ASMONDENA AND PATRICIA ARRIVE IN HONG KONG


Justice Asmondena sat next to Her Support Officer Patricia on the jet plane
that was about to set off for Hong Kong .They both looked so impressive in
their black leather Justice League uniforms.

She did not know how long She would be way from Her beloved Motherland
Norseland.Her Mission was to capture and bring home the leader of the Triads
Lee Jin Ho who was reputed to be one of the most notorious gangsters in the
world known for his brutality. He was involved in almost every type of crime
imaginable from protection rackets to drugs. The Hong Kong Police had been
totally unable to curb his activities especially as he was bribing members of
the Hong Kong Government being a multi millionaire himself. It was Her task to
capture him and bring him back to Norseland for Torture and Interrogation just
like the Yakuza who had been captured before.

The plane was soon taking off down the runway bound for the East .She looked
down and could see Her beloved city of Vikingsborg beneath Her and the
magnificent Queen Goddess Bridge as well. Soon the plane was right over the
Pacific Ocean and She could just see the coast of Her Nation in the distance.

As She sat there with a 12 hour flight ahead of Her She decided to read up
about Her enemy the Triads After all there was a Chinese saying .

'Know your enemy, in a thousand battles a thousand victories!.

She found out that the Triads had in fact originated in the 17th century and
were based on Chinese secret societies Like all secret societies their basic
organization is hierarchical and they are mainly split into cells. They rose
to prominence during the Boxer rebellion that was a rising against the Western
powers that took place in 1900.Various secret societies conducted the
rebellion the largest being the Yi He Chuan.

With the suppression of the rising by the Western powers these societies
descended into crime. They were now particularly extensive in Hong Kong in the
Kowloon area. Their main activities apart from prostitution and gambling
.Their protection rackets that would be enforced by the use of choppers long
knives that were in some ways more lethal than the Japanese samurai swords

They were also now involved in the slave trade whereby Chinese workers would
be shipped to Britain or the USA to work usually in low paid jobs .Their
families in China would be forced to pay huge amounts to the Triads.The most
notorious recent case was that of the cockle pickers who were killed working
in terrible conditions in Morecambe in England.

Fortunately there were no Triads among the Chinese community in Norseland! She
was determined to do something about these bastards and kill as many as
possible.

After eating a hearty meal and resting She saw the coast of China in the
distance The airport in Hong Kong was actually situated on Lantau island in
the west of the city

She looked down and the plane soon descended along the runway of Chep Lap Kok
airport .She could see the city to the east in the distance across the bay.

Asmondena and Patricia walked out into bright sunshine They were due to meet
the Commander of the Royal Overseas Judges in Hong Kong Senior Judge Diva
Vasterlund.The work of the ROJ was to police the Norselandic community in Hong
Kong as well as dealing with criminals like the Triads working with the local
Police under the Chinese Norselandic Treaty

A message came out on the intercom

'Passengers Sternsson and Rostergaard Please proceed to the Terminal 3'

As members of the JL they did not have to be troubled with Customs!

They were met by Diva She looked so impressive nearly 5' 11" with long blonde
almost white hair and really strong features She was wearing the Judges
uniform completely in black leather with a leather hat, thigh length boots and
a long cat o nine tails She gave Asmondena and Patricia a long Welcome Kiss

'Welcome to Hong Kong Asmondena. I hope You enjoy Your stay .This is My
associate Eva Cheung .She is a member of the Asian Amazons and works closely
with the Hong Kong Police.'

Eva was quite striking in Her black leather She was wearing a shiny black
leather car suit She had lovely really imperious features.

She kissed Asmondena and Patricia on the lips welcoming them to China.

Diva walked up to Asmondena

Come on Asmondena I'll take you to your hotel Have a quiet day today.

'TOMORROW WE'LL DEAL WITH THE CRIMINALS!'
