Blanca's Muscles (part I)

An evening of sex with a female bodybuilder turns into a humiliating nightmare!


This story is divided in two parts, only at the end of the second part

The first day I saw her I didn't recognise that woman was Blanca. 
More than seven years had passed. We had had an affair, or should I say a 
stormy and short relation, but very intense. Blanca was one year older 
than me, she was married then, but her husband was living in another city 
at that time. Things happened quickly, she could have stayed in my city, 
but finally she decided to go to live with her husband on a more 
permanent basis (which didn't last long as I learned later). It had been 
disappointing to me at the beginning, but soon I forgot her; and the last 
thing I could have imagined after a so long time is that I would meet her 
again, and in my city !. In that time I had grown wiser (and more 
suspicious !) to women, having had quite a few relations, enough to know 
how to deal with them. I started attending a gym regularly, no matter 
what most women say about appreciating mainly the personality in a man, 
the plain truth is that a fit body is what they most crave for !. I had 
made some friends there, especially I had become close friend to a smart 
guy my age (32) who was very into weightlifting, he was tall (182 cms) 
and with a fairly muscled body. Some days I trained with him, trying to 
imitate his routines and style with the intention to get a body like his, 
but I was not so gifted genetically, despite which I managed to improve 
quite a lot my condition, not to his level but with a nice slim, fitness-
like body; specially I felt much stronger than before starting regular 
training, and much more self-confident !. I am 174 cms tall and with 
black hair, while my friend was light brown-haired and with blue eyes. We 
got our best entertainment when luring women, together or separately 
(then we would tell each other our adventures), I wouldn't say we teased 
them (sometimes it was the other way round !) but we both were in one of 
those stages in life when you take things not so seriously, so in some 
occasions some women had become very offended when discovering that apart 
from sex there was nothing serious behind our wooing. We had developed a 
sort of "bad reputation" among women in the gym, who didn't pay much 
attention to us by then. So we picked up in other places, or when a new 
girl showed up in the gym; if she was attractive enough, no matter if she 
was married, had a boyfriend or whatever, she could be sure we wouldn't 
stop till getting what we aimed…… or till being slammed the door on our 
faces !. Anyway Paul (this was my friend's name) was more successful than 
me, he managed to get almost a new girl every two or three weeks, and in 
some occasions they were really sexy and attractive !, my successes were 
more limited. He normally won when we aimed the same girl, except in a 
few occasions, which, funnily to me, pissed him off quite a lot !.

