Davida vs. Goliath

Circus strongman meets his match


Davida brushed her pretty blond hair as she waited for her date to show up.
She liked Ron and wanted to look her best for him. She wore her favorite red
dress and spent a lot of time in the bathroom putting on her make-up. The
doorbell rang and the attractive 17 year-old high high school gymnast answered
it. " Hello Davida, you sure look pretty this evening." Davida smiled, " thank
you Ron, you don't look too bad yourself; where are we going tonight? " Ron
held up two tickets for her and proudly announced, " the circus, I remember
you telling me that you wanted to see it while it was still in town." "Yes!!!,
yes I did, you're so sweet Ron." She gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then taking
him by the hand she said," let's go, shall we." As they approached Ron's car,
Davida asked, " Ron, does this circus have a 'strongman' act? " " Yes they do
as a matter of fact, some huge guy named Goliath." Davida paused, " excuse me
Ron, I seem to have forgotten something, wait here a minute." She walked back
into her house, emerging a few moments later carrying an extra bag. "What's in
there? " Ron asked her." Oh, it's nothing important, sweetie...girl stuff.
Come, let's go." They got into the car and drove off to the fairgrounds.

They entered the huge tent and found their seats. There were several thousand
people sitting in a large semi-circle, around a ring. At 6 p.m. a man dressed
in a clown suit walked out and the show began. There were the usual assortment
of circus acts; clowns, lion tamers, fancy horse riders, high wire acts,
jugglers , etc. Ron and Davida seemed to be enjoying themselves. Finally,
towards the end of the show, the master of ceremonies walked out and announced
: " Ladies and gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure now to introduce you to
the 'Strongest man on the face of the earth'......Goliath , the eighth wonder
of the world!!! " The crowd gasped as the huge man walked out into the ring.
He must have stood at least six feet, six inches tall and weighed well over
300 pounds. His powerful muscles bulged and he began his strongman act. " Boy,
I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley at night," Ron said to Davida.
Davida simply smiled. As the act continued, in which Goilath lifted large
amounts of weight as well as other feats of strength (such as tearing apart
telephone books and winning a tug-of-war against a horse) the crowd cheered
wildly. Davida noticed some men dragging in a makeshift wrestling ring in from
the side. Leaning over to Ron she wispered, " will you please excuse me for a
few minutes, I have to go to the ladies room." She kissed him on the forehead
and then, taking her bag with her, made her way towards the end of the aisle.

Again the master of ceremonies appeared and bellowed in a loud voice," And now
ladies and gentlemen, the mighty Goliath will challenge anyone from the
audience to a wrestling match. Should any brave soul prevail against the great
Goliath, I have here a prize of $500 - he held out five $100 bills for all to
see. " So, who amongst you is brave enough to challenge the mighty Goliath
inside the ring? " There was complete silence throughout the circus tent. No
one - it seemed - wanted to risk life and limb by challenging the powerful
man. Then, a rather small woman appeared from one of the asiles and, in a loud
voice, said " I will." As she approached the ring the people in the stands
began to mumur amongst themselves. She was wearing a mask and a sexy pink
bikini; her long, beautiful blond hair fell halfway down her back. She climbed
into the ring and stood before the mighty man; " he doesn't look so tough to
me." As Goliath stood at least a foot taller than she did, and easily weighed
more than twice as much, her confidence seemed cocky to say the least.

The master of ceremonies stammered," A-are y-you sure you want to do this,
Miss? Goliath is a VERY strong man you know? " The woman giggled," why not, it
should be fun...unless, of course, he's afraid of me, tee, hee, hee." She said
this in a voice loud enough for the entire crowd to hear. If Goliath refused
to fight her now, he would never be able to live it down. She could see
Goliath turning red with anger...her plan had worked. " Very well then, Miss,
I did try to warn you though." The master of ceremonies then turned towards
that large audience and yelled out, " Then let the battle begin; between the
mighty Goliath and...? " " Ms. X ", the woman said smiling. Out in the crowd,
Ron looked around for Davida...he couldn't understand what was taking her so
long in the ladies room.

As the massive man and the much smaller women circled each other, Goliath had
a look of anger on his face, the woman, a smile. "O.K. big boy, let's see what
you've got." He lunged at her but she quickly darted out of the way. Despite
his strength, he moved slow; an advantage the nimble gymnast could, and would,
use against him. After several more attempts failed to catch her, she began to
tease him. " What's the matter, tough guy, can't catch the little girl ? tee,
hee, hee." He tried to corner her with his massive arms outstretched. She
quickly sumersaulted in between his legs and came up from behind him. She
jumped on his back and wrapped her surprisingly strong arms around his neck.
At the same time, she put her equally strong legs around his waist. Goliath
circled around and around, trying to dislodge her; "Ride-em cowgirl !!! ", she
laughed. The large crowd began to laugh along with her.

