MADAME CHARLENE PREPARES TO DEAL WITH A SERIAL RAPIST

Bill Richardson was feeling good. He was out going around the pubs in Hackney
East London looking for action that evening. he thought he was a real tough
geezer as they said in Cockney . He liked to find the prettiest girl in the
place and make his move. He would provoke the man she was with into a fight,
then he would proceed to beat the poor guy to a pulp. After that he would take
the girl to his apartment for his brand of sex which was very rough. When he
had finished with her for the night the girl was usually returned frightened
and battered to the place where he had found her. Threats of additional
physical violence prevented either the girl or the man from giving too much
information to the Police. Bill usually went through this process every two to
three weeks. He really got excited the violence and sex.

Tonight he had chosen the Flying Scotsman ,a pub owned by a friend of his
Frank Kyprianou a Cypriot

. As Bill entered the pub Frank greeted him.

' How you doin' me old cock and sparrow ".

"I'm doin' great, Frank . Looks like your business is good tonight." Bill
answered.

"Friday night is always a good night. Try to stay out of trouble tonight.Bill"

Bill laughed. He made his way to the bar and ordered a scotch and water. As he
sipped his drink, he checked himself out in the mirror behind the bar. He was
not a bad looking man. He would have been considered handsome if not for his
cruel mouth that seemed to be set in a permanent sneer. He was nearly six feet
tall and weighed a well distributed two hundred and twenty pounds. He had wide
shoulders that tapered to a narrow waist. He had coal greased back black hair
and brown eyes. He was dressed all in black, black pants, black shirt and
black jacket.

He finished his drink and ordered another. He was halfway through the second
drink when he spotted his target for the night.

She was a large Black Woman even taller than him at over six feet wearing a
red leather cat suit and high heeled boots that set off Her dark complexion
and white teeth perfectly. She had huge muscles that he could see through the
leather.God this would be a challenge for him! He would love to have some real

arranged to work with Her Colleague Madame caramel Who was tough Black Dommes
like Her as independent contractors on a case by case basis.

They would listen to the alleged wrongdoing, decide if punishment was
justified, and then administer it brutally and sadistically . By Her
definition punishment was purely physical usually involving extreme violence
and Madame Charlene loved to inflict pain and were experts in what They did.
Most of these bastards like Bill deserved a good beating, and that is what
they would get!

The severity would be determined by a couple of factors. First, what was the
offence and second how much would the offended person was prepared pay. After
all, this was a business, not a charity!.

They had even put Her advertisement in the local paper in Hackney . It read:

As a result of the advertisements a girl called Julie a small blonde had come
