LISA AND GLORIA CARRY OUT SOME INSPECTIONS!

I stood in front of the CSOs in all my PVC and red leather glory.It was clear
that all of them were absolutely petrified out of their wits.They had just
witnessed the public execution of their Boss.They knew beyond all doubt of the
horrible fate of all those who dared to defy me at all.The dead and mangled
body of Greeson ,his head slumped forward with blood coming out of his crotch,
was enough to teach them all about the terrible fate that awaited all those
who dared to defy me at all.

'Right CSOs a New Order has begun.It is the Order of the Black Dominatrix.It
is an Order of Righteousness.It is a Holy God Given Order.The old ways have
passed away .They will be heard of no more.The very mention of the word
Greeson is actually forbidden.I have put him to death.He has died as he
deserved and his body will be fed to the lions at Well Place Zoo!'

'You will all receive the Rules of the Queen Dom.They will be distributed to
everyone in the Wallingford area.They are to be obeyed without question at
all.My word from now on is Law.It is as simple as that.You role as CSOs is
simply to report crime and nothing else.If you see any crime you will report
it to me or judgess Gloria.Failure to report a crime constitutes a crime and
will be dealt with very severely.I will be away on holiday for 2 weeks and
Gloria will take over.She will be your Queen and Ruler and her word is
Law.Don't disobey her on penalty of death.Do you understand?''

YES MADAME LISA!'

They all called out as one making sure I hear everyone.

I turned round to Gloria.

'Gloria tomorrow you will be in complete charge .I want you to start by doing
a full Inspection of these CSOs.You will look out especially for Bad
Attitude.If you see any Bad Attitude you will deal with it very severely .You
will soon have the same therapeutic powers I have.You will be able to detect
Bad Thoughts and Bad Attitude at once just by staring into a person's eyes.'

'Right I'm leaving now .

'I demand total obedience 24 hours a day 7 days a week from you and al
Subjects.Is that perfectly clear?'

iI turned to one of the civilian staff who were now my Slaves.

A small Asian girl walked forward.She looked really weak and submissive.She
was almost crying with fear in my mighty presence.

'So what's your name?'

'Meena Madame Lisa 'she said shaking trying to suppress the tears.

'Right Meena. You will send the Rules of the Queen Dom to every single person
in the Wallingford Police Area.Every business will receive a copy too.You will
work day and night sending the rules out.You will obtain them from Mavis at
Abingdon.You will send them all out by courier so everyone receives a copy
tomorrow morning.'

'.NOW GET TO WORK NOW!'

She and the 3 other Slaves 2 women and 1 man ran out determined to get to work
at once or face the consequences.

I turned to the CSOs summoned before me.

'Do you all accept my Word is Law?'

YES MADAME LISA!'

We left the CSOs all standing to attention.They knew perfectly well that a New
Order had begun and the old ways had been completely removed and destroyed.

We mounted out Harley Davisons and turned on the sirens to full
volume.Everyone living in Wallingford had to know without doubt that I was the
new Queen and Ruler.A New Order had definitely begun and everyone would have
to know. I drove down the A4074 heading for Abingdon through the Oxfordshire
countryside through the villages of Shillingford and Dorchester and then
turning onto the A415. I knew as I turned on my siren full volume that this
was all part of my Queen Dom and everyone here was my Subject.

What was more they had to understand that their lives from now on would be
regulated by me and me alone.They would also have to understand that the old
complacency was over that all of them would have stop stop seeing everyone
else as a criminal and themselves as blameless.As far as I was concerned every
single person was a potential criminal. The Bible said that all had sinned(
Romans 3;23)

Every person had something wrong with them that Corrective Therapy would find
out.Who knows behind their middle class respectability they might be the worst
criminals of all.Many of them might even deserve death!As we rode through the
pretty village of Clifton Hampden lying so quaint besides the Thames I could
not wait to get my hands on those complacent bastards.I wanted to take each
one of out of their homes and line them all up for a damned good thrashing!

