise today." Craig Wilson was still in shock. In just a few seconds he had seen his entire outlaw gang completely wiped out by a beautiful female sheriff after she had already beaten up and spanked his son and then put him in jail where he'll soon be facing a long prison term because he was part of his criminal gang. And now the woman sheriff who had utterly destroyed his life was challenging him to a fistfight. At the very least, he could get some measure of revenge for what she had just done to him by smashing her into the ground. And so the six foot-four inch, 230 pound man furiously approached the five foot-six inch, 120 pound woman determined to do just that. "I'll make you pay dearly for what you did to me and my gang you BITCH!" the large, strong, tough man said as he closed in on her. Ten minutes later it was all over. The once mighty Craig Wilson, feared throughout the territory, was lying on the street next to the lifeless members of his gang, battered to a pulp. Penny, on the other hand, didn't have so much as a single mark or scratch on her - in fact her long, beautiful blond hair wasn't even mussed! "Well, so much for the dreaded Craig Wilson and his gang," Penny smiled as she looked down at the six once powerful and feared outlaws who now were lying on the street in front of her (five of whom were dead and one badly beaten up). Then the little girl in her returned and she added with a giggle, "All wiped out by little ole me; tee, hee, hee." After relishing her triumph over the brutal gang for a minute or two (Penny was not without her pride you know) she remembered that she still had a bit more work to do to wrap things up. The pretty blond reached down and grabbed the once powerful leader of the now defunct Craig Wilson gang by the collar of his shirt and, with surprising ease, dragged the large man into her sheriff's office. Chapter Three: After The Fight The first thing that Penny did after she dragged the battered man into her office was pause in front of the mirror and fluff up her beautiful blond hair again. Then she dragged the shattered, outlaw gang leader into the next room where the jail cells as well as Craig's son Eric were. "You looked so lonely in here all by yourself this morning Eric, so I decided to bring you some company - your father. Unfortunately the rest of your gang will not be joining you; I sent them on a one-way trip to hell." The strong woman opened the door of the jail-cell and tossed the badly beaten man inside; then she closed and locked it. And as Penny was leaving to go back to her office, she laughed and said, "The two of you can now have a lovely father and son chat about all of the interesting things that happened to you recently." Penny returned to her office, sat down at her desk and began to fill out all of the paperwork that she was required to do in order to collect her reward for wiping out the vicious Craig Wilson gang. Every one of the five henchmen that she had gunned down had a price on his head (not to mention Craig and his son but they were still alive). The deceased had to be properly identified and their deaths confirmed before Penny could receive her reward money. And although the paperwork was necessary, it was nevertheless boring and tedious work. "Paperwork is by far the worst part of being a sheriff," she said to herself as she filled out the forms. An hour later, her paperwork completed, Penny could finally relax and reflect on the events of the day. And as she did so, the beautiful female sheriff reached into the desk drawer, took out her hairbrush and began to brush her long, blond hair; just as she was doing two hours earlier before Craig and his gang first arrived. And as she brushed her hair, Penny mused to herself "I'll say this about being a female sheriff in the Wild West, it sure keeps a girl in good shape." Chapter Four: One Week Later It had been a week since Penny wiped out the dreaded Craig Wilson gang and, as the town returned to the quiet and peaceful place that it had been before the gang first arrived, the pretty blond sheriff found herself itching to move on. "This town is so peaceful now that practically anybody can be the sheriff," she said to herself. "I want more excitement. I want to find another tough, lawless town that needs a strong woman sheriff to come in and straighten things out." And so she did. A few days later Penny informed the town's mayor that she would be resigning from her position as sheriff just as soon as they found somebody else to replace her; and then she would be moving on. "Penny," the town's Mayor said as he entered the sheriff's office the next day, "we've found a sheriff to replace you. Unfortunately it's a man (Penny giggled when she heard that), and he'll be arriving tomorrow. I know that your motto is 'Never send a man to do a woman's job', but you also said that you wanted to leave ASAP." "A man?" the beautiful blond said with a grin, "I guess he'll just have to do. Anyway he'll be inheriting a peaceful town now so hopefully he'll be able to handle it. Because my new sheriff's job is apparently in a town that's in