Things were like that…… till Blanca appeared one day in our gym !. 
As I said before I didn't recognise her at first glance, I was involved 
in my routine when I saw a new girl doing back leg curls at my side. She 
didn't look particularly attractive, wearing baggy trousers and a big 
sweater, she seemed to be very concentrated on her exercise. Then she got 
up and passed walking in front of me without looking at me, I hardly saw 
her face, when I looked I just could see her from behind, in those sport 
clothes which seemed two sizes above, the only thing that caught my 
attention was her way of walking and a sort of…… especial aureole around 
her, it gave an impression that that woman was extremely proud, 
determined and self-confident !, but on the other hand physically she 
didn't stand out apparently, around 160 cms tall, light brown hair, a 
very white skin……. I didn't pay further attention, and neither did for 
the next days, until I heard some guys one day talking about the 
incredible weights the "new girl" was able to lift. I tried to get to 
know something else, but nobody gave me much information, nobody knew 
anything about her life or other particulars, nobody had been able to 
establish any informative conversation with her, the only thing known was 
that she was able to lift weights heavier than Paul, or even Marcus ! (a 
real amateur bodybuilding competitor who ridiculed any of us when it came 
to heavy weights). Or at least that's what some guys claimed they had 
seen in a couple of occasions; but others denied it, telling that she 
just lifted a bit more than the average for women. So the new girl had 
become very popular for that fact, but her boastful and distant attitude 
made it difficult to approach her for men. 
So I decided I had to try myself. Next day, when resting from a 
series of bicep curls I saw her again, and this time I thought the best 
way was a direct approach (it worked usually with that kind of girls), I 
waited till she was doing the same, then it would be more natural to 
start talking to her, as if offering her an entertaining conversation 
during the boring time of resting and waiting. So as she put down the bar 
for her lumbar exercise I got closer casually and said "Hello, my name is 
Frankie, I think it's not a long time since you have started this gym, 
right ?", then, a bit startled, she passed her sleeve on her sweaty 
forehead and looked at me, and as I saw her face right in front of me and 
at that distance I recognised her, and so did she with me !, "Blanca !!?, 
what a chance…… what are you doing here ?", she was also surprised, but 
not as much as me (that was my city) "Frankie !, hello, I live part of 
the time here because of my job, some months here, some months out, and 
what about you ?, how are you doing ??", "Well… fine, fine, working, 
friends, some travelling…….. it's OK", I really didn't know what else to 
say, and actually I didn't feel like any more conversation !, after what 
had happened between us I discovered now I still kept some resentment to 
her, anyway she belonged to the past, so all I wanted was to stop the 
conversation, go on with my business and put her in the same sack as 
other women in the gym to whom I no longer paid attention for one reason 
or another, "Well, I have to go on with my routine, nice to have met you 
again", I suppose she noticed the coldness in my voice, she hadn't shown 
so in a hurry to stop that conversation, so I presumed she just felt for 
me a hint of affection from the past story, but mainly indifference. 
Anyway as I left to re-start my work I couldn't put the thoughts about 
her apart, specially thinking now of the incredible change in her !, her 
face hadn't changed much, she looked as young and pretty as 7 years ago, 
with a cute cheerful face, hazel eyes, and a few funny freckles on her 
small button nose; but what had happened to her body !!??. I hadn't been 
able to see or even guess what her body looked like now, but I recalled 
her being very slender, thin in fact, with an ultra-small waist, sexy but 
small hips, little breasts, and weighting no more than 46 kilos, and now 
the guys said that woman was able to lift megaweights !?, no, no, no, 
something must have been wrong there, it's not possible to make such a 
change even in a long period of 7 years !, on the other hand Blanca was 
always physically fragile, not practising nor liking sports at all !. So 
I couldn't avoid the curiosity and looked disguisedly at what she was 
lifting now, a fairly heavy pack of weights on that bar !, but not as 
heavy as what I myself was able to lift, and similar to other good female 
athletes in the gym; so probably, I thought, those stupid guys in the gym 
were totally wrong and they just got surprised that such little girl 
could lift any weight at all, how exaggerated !, as usual by the way.

Her beauty and the story about the weights prompted some guys in 
the gym to try to approach her, but she dismissed them quickly, sometimes 
even with what seemed a mocking attitude, which obviously irritated 
them!. One of the guys who most insisted was Paul, from the beginning he 
had found her very attractive, and even though he tried to do things more 
politely and softer than what was usual in him he got the same answer, a 
mocking not, and though he felt really pissed off by that he kept trying, 
he really liked her !. The only explanation found by my friend which 
satisfied his scorned male ego was that she must have been a lesbian, and 
there seemed to be some clues about that being the truth, but I knew it 
was not so, and tried, unsuccessfully, to convince Paul about the 
contrary. She seemed to enjoy much more the company of women, and talked 
to several of them distendedly and even confidentially, most of the girls 
seemed to feel very comfortable in her company, and they acquired a much 
higher self-esteem after having become her friends !, . Rumours spread 
that two of the girls in the gym (not lesbians at all, and the most 
beautiful of all !) had become sexually involved with her !, I didn't 
give any credit to those comments, but much later I was confirmed it was 
true; maybe, when a woman feel comfortable and fine in the company of 
another woman, strong mentally and physically, and very attractive, it's 
not so difficult to "cross the frontier". But also, in a couple of 
occasions, she had been seen in the company of a man, and that company 
was Richard !, a guy who attended another gym, a professional bodybuilder 
and model of whom people in our gym was quite envious !. So, if 
something, she was bi (though by then I didn't know the truth and thought 
she was straight), and the knowledge about that "rival" bodybuilder being 
the only man who had managed to enjoy her fired the pride of everybody in 
the gym !; efforts redoubled to conquer her, only to get again and again 
the same scornful, sometimes even angry, responses. It was a strange 
situation because actually nobody knew what her body was like, the 
clothes she wore totally hid it, some guys thought that it was because 
she was too fat and wanted to disguise it, and others thought just the 
contrary, that she had a very nice and fit body and tried to go unnoticed 
avoiding a further prosecution from men. I was quite puzzled, and didn't 
know what to believe, my image of her was very different from those two 
options, actually it was as if that was a new woman, different from the 
one I knew, so I had that feeling of being before a totally new person 
when I saw her. I was starting to be attracted by her, but there were no 
hints in my mind of our previous relation, it was a new feeling, as with 
a totally unknown person. 

