VEGA CONTEMPLATES WHY CORRECTIVE THERAPY IS THE ONLY CURE FOR ALCOHOLISM by Hamlet As Vega stood over Her wretched client and victim Geoff She really believed that CT was by far the most effective Therapy possible especially for alcoholism and drug addiction .In fact it was the only cure for these illnesses It was based on the premise that the Therapist should control and direct the Patient by any means necessary, mainly by the use of physical force. The Therapist was entitled to be as violent as necessary to the client, even to the extent of maiming him/her for life CT, unlike other therapies was then based on the simple premise that the Therapist was right and superior to the client who is wrong and inferior in every way. It was as simple as that. If the client was right he/she would not need to go to the Therapist in the first place! It was far more responsible than any other therapy as the Therapist assumed complete control over the Client's life by forcing him/her to sign a Contract that effectively made the client the property of the therapist .The Therapistn did not believe 'it's up to the Patient' as most modern irresponsible therapy believed. As a Mistress Practitioner of CT She had no use for methods such as AA (Alcoholics Anonymous). What on earth was the point of sitting around telling other people your problems? The point these people who are at AA did realise was that it was only through pain and usually extreme pain that their alcoholism could be cured. What was worse AA believed that there was no cure for alcoholism.Read the pamphlet 'Living Sober 'p 7 'Alcoholism is an incurable fatal progressive disease'. What nonsense! CT believed that the alcoholic could and would be cured or else! If he/she was given the choice between giving up drink or a lifetime of beating and torture he/she would give up drink. The point was to kill the desire. If the alcoholic began to associate drinking with pain, he/she would eventually begin to hate the drink and avoid it altogether. She had a good mind to go to the next AA meeting in Riverside Los Angeles and take it over and force all the miserable losers there to take CT instead! She believed it met Wednesday nights. She planned top go there and tell that bunch of wasters to stop this useless 'treatment' and sign up for CT as Her clients! As a committed Churchgoer and staunch member of the RLC (Royal Lutheran church) the only church effectively allowed in Her Nation Norseland .She did not even drink tea or coffee as they both contained drugs. She believed God had given Her a wonderful body and it was Her duty to maintain it in perfect condition. The main reason why She had such a stunning body was because She led such a healthy lifestyle and avoided all drugs completely. She also believed that other people were of course God's creatures should not drink alcohol either. If She had Her way there would be total Prohibition once again in the USA and in Britain too. In the United States (1920-1933) was the era during which the United States Constitution outlawed the manufacture, transport, and sale of alcoholic beverages. Selling, manufacturing, or transporting (including importing and exporting) alcohol for beverage purposes was prohibited by the Eighteenth Amendment. She would bring in phased Prohibition in the USA whereby no one could drink more than 24 units a week as was the Law in Norseland. If anyone exceeded that they would be prevented from drinking altogether just like in Her Nation where there was no such thing as alcoholism as people were health fanatics and the overwhelming majority did not drink at all She would then issue an order reducing this to 20 until the final order which would be 0 as the Americans just like the British could not cure their drinking and so had to be prohibited from drinking altogether . Every pub and bar would have to do a tab on each customer .No one could drink more than 3 pints (6 units) in one evening and just like in Her Nation drink would only be served with food. She looked at the wretched body of Her client Geoff .His whole life had been Ruined by alcohol. He was very miserable , had fallen sick and had lost his job. Other treatments had failed miserably such as AA and Rehab. In fact they had made him worse-not surprising when at AA you're surrounded by a bunch of alcoholics. In absolute desperation he had turned to CT as the only treatment that would work. In this Session She had already beaten him soundly as well as giving him a good wanking-this was particularly necessary to check whether he was suffering from Brewers Droop! She was now going to make him keep a record of every time he thought about drinking. Her intention was to give him a beating for every single time he thought about a drink. She would order him to keep a diary in which he would write down every single time he thought about drinking, which She l would inspect in the next Session .Don't worry in 6 weeks time he would never even think about drinking ever again! 'Geoff We will now move on to the next technique of CT Reframing!' Reframing was common to a number of therapies and was not original to CT. Reframing functions through "changing the way you perceive an event and so changing the meaning. When the meaning changes, responses and behaviors will also change. Reframing with language allows you to see the world in a different way and these changes the meaning. Reframing is the basis of jokes, myths, legends, fairy tales and most creative ways of thinking." There are examples in children's literature. Pollyanna would play The Glad Game whenever she felt down about life, to remind herself of the things that she could do, and not worry about the things she couldn't 'You will now memorise this leaflet I am giving you Six Reasons for Not Drinking' 'Don't worry Geoff .after my treatment you will lead a Godly, Righteous and most importantly SOBER life!
