Nurse Winona the sadist

Nurse Winona Banda stood about 6' 6" tall and about that wide. She was a Black
Woman who had recently qualified, as a nurse from Malawi .She had always been
really big and muscular. In fact She had been very strong all Her life. She
had huge biceps and really beautiful voluptuous breasts. She had won the Miss
Queen size competition back home. She really loved all sports especially track
and taekwoodo, and was nearly completing her black belt in karate.

In fact She loved fighting-it was the one thing in life She have always been
really good at. In fact She could honestly say She had never actually lost a
fight. She started fighting when She was very young and has continued since
then .She used to regularly beat up my little brother and made his life a
misery. She was brilliant at all other sports.In fact there was no sport She
did not excel in!

After leaving school, She had travelled to Norse land as part of the Aid
Programme, which Norseland generously, gave to African countries. There She
qualified as a physiotherapist. It was when She became medically trained that
Hr interest in torture and pain infliction really began, to be a
physiotherapist She had learned all about pain. She did not just know how to
cure pain , but at the same time knew how to inflict it. In order to cure Her
patients' pain, She had to inflict more pain-it was a bit like an injection,
you give the patient the disease in order to cure the disease.

Her sessions were absolute agony for Her patients. Most of them would dread
coming to Her -the cure was actually worse than the disease! If any patients
failed to turn up however She would not leave them alone.She would phone them
constantly at work and then would turn up at their place of work or home when
they least expected Her and have a Session with them there and then.Ii would
tell them that if they failed to turn up to any more sessions, they would be
in a worse state than when they first arrived and would end up with another
dislocated shoulder!

She then began to study pain and torture in detail.She realised that She
obtained the most incredible sexual thrill out of inflicting pain on another
person.During Her sessions at work She would have to gag Her
patients.Otherwise their screams would have been heard across the hospital.She
would actually become wet after a session and the more pain they were in , the
more ruthless She would become.It became almost like a drug to Her .She was
becoming positively addicted to it! She read all the books by De Sade and he
was becoming Her hero.She devised all sorts of tortures and wrote them all
down in a book.She became such an expert in torture and pain infliction that
She was sure She would have obtained a Diploma in Torture on top of all Her
medical Qualifications.

Eventually I decided to become a fully trained Corrective Therapist. She
learned it from a Tutor a Norselandic Woman called Melinda Vasterheim .She was
a true Dominartrix really big and strong and was a professional bodybuilder.
She first of all passed the first part of the course in NLCT(Neuro Linguisic
Corrective therapy) in dealing with patients' personal and emotional
problems.Then Winona learned from Her more about the intricacies of physical
punishment , of the noble art of inflicting torture on another person so that
thay felt the most excruciating agony.

NLCT was based on helping and at the same time putting the patient through
extreme pain.It was about correcting fithy habits such as drug abuse by
literally beating them out of the patient.Every Session began with a
discussion with the patient identifying their needs.Then an appropriate
punishment iwas decided -it could be a mild caning if the patient is suffering
from depression to a no hold barred thrashing if the patient was for instance
a paedophile where the object might be to maim the patient for life.

To be a good Corrective Therapist like Her one has to be very kind and loving,
but at the same time totally ruthless and vicious.One also has to be very
strong like Her and have a Fighting Qualification of some sort, preferably a
black or yellow belt karate.

As a physiotherapist.She enjoyed the job , but was getting fed up with the
restrictions as well as the low pay in the National Health Service.Eventually
matters came to a head when She was summoned to the Administrator's office.She
could never stand him anyway and always saw him as a total wimp.He told me
that one of Her patients who was the had complained about the amount of pain
he had suffered at Her hands..

She was absolutely furious when She heard this,She told the administrator that
if She ever saw that patient again She would dislocate his shoulder and make
sure he needed more physiotherapy.She then told the administrator he could
stuff his job, that She could earn more elsewher and that was the last time he
would see me.She also told him that She would return one day ad taje her
revenge o himAs She left She threw one of the plants against the window which
smashed the glass,the wretched Administrator was left cowering under the desk1

She walked outside in the sunshine feeling so overjoyed! Although She was now
unemployed, soon She would be making more money than ever and would be able to
spend years of Her life inflicting as much pain and torture as She liked and
there was nothing anyone could do about it.Noone would dare resist or complain
about a Black Sadist!