Since she had appeared in the gym (three months ago) I had had a 
short relation with a girl who had become friend of Blanca, not knowing 
exactly why I had a quite altered mood those weeks, and when that girl 
tried to take our relation further I reacted very unpleasantly, and 
shouted her to leave me alone making her cry, that was the end of it. I 
thought then it had nothing to do with that incident but Blanca started 
to sort of approach me more often, smiling occasionally and talking short 
conversations with me, I was not indifferent to that, I felt I wanted 
that woman, not the same feelings of love I had had long ago, but 
something more primitive, just sex !, that was a new woman, with a sort 
of special power to attract men even without showing her presumed charm!. 
So….. why not ?, it would be just that, sex, and it seemed to me that for 
the way she was treating me I was much closer to get that than any other 
guy in the gym !. I started to be more daring with her, making jokes, 
praising her looks occasionally, she just smiled, but didn't cut me as 
she did to other men !. 

One day an incident got everybody in the gym startled and angry. 
Richard, our rival, entered the gym !, he was wearing a tight T-shirt, 
which revealed a huge and perfectly defined musculature !, Blanca went 
towards him, and after saying hello they melted in a kiss, she holding 
his muscular arms and shoulders, and he rubbing her ass !. That was a 
clear provocation !. Very annoyed the chief of the gym walked towards him 
and told him "Excuse me, but this is forbidden here", Richard looked at 
him, with a mocking expression on his face, took a deep breath (surely to 
show off his chest, which expanded incredibly !), I feared that Richard 
could get angry and look for a fight with the chief, that bodybuilder 
would have beaten him up seriously and very easily !, but he just smiled 
and said "Don't worry, I was just leaving, sorry for the inconvenience", 
kissed Blanca once again, told her a few words and left. That incident 
made me green with jealous !, and not only me, other guys too, everybody 
felt pissed off, and specially Paul !. Next day he approached her, this 
time not to lure her but to nag her "You have gone over the edge Blanca, 
what happened yesterday was a provocation on purpose, I'm sure !", she 
looked at him and replied "What !?, of course it was not !, anyway I am 
free to do what I like, isn't it ??", and she added showing an innocent 
smile now "Nevertheless, believe me, I didn't know he was coming. And 
don't think I do not appreciate you, I acknowledge your efforts, and even 
though I know I haven't been very receptive to your proposals……. it would 
be interesting to know if you have something really good to offer me, 
will you join me in my house say, for instance….. this evening ?", that 
totally unexpected proposal took him completely by surprise !, I was very 
close and had heard the whole conversation, now I was looking at them 
separated by just 2 or 3 metres, and yet more surprising she addressed me 
and said "And why don't you join us Frankie ?, it will be funny !". We 
looked at each other in total bewilderment, there had to be some trick 
there, we were not sure we wanted to have any intimate relation with that 
girl after all the scorn, rejections and the last provocation from her. 
On the other hand we were not sure to feel like sharing her, we had 
actually practise a trio once with a friend of Paul, it was OK but we had 
not repeated the experience again, so now we were totally confused. Paul 
started to say "I don't think this is the…" but she cut him "OK, months 
going after me and now, as always with men, afraid of the girl when she 
takes the first step. Well, I have a long work routine today so here you 
are my address in this card, at 9 o'clock this evening, OK ?, wether you 
want to accept my invitation or not is up to you." and she went to the 
lats machine to start her exercises. We remained astonished for several 
minutes, not daring to talk about that with other people around. Only 
when we both finished and left the gym we talked about the matter, "What 
do you thing ?", he asked, I didn't like so much the idea of sharing 
Blanca with anybody, but I had to be realistic, maybe that would be the 
only opportunity, and our previous experience hadn't gone so bad, so I 
was more for than against but not daring to tell him explicitly, "Don't 
know, it sounds somehow tricky, maybe she gave us a false address, or she 
will tease us again", but Paul was more convinced "I don't think this is 
fake, it seems her real card, and if she tries to laugh at us……. we will 
be alone, and two against one…….", he was willing to go to the end !, he 
was not going to bear any more tease !. Then he said "Well, I will go, if 
you decide to join me come to my place before 8:30, OK ?". I left, not 
knowing what to do, but the idea of an evening of great sex after almost 
two months without any !, who could resist that ?, so I dressed smartly, 
took my car and drove to Paul's house, he got into my car and we drove to 
the address she had given to us. 

