The trial explained by Hamlet Sister Alison drove through the lovely Oxfordshire countryside in England with Her Colleague Junior Sister Megan by Her side. She felt so pleased with Herself that They had accomplished Their first totally successful Mission together to capture and kidnap Richard Dawkins .Megan was so pleased to have Alison as Her Mentor .She had successfully accomplished Her first Mission and had practiced Bondage successfully. They had kidnapped their first victims ready for Trial at the Convent. In the back of the Nun Van was the trussed up body of the first victim of the Divine Justice Richard Dawkins who lay like a captured animal in agony and fear of the terrible fate that awaited him. Soon there would be thousands more like him! It was now getting dark as Alison drove down the M40 towards the St Agatha Convent in Kent .Yet Alison realised that though She and Megan were tired after Their exertions there was still plenty of work to do. Their prisoner would have to be detained in cells tonight. It was Friday and on Monday would have to stand trial at the Catechision Court presided over by the Chief Catechisitor the Mother Superior Sister Athena Lydiasdottir .Next to Her would be present Chief Prosecutor Senor Sister Professor Very Senior Sister Eva Harvested who would ruthlessly tear all Dawkins' argumnent to shred using Her brilliant adversarial skills. . Alison knew all about the terrible procedure that would be followed. As soon as They reached the Convent the two would be met by the Bailiff Sister Marissa Bloodbanger who would be responsible for supervising the prisoner, taking him trussed up to their cells and presenting him semi naked for Trial. The Trial would begin at exactly 9AM on Monday 22nd July and would be the first Trial conducted by the Nuns outside Norseland. These Trials were quite common in Norseland where the Royal Lutheran Church and State were completely integrated just as the State and Catholic Church were in Spain at the time of the Inquisition. The whole procedure of the Catechision Courts was modeled on the Spanish Inquisition. The fist step in trying prisoners like the Inquisition was that of the Edict of Grace where at the Church this Sunday morning the Mother Superior Athena would read out the names heretics and heresies that would include such offences as failing to come to Church, failing to read the Bible regularly, failing to pray regularly, blasphemy and the most senior offence of all blaspheming which is what Dawkins would be charged witH.. Members of the Congregation would be encouraged to give evidence against the accused as almost all the information came from informants who would spy on their neighbours. Any information that would incriminate the accused would be used by the Mother Superior. Once accused the defendant Dawkins would almost certainly be found guilty. He would be allowed a defence counsel who in this case would be the famous atheist Sam harries. Sam Harris was an American author, philosopher, public intellectual, and neuroscientist, as well as the co-founder and CEO of Project Reason.] He was the author of The End of Faith, which was published in 2004 and appeared on The New York Times Best Seller list for 33 weeks. In 2006, Harris published the book Letter to a Christian Nation as a response to criticism of The End of Faith. This work was followed by The Moral Landscape, published in 2010, his long-form essay Lying in 2011, and the short book Free Will in 2012. Sister Athena had ordered him to be the Defence counsel in the trial. He had reluctantly agreed knowing full well that he face being sentenced himself for the crime of Defending an atheist if Dawkins was found guilty. The Court was effectively just there to decide on what punishment to give to the accused just like all courts in Norseland .If one was arrested by the Nuns who operated as the Religious Police or the Judge who operated as Civil Police one was already guilty. All denunciations were anonymous just as they were under the Inquisition.Neighbours were encouraged to inform on other neighbours. It was the duty of a Citizen to make sure that other Citizens obeyed the Law not only the State but the Church Law as well. Attendance at Church on Sunday was compulsory and failure to attend was a serious criminal and religious offence. Neighbours would be encouraged to report any neighbours not attending to the Priestess of the Parish as well as the local Judge and Social Officer who would pass the information on to the Warrior Nuns. The case would then be examined by the Catechision Court There were 21 Catechisitors in Norseland altogether one for each Province and naturally They were all Women as were all officials of the Church men being forbidden from holding any religious office or playing any leading part in the Church at all as Women were not only the Superior Sex but were seen as more Holy in every way. Once it was decided that heresy had been committed the Nuns would visit the accused at their house by breaking in usually late at night using their skills as Holy Burglars and take him/her for detention at the Convent. They would also act as Bailiffs seizing all the accused property as their Penance. The property of the prisoner would be use to pay for the procedural expense and the accuser's own maintenance at the Convent. The accused would be taken to the cells at the local Convent and tied up securely where they would follow a rigorous routine of heavy labor and hard work under the supervision of their Bailiff until the time for their Trial came. The date of the Trial would be fixed usually within six days after the accused arrived at the Convent. The accused would be taken to the Court by the Bailiff. The Bailiff would take the accused into the Trial Room