MARGARETHE PUTS THE PRISONERS THROUGH EVEN MORE EXCRUTIATING YOGA HELL

Margarethe now had all six prisoners in the Easy Pose determined to put them
all through the most excruciating Yoga Hell imaginable in the gym at Wormwood
Scrubs prison in England.

She was revolted by their physical appearance as they were all so fat and
ugly. What a contrast there was between them and Her lithe, lissom and
muscular body! .What a contrast there was between them and the gorgeous
muscular Norse Men with Their gorgeous faces and massive bulges!.She had just
stamped Her authority on the worst one of all Frank by giving him a damned
good slapping until he was a hospital case.

As prisoners She loathed all of them believing as a Norse Woman heavily in the
death penalty and that the English penal system was far too soft on all of
them. She believed firmly that they should all be straggled to death with a
leather chord and sent to Nander Island the Hell on Earth for life where they
would be properly punished !. In fact She would love to do it personally
killing each one with a leather chord in turn gloating at their suffering as
they died a slow and agonizing death at Her hands!.

'Right you overweight fat ugly arseholes! I want you to sit on the floor right
in front of Me with your knees bent, clasping your arms around them. Press
them to chest making absolutely sure that your spine is erect. Do it now!'

'YES MS FASCART !'

They all screamed at once unable to pronounce Her surname that was in fact
'Fasgaard' fearing the taste of Her long leather crop across their arses. They
had already seen the treatmernt She had given Frank who thought he was so
tough and they did not want to face the same treatment!

They all obeyed doing their best even though they were incapable of doing it
properly and yet realizing the terrible consequences of disobedience to Her
Will.

They all knew the consequences of disobedience to Her will so well.The first
prisoner She had picked on was Jeff. She had noticed him and knew that he was
convicted of serious racial harassment. He still had his hands by his sides in
the Corpse Pose. There was nothing She hated more than disobedience! These
prisoners had to understand in no uncertain terms She was the Boss and
Instructor to be always obeyed without question and that they were in prison
to be punished not to have an easy time.

She had walked straight up to him and stood right over him Her legs on either
sides ready to beat the living daylights out of him. She now knew the names of
all the prisoners having studied all their files extensively.

She had yelled at him that if he didn't move move 'those f----g hands' to his
sides within a second She would forcefully move them with Her hands that were
a lot stronger than his and would proceed to break every one of 'his f----g
fingers.' She had called him a piece of shit which is how She regarded all the
prisoners!'

He had begun to sweat in fear and moved at once hoping that his hands were
exactly 6 inches apart shouting at the top of his voice.

'SORRY MS FASCART!!'

She had walked up the line letting it be known without any doubt She was the
in charge and these prisoners were Her slaves to be ordered and beaten of they
did not obey at once.

As She had walked up the line quite revolted at their clumsy attempts to do
the exercises She had also noticed one of them Bill. who was convicted of
murder was hardly putting any effort into it at all .She was furious! These
prisoners were here to put every effort they had into the exercises and She
would not tolerate slacking at all!

With one move She had grabbed his legs with both hands at the same time She
had put Her heel right into his arse pulling backwards with full force.

There had been a loud crack as his legs were pulled right backwards.

CRAAAAAAAAAACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

She has yelled at him that when She told him to do an exercise he had to put
'his whole f-----g effort' into it or else!

Just as She was talking two male nurses had brought in Frank whom they had all
once feared from the medical centre whose face was still red and swollen from
the slapping She had given him. He was an altogether different figure from the
tough guy who had preciously intimidated the prisoners.

As soon as he entered She had grabbed him by the neck in Her leather gloved
hand.

'Right Frank you will stand in front of the class and I will use you to
demonstrate all the Poses!'

She held him by the neck in a painful grip and stood him in from of the group.
She stood in front of the group hitting Her crop rhythmically against Her
boot.

'Well you arseholes so this miserable worm was once your hero as you so
admired and were so afraid of him. I have reduced to a physical wreck! I'm now
going to use him to demonstrate all the Poses!'

She stood over Frank.

'You missed the Corpse Pose so you will now make up for it by performing each
Pose to My satisfaction!'

'Sit on your knees, clasp your arms around them, press them to your chest to
make your spine is erect, cross your legs, let your knees drop towards the
floor and keep your head and body straight!'

Frank was now desperately trying to do the Easy Pose but failed to do it to
Her satisfaction. She was using him as an example to be ridiculed in front of
the whole group

She grasped him by the neck in Her leather gloved hand as he groaned with
pain.

'That was a pretty pathetic attempt you big fat overweight ugly bastard! Well
we'd better move on to the Neck Rolls! '

'You must all realise that most people hold a lot of tension in their necks
and shoulders leading to stiffness and bad posture which is obvious in all
your cases as you are so out of shape. You must do these exercises as slowly
as possible with your spines straight your necks relaxed and your shoulders
facing forwards. First of all drop your head back and then forwards!'

'You will did it like this!'

She grabbed hold of Frank's head and pulled it right back until they could all
hear the bones cracking as She pulled it right back hard until it was almost
dislocated from his head. He let out a piercing scream right in front of the
group.

CRAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK!!!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!