pretty much the same situation that yours was in before I arrived and 'took care' of things, they want me to start as soon as I possibly can. And since it's located about twenty miles (thirty kilometers) to the west of here, it'll take me most of the day to get there. So I'll pack up all of my things, and leave sometime tomorrow morning." The Mayor was hesitant about what he wanted to say next but finally built up the nerve to do so. "Penny," he began, "is it possible that you can do one more favor for us? The road that you'll be taking to your next destination tomorrow passes right by the state penitentiary. That's where, thanks to you, Craig and his son Eric will be spending the next twenty years of their lives. Our problem is that there isn't anyone in this town that's brave or tough enough to take them there; except for you of course. So can you take them with you on your way to your new destination and drop them off at the prison? It would be greatly appreciated. Even though you wiped out their gang, I'd still feel better knowing that they were in prison rather than here." Penny couldn't resist laughing when she heard the Mayor say this. "Of course Mr. Mayor, I'd love to do it; and I think it would be very fitting too. After all, I'm the one who ended their reign of terror here; so I think it's only appropriate that I'll be the one who 'escorts' them to prison. I'll load them onto the back of my wagon just before I leave town tomorrow morning." Chapter Five: The Following Morning As a sheriff for hire, Penny moves around from one town to another frequently and because of that, she travels as lightly as possible. In fact aside from her gun-belt and Colt 45s - which are the tools of her trade - everything else that she carries with her fits into just one single suitcase; and it only contains the bare necessities of what she feels she needs: two extra changes of clothes, eight pairs of panties, a makeup kit and two hairbrushes (because the last thing that Penny wants is to be left without a hair- brush in the event that hers should happen to break). After Penny had hitched her two horses to the wagon and placed her suitcase inside, the female sheriff entered what had been her office for the last time to take the once feared Craig Wilson and his son out to her wagon so that she could 'escort' them to the state prison. A large crowd of townspeople had gathered outside of the office to bid Penny a fond farewell for all that she had done for them. For about a minute after the pretty woman entered the sheriff's office everything inside appeared to be quiet; and then they heard - WHAM! POW! SMACK! CRACK! BAM! This went for about two minutes before everything became quiet again. Then about a minute later the door to the sheriff's office swung open and the crowd was greeted by the smiling face of the beautiful, blond woman emerging without so much as a single mark or scratch on her. In her right hand Penny was dragging the 230 pound Craig Wilson by the collar of his shirt, while in her left, his 220 pound son Eric. Both were unconscious and appeared to be rather badly beaten up. Without showing any signs of strain, the surprisingly strong, 120 pound woman dragged them both - all 450 pounds of them! - to the rear of her wagon where she lifted Criag completely off the ground and unceremoniously tossed him inside. But just as Penny was about to do the same to Eric (she was already holding him up above her head in her outstretched arms) an idea occurred to her. Because she had a long ride to get to her destination, and sitting on the wagon's hard wooden bench seat for all that time wasn't the most comfortable for tush, the pretty woman decided that instead of tossing Eric into the back of the wagon with to his father, she would use him as a cushion instead. So she dragged him around to the front of the wagon and tossed him onto the bench seat so that he was now lying lengthwise across it on his back. Penny then climbed onto the wagon and sat down on top of him. Looking down at the battered, beaten and now totally humiliated former outlaw, Penny giggled and said, "Gee Eric your tummy makes such a nice, comfy cushion for my tushie to sit on for our ride to the prison; tee, hee, hee. So let's get started, shall we?" Chapter Six: Epilogue The powerful and beautiful woman then grabbed the reigns of her horses and, after giving the reigns a slight tug and making a "click, click," sound, the horses began to pull the wagon down the street towards the edge of town. A light breeze then began to blow, sending Penny's long, beautiful blond hair swishing back behind her as she rode. The crowd of grateful townspeople that had gathered outside of the sheriff's office to see her off walked alongside her wagon until she reached the town's limit. Penny paused briefly, smiled at the still cheering townspeople and blew them kisses. Then she waved "good-bye" and left the town, heading for her next adventure. The crowd continued to watch her until the road veered off to the right and the mighty and beautiful woman who had saved their town disappeared from their view.