Her house was situated in the most expensive area of the city, and 
hers was one of the most impressive houses around !, not one of the 
biggest but with a nice traditional style, in stone and wood, with a 
beautiful garden full of big trees and vegetation everywhere, Blanca had 
a very good taste, and it seemed that also a lot of money !. We knocked 
the door. Though we didn't want to recognise it we both were quite 
nervous !. She opened the door, as we saw her we felt slightly 
disappointed, she looked as if she was not waiting for anybody, she was 
dressed conventionally, with a home big sweater and, again, baggy 
trousers; was she going to make fun of us once more ??, she invited us to 
enter. The inner part of the house was simply wonderful !, again a rustic 
atmosphere but with the most modern devices and total comfort, big 
windows showing the wonderful garden outside, very expensive stylish 
furniture, and an exquisite taste in decoration, no doubt Blanca paid 
special attention to details !. "Sit down please, tell me what do you 
want to drink ?", an Irish cream was both's election, and she walked to 
the kitchen saying "You have to excuse my aspect but I have been working 
at home the whole evening, I'll quickly tidy myself a little now", we 
didn't know how to interpret those words. We saw her disappearing in the 
kitchen, and then crossing to the bathroom in front. A very nice Baroque 
music filled the atmosphere. Ten minutes passed, we started to get 
nervous again, we had no idea how things would develop. After talking for 
some minutes we entertained ourselves having a look to a couple of 
magazines on the table, one on art and history and the other on 
bodybuilding. We didn't hear her coming out the bathroom and walking 
towards us, the floor was carpet and she was barefoot, so only when she 
was right in front of us we realized Blanca was there, we lifted our eyes 
and……… I suppose our faces must have reflected in a second as much 
surprise and amazement as you can have !!, Blanca was almost naked before 
us !, wearing just a small bra and tiny panties, in beautiful white lace 
and satin. But what really made our eyes blink in disbelief was her body; 
we had right in front of us the most muscular female body 
conceivable!!!!!. Immediately we understood why she didn't want to show 
it in the gym !, it was simply perfect !!, impossible to describe with 
few words, or even with a whole book !!, it was an Atlas of human 
anatomy!, every single muscle seemed to be developed to its maximum 
possible !, and perfectly defined !. She had applied oil all over her 
incredible body so that her muscles shone like gold !!!, and also she had 
arranged her hair and put some nice tasteful makeup on her lips and eyes 
in a way that made her look prettier than ever !. Our chins fell down and 
our eyes opened widely !, none of us was able to open his mouth and say 
anything. She was smiling charmingly "You do not look so determined now, 
do you ???, and what is that causing you so much surprise !!??, haven't 
you seen a woman in good shape and naked before !?, I'm starting to 
believe that many of the stories that run through the gym are merely 
fantasies !", she talked with her usual musical and very female voice. 
Then she started to make some sensuous movements, flexing just slightly 
her muscles, with every movement of her arms or legs new muscles appeared 
everywhere !, I do not know if the same was happening to my friend but I 
was becoming hot very quickly just at the contemplation of that body !, 
never before I had seen such a one on TV, video or any bodybuilding 
magazine !. Realizing that the situation was becoming awkward I decided 
to say something, but words stammered in my mouth "Bla…… Blanca, you have 
a…… beautiful body !", beautiful was a very ordinary word to describe 
her, but in fact there were no words that could depict that fantastic 
body at all !, "OOHhhh thaaaank youuuu !!, it's so nice to be praised by 
a man !". She continued moving, like in a sensuous dance, always facing 
us, and showing a permanent smile with her two rows of perfect and ultra-
white teeth !. She had a very white, perfect skin, and under it her 
muscles looked as fine porcelain !. "Had you ever dreamed of having the 
privilege to contemplate a body like this as you are doing now ??, so 
close, in a private session ?, lucky you !, only one man in this city has 
enjoyed that so far", we knew who she was talking about, and that was 
annoying to hear, but we were so mesmerized that we didn't feel really 
offended, even though she was making it clear that we were regarded by 
her lower than Richard, as he was allowed to enjoy her alone while we 
only both at once !. Now she started to flex harder her muscles, they 
became more evident !…… and even sexier !!!. Paul was almost sweating !, 
she addressed him "You are so silent….. don't you like what you see ??, 
though… probably you are so used to fit gym female bodies that mine is 
just one more for you !?", again her tone was ironic. Paul, who never 
showed the slightest shyness even before really beautiful women, finally 
said something, but this time her words came from his mouth really 
clumsily "No, no…… I mean….. your body is….. special", "MMmhh ! another 
praise !, you both are sooo polite !". Her movements were becoming 
sharper, as if gradually turning from a fitness to a bodybuilding posing, 
she was flexing now her triceps, which run all down her arm to her elbow, 
giving the arms an incredible volume !. By then my cock was fully erect!, 
and probably Paul's too, but even though we were burning with desire to 
touch that body, neither of us took the decision to get up, approach her 
or anything, we were simply stuck to the sofa, she was the Queen there, 
and thus we were starting to feel as just her servants and admirers, who 
only could do something at her command. Then she lifted her right leg 
bending her knee, putting the hands on her head in a typical lateral 
pose, her leg formed with her glute a very pronounced curve that almost 
made me faint !!, I was not going to be able to resist that for much more