Finally, using his great strength, Goliath managed to pry her arms apart...but
it had taken an effort. She released her legs and stood on the mat. " Well,
that was fun. Let's have some more fun, shall we? " Furious, the massive man
charged her. This time, instead of trying to avoid him, the smaller woman
grabbed one of his arms and, in a perfectly executed judo throw, sent the 300
pound man crashing on his back. She then did a handspring and landed on his
chest; momentarily pinning him. She smiled down at him before giggling," It's
too soon to end this, I'm just starting to enjoy myself. " She then got up and
flexed her muscles for the cheering crowd. While she did so, Goliath got to
his feet and stormed over to her. Amazingly, she didn't pay any attention to
him as he approached her from behind with his powerful arms ready to grab
her....and crush her.

Just as he was about to do so, the mysterious woman in the sexy pink bikini,
jammed her elbow hard into his solar plexes, knocking the wind out of the
surprised strongman. " Trying to sneak up from behind me eh ? You're a very
naughty boy. It looks like you need to be taught a good lesson." While he was
temporarily stunned, the agile woman ran behind him and preformed a gymnastic
routine which ended with her completing a mid-air flip and landing on his
massive shoulders. She then wrapped her strong legs around his neck and locked
them thighly. Desperately, he tried to pry them open but the strength of her
sissors was more than a match for his arms...he simple couldn't do it. To make
matters worse, she began to smile and wave to the crowd which was now
decisively on her side; laughing hysterically at the sight of an immense man,
being outfought by a much smaller woman. Since she now had both of her hands
free, she leaned over and playfully tweeked his nose, further adding to his
humiliation. Again Ron searched the crowd - in vain - for Davida. " Damn," he
thought to himself, " she's missing all of this....women."

" Weeeee doggie !!! ", the woman yelled out as Goliath whorled around and
around in a desperate attempt to escape her neck sissors. Finally, the lack of
air literally forced the huge man to his knees. "Awww, poor baby," she said; "
is the little girlie too tough for the 'Eighth wonder of the World', tee, hee,
hee." The scene before the audience now was one that no one there would ever
forget. The mighty Goliath, all 300 muscular pounds of him, was on his hands
and knees, desperately trying to breathe. Comely sitting on his shoulders -
with her legs wrapped firmly around his neck - was this sexy, mysterious
masked woman who couldn't have been more than five feet six inches tall and
weighed perhaps all of 130 pounds. She then reached back into the bottom of
her bikini and pulled out a hairbrush and began to brush her beautiful blond
hair. Smiling to the crowd, she said, " there's nothing like a little exercise
to keep a girl in good shape." When she finished her hair, she put away her
hairbrush and released the exhausted strongman...but she wasn't through with
him yet.

As the weakened Goliath staggered to his feet the surprisingly strong woman
approached him and bent over. She put one of her arms in between his legs and
lifted the stunned man up over her shoulders. "And now for the grand finalie,"
she said to the crowd. The sexy, masked woman then began to twirl around and
around, with the 300 pound man on top of her. Faster and faster until they
were just a blur; like a figure skater doing a spin. " Please stop this!!!,"
they heard the humiliated Goliath plead, "please, please stop; I can't take
anymore of this." The woman stopped and dropped the beaten man to the mat with
a " THUD." She then put one foot on his chest and again flexed her muscles for
the adoring audience. Looking down at her battered opponent she smiled," thank
you Goliath, for this lovely workout, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did."
As the crowd stood up and wildly cheered, the victorious girl walked over to
the stunned master of ceremonies. " I believe you have something for me, don't
you ? " Hands shaking he pulled out the five $100 dollar bills. " Thank you, "
she smiled as she took them," now I can buy that beautiful new dress I've been
eyeing for awhile." Then, graciously waving once again to the crowd, she
climbed out of the ring and quickly disappeared through an asile.

Several minutes later, Davida returned to the empty seat beside Ron in her
pretty red dress. She was sweating slightly but Ron didn't seem to notice."
Sorry honey, you wouldn't believe the line outside the ladies room; did I miss
anything? " " Davida," he exclaimed, " YOU wouldn't believe what just
happened!!! A strange woman accepted Goliath's challenge to wrestle him and
literally kicked his ass ...she was totally awesome!!!" Davida laughed, " Oh
come on now Ron, how could a small woman beat up the mighty Goliath...you're
putting me on, aren't you? " " No, it's true Davida...you can ask anyone
around us." After making several inquiries, Davida sighed; " Oh well, what can
you do? " As they left the tent and headed for his car, Davida took Ron by the
hand," tell you what sweetie pie...dinner's on me tonight, I seem to have
discovered a new source of funds." Ron looked at Davida with a quizzical
expression on his face. He knew she didn't have a job; all of her free time
was spent in either practicing gymnastics or in the weightroom. " It's my
little secret, " she added with a wink; " let's go Ronnie, I'm hungry."

The Next Morning

Davida sat across from her mother at the breakfast table eating cornflakes.
Her mother was reading the local newspaper. On the front page was a photograph
of a large, powerfully built man lying on his back. Standing next to him -
with one foot on his chest - was a sexy blond girl clad in a bikini and
wearing a mask. The headline read," Mysterious woman destroys the mighty
Goliath." Davida's mother sighs. "You know honey, if you continue to beat up
and humiliate these circus strongmen, the circuses will stop coming to this
town." Davida ponders this for a few moments...then shrugs; " well then, I
guess I'll just have to find other ways to amuse myself, won't I ? " The two
women shared a laugh before Davida returned to her cornflakes.