that was vast room with a throne at the front with a huge portrait of The Queen Goddess behind the throne. Once inside the accused would be presented with a list of accusations by the Prosecutor whose role it was to ridicule and humiliate the accused. There was no such defense counsel just like the Civil Courts. The Court existed purely to humiliate the accused and to decide what punishment to carry out. Denouncers who in this case would be Alison and Megan would be witnesses to the accusations against the accused Dawkins. The Court would also use torture to interrogate the criminal during the trial. This would be applied by the Bailiff Marissa in this case who was an expert Torturess knowing how to inflict the most terrible pain on Her victims having come first in Her Novitiate in the noble art of Divine Torture. The uses of Torture was a subject that all Nuns would have to be qualified in order to attain full Nunhood . The Chief Catechisitor and Prosecutor would watch the victims being tortured on a full array of torture instruments that lay before Them. The most common form of Torture in the court was similar to that of the Inquisition the Strapado in which the victim would be suspended naked from the ceiling by a pulley in front of the Chief Catechisitor. Weights would be tied to the ankles testicles, and feet while the victim would be cropped mercilessly at the same time by the Bailiff .This would continue until the victim was literally screaming with pain and begging to confess his sins. The idea was for the Confession to be true and free so that the victim would ˜freely ˜confess their sins. Other forms of Torture would include the Rack where the Bailiff would strap the prisoner down onto a rack in various agonizing positions while She would torture him/her by squeezing the genitals in Her latex gloved hands or sticking pins into his /her nipples until the victim would be screaming for mercy ready to accept that they were evil sinners and begging to be let back to the Light!. The other form of torture would be Tongue-Lashing in which the Prosecutor in this case Sister Eva would yell abuse into the victim's ear reducing them to a total nervous wreck until they confessed all their sins begging for the abuse to cease. As for Sentencing the best thing that could happen to the victim was Suspension as acquittals were almost unknown. The defendant could be allowed to go free undr thebut would be watched and constantly investigated by the Nuns who could arrest him/her at any time, breaking into their home whenever They chose. . The other form of Sentence was Suspension .The defendant would be able to go home but would come under the supervision of a Nun and would have to regularly confess his/her sins to Her. She would effectively take over hi life putting him through a rigorous and exacting routine of religious instruction and hard labour. Hewould also have to wear a hair shirt during this period and a large badge saying 'I AM A WRETCHED SINNER AND DESERVE THE PUNISHMENTS OF HELL FIRE! that had to be worn at all times in public as a sign if humiliation and disgrace. The most common punishment though was called Reconciliation in which the defendant would be sentenced to a rigorous period of punishment that would include a severe whipping and thrashing until most of the skin was removed and corporal punishment as well as a period of hard labour at the Convent carried out under the supervision of a Nun. She would rigorously enforce the punishment until the victim was almost turned into a physical and mental wreck at Her hands. Also in the case of retards that would apply to foreigners as there were none in Norseland sentence would be compulsory sterilisation and abortion. This would usually be done by anaesthetic by a Nun with full medical qualifications but if the defendant did not fully confess his/ her sins this could be carried out without anesthetic so that the defendant would suffer excruciating pain the full penalty for their sins. Yet the worst form would be to be turned over to the Secular Arm to the Judges who always cooperated with the Nuns. This would lead to the Death Penalty just like the auto da fes in mediaeval Spain. This would be carried out by the Judges usually in the presence of a Nun at the Judge Headquarters. The favourite method was being death by slow strangulation with a leather chord. The Nun would perform the Last Rites while the Judge would pull the leather chord around the victim's neck watching them go bright purple and finally collapse in the most agonizing death imaginable even worse than crucifixion! Alison at last reached St.Agatha Convent. There to greet Them at the entrance Was the Bailiff Sister Marissa .She was a huge strapping buxom Woman fully experience in dealing with ant torturing prisoners. She greeted Alison and Megan kissing Them full on the lips. She was so glad to experience Her first Trial in England after having just arrived from Norseland where She had been an experience Bailiff in the Convent at Her home city Petersborg. She was dressed like all Nuns totally in leather and latex exposing only Her mouth to put total fear into Her victims. Dawkins would be Her prisoner until the time was ready for the Trial.. During the Trial She would be able to torture him mercilessly too to obtain their ˜full and free Confessions.' She grabbed hold of his trussed up body easily on Her huge shoulders as If he was a just an animal (which as an evolutionist he believed he basically was!) to take him to his cell where they would spend his time during the Trial. '˜Thank You so much Alison. You and Megan are Denouncers at the Trial that starts at 9 AM on Monday before the Chef Catechisitor Extremely Senior Sister Atghena.' ˜Sleep well!' ˜BE PREPARED FOR MONDAY!!'
