Fitness: 

Because of me getting in earlier than I thought, I was able to take in the
fitness evening show that I previously thought I would miss.  So I amassed
plenty of photos from the fitness show, but alas, my "notes" were misplaced
(uh, might want to ask Sheila and Ernie about that one :-) ), so you are
spared from my fitness review.

But indeed it was interesting to see.
