Supastar and the personal banker

Lydia the Personal Banker at the NWM Bank in Stratford was a huge Black girl
nearly 6 foot 6 inches tall. She had enormous biceps.and was actually a
champion body builder. To make Herself look even more stunning She has dyed
blonde hair. She has huge muscles and adored body building.

Her colleaugue Jasmine was Coloured coming from mixed parents- Her father was
Nigerian and Her mother Maltese .She was a huge girl though not quite as big
as Lydia .She was a brilliant athlete and like Lydia loved bodybuilding. She
became self-defence champion at school having learnt self-defence in her spare
time. She taught the children at school to fear her as she was known as
Jasmine the Invincible!

Yet they both at they would rather be dead than get the wrong side of the new
powerful Manager of the branch the new Black Domme Madame Supastar..At the
same time all of them were so pleased to have such a wonderful and powerful
Woman as their Manager!

It was Monday at last and at last the time had come for the first Mission as
they called it or a visit to a client from Britain's most hepful bank. They
were so excited they could not sleep that night. The prospect of dealing
severely with customers and being paid commission, on top of their salaries,
every time they collected debts or forced someone to open an Account with NWB
was just too exciting! .

They were all ready to leave home for the Bank at 7 AM they had all showered,
washing their magnificent athletic bodies that seemed to get bigger and
stronger every day. They both were all fitness fanatics ,spending hours and
hours in the gym building up their incredible muscular bodies.They had
perfumed themselves putting perfume and spray all over. They put mascara and
lipstick thickly so that they would look really intimidating when they were
outside.

They all wore their NWB uniforms that made them look even more stunning than
ever.They wore shiny black leather jackets with the NWB logo. Around their
necks they wore black studded collars.They wore skin tight leather gloves.They
also wore skin tight leather skirts with slits up the side.To complete the
effect they wore knee length leather boots with 6" heels and steel capped
toes.

As they both carried handcuffs leather crops and vicious looking
knuckledusters with steel razors at the end which could enable them to rip
anyone's face to pieces, all supplied by the Bank. The whole effect of the 2
Bank Women Personal Bankers was terrifying to behold. They made Charlie's
Angels look like a bunch of girl guides!

It was Monday at last and at last the time had come for the first Mission.

The Dominant Bank was just too exciting!

Madame Superstar had effectively taken control of the branch from the useless
manager Mr Braithwaite who was actually terrified of Her. She believed in a
totally new approach to Banking that it should be ruthless and aggressive. As
soon as She took over She got rid of Mr Bait wait whom She pensioned off. She
sincerely believed that in the Financial services women were far more
effective than men. She would change the appearance of the Branch getting rid
of cashiers almost completely. She was not prepared to employ people who did
jobs machines did far more effectively!

At the same time She would change the nature of the work in the bank totally
.She believed Bank Staff should be employed selling the Bank and chasing bad
debts and overdrafts and finding new customers Most of all She believed that
in the competitive world banks should be looking for customers.They should do
so by politeness and persuasion to begin with. However if this did not work
force and if necessary extreme violence would have to be used.

She also believed that the Bank should be involved in the fight against crime.
Crime was affecting banking badly with millions of pounds being lost through
Bank robberies. She believed that Bank staff should be trained to deal with
bank robbers instead of leaving it to the Police who usually came too late
anyway.She also believed that the Bank should lead the fight against burglary
as millions were being lost through paying out insurance.Mugging meant people
were injured and unable to work which meant that millions was lost to the Bank
as these people went sick.The Bank would have to take the upper hand in
defeating crime!

The ideal opportunity had come! A new job in the Bank would be created called
a Personal Banker .A Note came round asking all Staff to apply.The note was as
follows.

All Staff are asked to apply to become PERSONAL BANKERS.The job of an Personal
Banker is to

1.Chase all bad debts especially mortgage arrears.

2.Persuade all individuals and businesses to open Accounts.Force is to be used
where friendly persuasion does not work.

3.Fight crime at all times by arresting and dealing with criminals and take
part in the Bank's War Against Crime Mission that means the Bank contributes
£1 million a year in fighting crime.

All applicants must be;

Physically fit and have at least one sporting qualification or bodybuilding
qualification.

Have fighting skills including karate, taekwondo at black and yellow belt and
be physically strong.