As we approached Abingdon itself the streets were totally deserted.I only saw
1 man on the streets and he ran as fast as possible probably thinking he would
surely be arrested and interrogated and then punished.My Queen Dom had well
and truly taken effect.It just showed what an effective Dominatrix I was that
my Rules were always obeyed.People just did not dare disobey me

It was 4 hours before curfew and the streets were deserted. I could hardly see
a light on in any house and the pubs were virtually empty.The whole population
were so frightened of me. As my Subjects they did not even do what they were
allowed to do such as watching TV before 11 PM.They were totally gripped by
fear.I truly was a mighty and invincible Dominatrix!

We roared into town making enough noise to awaken the dead.We walked straight
into my Headquarters strutting with all our power making it known beyond all
doubt we were the Bosses, hitting out leather crops hard against our boots.

All the CSOs stood in a line assuming the Pose of Submission.

'Right CSOs you will be pleased to know I have extended the Queen Dom.I now
control the Wallingford Police area having put to death the Inspector Greeson
in the most agonising way possible.Soon I will extend it to the City of Oxford
itself!After that I will take over the entire Thames Valley so that Reading
Aylesbury and Milton Keynes will be under my control! Who knows where I will
extend my Queen Dom to after that?

'Do you all accept my total invincibility?'

'YES MADAME LISA!' they yelled out as one voice.

As you all know I will be going away for a well earned holiday tomorrow in
Greece leaving Judgess Gloria in charge.I have one more task to carry out to
give prisoner Trevor an HMI.While I am away Judgess Gloria will report to
me.You will obey her every word Is that clear?'

YES MADAME LISA!' they all shouted out as if they were one voice again.

I turned to Gloria

'Well Gloria our next task is to deal with prisoner Trevor.He's been in the
cells all night and day.Before he goes he need a good HMI to clean him up!'

'Yes certainly Lisa I can't wait to give him a damned good cleaning!'

You may remember Trevor from previous Episodes .He was in fact Gloria's first
prisoner.She had arrested him for being dirty and scruffy and for walking down
the street in jeans and trainers.(see Episodes 64 to 68 . Read them now!)

As a result of his crimes of Scruffy Dress, Living in a Dirty House ,
Malingering and Listening to Devilish Noise ,Gloria and I had administered a
sound Thrashing to him.Altogether he had received 18 hard strokes.It was
Gloria's first Thrashing and she had enjoyed every second of it.Being a
complete and total weakling he had to be given an injection to send him to
sleep as he was practically unable to walk afterwards.

Gloria and I had tied him up securely to the bed post in the cells making sure
he was unable to move an inch.We had put him through total Hell and he
deserved everything he received! He had to be used as a warning to all filthy
people that they too would be punished severely for their crimes!

We entered the cell and found Trevor well and truly trussed to the bed post.He
had been in the position for nearly 36 hours.As I ruled by Love and Fear I was
now prepared to release him.However I knew he was still filthy and had to be
given a full HMI.

It took us nearly 15 minutes to untie him as we had hog tied him so
securely.His hands were well and truly tied to the bed.The rubber straps were
so tight his arms were bleeding heavily.It was the same with his legs as there
were deep scars penetrating deeply to the bone.He would need some intense
medical treatment at my Healing Centre!

When we had finished we laid his miserable puny body across the bed.The sight
of such a wretched body besides mine and Gloria's filled me with utter
disgust.

'Well Trevor we are going to let you go today.You have suffered enough for one
day.Don't think this is the end though . Judgess Gloria will be watching your
every move closely while I am away!'

You'd better clean that pigsty you live in or it will be burnt to the
ground.It's as simple as that.What's more you'd better clean yourself up after
we have given you this HMI or else.Remember the penalty for disobedience is
Death!You'd better turn away from your filthy ways or else!'

'Right Gloria let's get to work on this bastard.You have to understand that
dirt and uncleanliness are 2 things I loathe more than anything apart from
disobedience and defiance .You have my full permission to do a full HMI on any
person who looks filthy to you any time you want!'

'We are now going to do a full scale HMI.We wiill examine and clean out every
single orifice.We will thoroughly clean out his filthy mouth, his nose ,his
ears, his cock and balls and finally his stinking anus which we will clean out
thoroughly with an enema.We will not allow one speck of dirt to remain in his
body.We will start with the Kiss that I taught you in the hospiltal when we
will thoroughly clean out all that filth in his mouth.It is a technique
involves terrible pain for the patient!'
