Fitness Camp
Part 2


Dear Dad, They are really working me hard at camp. This morning the coach taught us to do handstand pushups. That is where you do a handstand and press your body up and down as many times as you can. Coach could do 15, but I found I could do a lot more - over 50,and I only used one arm ! And I only quit from boredom. I wasn't even tired ! These new muscles are incredible.

I think I am getting a lot more muscular than our coach. My arms and legs are bigger and so much more defined. What do you think ?

And I can do squats with him on my back all day long. My legs never get tired.

And my upper body is getting stronger too. We practiced carrying boulders this morning. I won the contest with one that weighed over 600 lbs !

By lunchtime I could not only carry them, but I could crush them to dust with a mighty bearhug. I guess I'll have to watch myself when I hug you from now on, dad.

I was playing around during one our breaks and I think I amazed the Coach. I was about to climb an old iron ladder when I tugged too hard and snapped the metal in two ! His jaw dropped and he muttered something like "Damn she's strong". Tee hee.


Later on today we were visited by Kim Chichevsky the current Ms O. She taught us some really cool exercises using the barbells. I got really pumped doing curls. I think my arms were a lot bigger than hers. She just stared at my huge biceps as they grew into softball sized mounds on each rep.

I don't think Coach thinks I'm big enough yet. He says maybe tomorrow....