Females preferred though males will be considered in extreme cases.

Salary Starting £30000 a year £;300 commission for each bad debt recovered
£;400 for each new Account opened.

This is a wonderful opportunity for Staff to be really involved in Customer
Service and to deal with present and potential customers!

Once selected you will have to follow a rigorous Training Programme involving
Sports, Martial Arts and Banking Law leading to a recognised Qualification,

Lydia and Jasmine aldrove to the Bank ready to present themselves to Madame
Supastar the Manager.They were naturally frightened of Her knowing full well
that she was the one person who was even more dominant than them.

As they entered the room They stood to attention.

Madame Supastar stood there leather crop in hand looking so impressive in Her
all leather NWM uniform.

'Well Lydia and Jasmine the day has come at last your first day as Personal
Bankers !This is the day of your first Mission! There is so much work to do
you will be busy all the time!

'I have to tell you that my predecessor Mr. Braithwaite was absolutely bloody
useless! He left such a mess behind that I have a good mind to tell the
Chairman and have his Bank pension stopped!There are so many bad debts and
mortgage and loan arrears it's terrible. No wonder the NWM had to be bailed
out by the Government at huge expense.there are thousands customers out there
who should be banking with NWB

'We should be moving into the mortgage market but instead we are bottom out of
all the banks and building societies!I expect you to be working night and day
for me and the NWB there's so much to do.Your aim is to make the NWB the
biggest and most powerful Bank in Stratford ,as part of making it the biggest
Bank in the whole world.

' Do you understand?'

'Yes Madame Supastar! they all agreed with Her.

'Well for the next 3 days I will be coming with you on your Missions.Today I
will be going out with you Jasmine .Tomorrow I will be going out with you
Lydia.'

'I want you Lydia to supervise the Bank today .You will supervise our only
remaining cashier David and the doorman Fred. You will make sure that
customers behave themselves all the time.Remember there is a strict rule of
Silence in the Bank.Talking is only allowed to the cashier David and to you as
Personal Bankers.'

'Customers must show respect to You by addressing You as Miss at all times!If
a customer causes any trouble do not hesitate to take him/her to a back room
and beat them severely if necessary!If they refer to Me it is always Madame
Manager.Is that quite clear?'

'Yes Madame Supastar! 'said Lydia and Jasmine as they left the room knowing
that Madame Supastar's word was Law!

Madame Supastar was alone with Jasminne.

'Right Jasmine make yourself nice and comfortable. We are going on our first
Mission together.It will be wonderful and we will enjoy ourselves together!'

'The Mission concerns a road called West Ham Road where the Bank wants to buy
up all the property for redevelopment. A construction company called will move
in and demolish all the old homes and build luxury flats. Naturally all the
new residents of the luxury flats will have to have mortgages with NWB! This
will bring in a fortune for the Bank and will help us to fulfil our targets!'

I will first of all show you a copy of the letter I have sent to all the
residents of Worley Road.'

Dear Resident,

MORTGAGE OPPORTUNITY!

NWB would like to redevelop the whole of West HamRoad where you live.We would
like to redevelop it into an exclusive block of luxury residential properties.
This will of course mean that your house will have to undergo demolition in
order that the new luxury apartments can be constructed.

The Bank is prepared to offer you a brand new mortgage at preferential
rates.It will also pay you all costs of moving .

This is provided you move out of you property by MONDAY 2 MARCH 2015.

I cannot stress strongly enough how much the Bank need you to vacate your
property as soon as possible.This is a very generous offer which you must take
advantage of.it is urgent that the Bank pushes ahead with its plans for
redevelopment.I am sure you are aware of the urgency of this situation.

I also note that you do not have an Account with NWB.Naturally I take a
serious view of this matter as we are a highly efficient Bank that gives a far
better service than any other bank.You must therefore complete the enclosed
forms to enable you to open an Account and cancel your existing accounts.

I must also ask you to cancel all your existing credit cards and only have A
NWB Credit Card.We will consolidate all your existing debts into the new
Credit Card and Loan which will be offered to you at preferential rates.

Should you not take advantage of our very generous offers and not vacate your
property by the due date , I will have no alternative but to take a more
physical approach and take steps to ensure that you do vacate your property.

I would advise you to take this letter very seriously.