as if chiselled in marble by the best of the sculptors !!!, even the 
lower ones were perfectly visible and evident under her skin, with a 
really deep cleavage between them !!, and the lateral abs, so difficult 
to develop, were also perfectly outlined at both sides !. That was the 
sexiest image I was able to imagine !!!, those abs sat on an extremely 
thin waist, probably around 58 cms, from which her graceful and 
harmonious hips opened widely up to a size of around 100 cms. The volume 
of her thighs was far bigger than her waist !, ridges of huge muscles run

have entertained us for hours !) it was the turn for her shoulders and 
arms. The shoulders were very broad, which made her torso have an 
extremely marked open V shape; she flexed her deltoids putting her arms 
down and turning them, they were huge balls of muscle ! that pose was 
spectacular !!, and it resulted incredible that above that exceedingly 
muscled body there were that beautiful angel face, seemingly innocent, 
and even fragile, with those cute freckles !. As the last (and main) 
course of her front posing she had reserved for us her biceps. First she 
just bent her arms behind her head, in order to show them just slightly, 
semi-hidden and not really flexed, as if not wanting to cause us a shock 
that could have made us faint !, even in that way they appeared huge on 
her arms !. And then finally, putting a serious face she extended her 
arms. Even with them straight the bulge of her biceps was perfectly 
evident, and very big !, Blanca started to bend her arms, very slowly, 
that movement took what seemed an eternity to us !, and we were so 
anxious to see them that probably that impatience was reflected in our 
faces, which made her giggle. The bulge was becoming bigger and bigger !, 
but she was just bending her arms, relaxed, not flexing them !, her arms 
formed now a 90 degrees angle, and she went further, with a serious 
expression again, till they were in the position of maximum bicep 
exposure, I think she did right showing them gradually, they were 
enormous !!!, wonderfully defined !, their volume was u-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-a-
b-l-e, probably around 50 cms !!!; and then, as the final apotheosis she 
flexed them, while showing her prettiest smile to us. I confess that if I 
had been standing I'd probably had fallen onto the floor !!, her biceps 
increased further in volume and definition !!, they were two round balls 
of pure ripped muscle !. Those muscles overcame all I had seen before !, 
not even a professional male bodybuilder could display such amazing and 
perfect biceps !!, it seemed incredible they could have been developed 
from such short arms !. Her biceps were the cherries of the cake, all 
together those muscles conformed the most spectacular, beautiful and sexy 
body we could dream of !!!!. Standing in front of us in that pose her 
body literally sparkled beauty and sexy power !!!, she was a true 
sculpture, she was a Goddess !!!.  My cock was exploding inside my 
pants!, my heart bit faster than ever before, my body trembled, and my 
face must have been embarrassingly red from the excitement !, and so was 
my friend's !. That posing had driven us wild with desire !!!. Again she 
noticed all that, and let out a funny giggle. We realized her body was 
not as other bodybuilder's, contrary to some female bodybuilding

her wonderful body !. Now, that feeling that had started before was 
totally evident, we didn't feel worth of that perfect body, we felt we 
only could worship those muscles and expect from her permission to touch 
her or do anything in her presence !. She looked at us, still in that 
killer bicep pose, and with a funny voice she said 
- "Oh oh !, looks like you have become suddenly shy, this is not 
according to your reputation of women conquerors !, you disappoint me a 
little; when I made the same muscle display before Richard he got wild

was totally true we were not behaving according to the way we had 
approached her in the gym, or the way we did with other women, but….. she 
was really special !. Anyway our pride had been touched, and we had to 
react, or probably we would end up losing the opportunity of a great sex 
evening with that muscle Goddess !. Looking at each other out of the 
corner of our eyes we got up, timidly we got closer to her, but she 
stopped us putting each of her hands on our chests, "Clothes out first 
please, as I have just told you", we obeyed, finally it seemed the party
