THE PUNISHMENT OF LAWBREAKERS 2

LISA THE MERCILESS!

I strode into my Headquarters looking and feeling so magnificent in my red 
PVC outfit ,with my red cat suit, my thigh length boots and hitting the side 
of my leg with my leather crop.As soon as I arrived all the CSOs stood at 
once to attention as well as all the civilian staff assuming the pose of 
Submission.This was the rule.Whenever I arrived everyone would have to stand 
to attention at once stopping whatever they were doing.They were in the 
presence of their Queen and Ruler and they had to show submission whenever I 
appeared!

As I arrived I was greeted at the entrance by Gloria.We kissed passionately 
putting our tongues right down each other's throats.We did not care that all 
the CSOs were standing in front of us.That was all part of their humiliation 
to stand to attention while 2 huge Black Amazons made love to each other.I 
turned round to make sure every one of them was still standing to attention 
with their heads bowed down.If one of them had moved to look up at us they 
would have felt the full force of my crop!

'Oh Lisa my Queen and Ruler.You look absolutely magnificent in that red 
shiny PVC! .I have missed you so much!I'm so proud to be your

First of all I want to tell you that for 2 weeks I will be away on holiday 
in Greece.I will be flying tomorrow.I will be staying with someone called

task ahead of you.You must ruthlessly maintain Law and Order on your own.You 
must ensure that every subject obeys the Law without question.You must 
ensure every single person and business pays Homage Money or else.You have 
the authority to wreck peoples homes and businesses if payment is not 
made.You have a licence to kill.You are Judge Jury and Executioner with the 
full powers to put anyone to death you wish!'

'You will report to me daily while I am in Greece.You will contact me either 
by phone or E Mail.If the situation becomes too serious for you to handle on 
your own I will come back on the next flight and deal with it myself.You are 
an extremely strong and capable Judgess and I know you will cope 
wonderfully!'

'Also while I am away you will take care of my flat.You will also look after 
my 2 pussies Whiskas and Friskas making sure they are properly fed and cared 
for.You will also look after my lover Simon and comfort him as I know he 
will be jealous while I am fucking another man.He needs to be properly cared

return you will see perfect order in your Queen Dom.I will punish criminals 
ruthlessly.I am so happy to have a licence to kill as I will kill as many

will punish you very severely and dismiss you as a Judgess.To be dismissed 
as a Judgess is the worst humiliation anyone can suffer.You might as well

'Right Gloria as I have said we have much to do today.I want those bodies 
taken down from the scaffold before they start to stink!'

'Right Mavis get me the number of a butchers called Wildes.'

She brought me the number at once.

'Is that Wildes.?It's Madame Lisa your Queen and Ruler.I'm sending you 3 
bodies to be put through your meat grinder!'

'Yes certainly Madame Lisa we have never put human bodies through a meat 
grinder before but we know your word is Law!'

'It certainly is and I expect a proper job to be done or else.Also I expect 
my Homage Money by the 10th of this month!'

'Certainly Madame Lisa.We have sent you a cheque for £5000 that represents 
20% of our monthly turnover!'

It had better be because I will be employing staff to look at your accounts 
and if its wrong I will be paying your business a visit!'

He knew that I meant exactly what I said as I put the phone down.I then 
shouted to 2 CSOs to cut the bodies down and put them on body bags.i then 
ordered them to take them to the butchers.I also ordered them to bring the 
remains of the bodies back to me.


The 2 CSOs began work at once.Within a few minutes they had driven away to 
the butchers.I turned to the rest of my staff.

'Right the bodies of the evil Wilson Seenan and Reynolds will soon no longer 
exist.They will be wiped off the face of the earth just like the Goose and 
the Cock.From now on their names are not to be even mentioned.Is that 
understood?'

YES MADAME LISA'they all called out knowing the terrible penalty of 
disobedience.


'Right Gloria lets deal with some lawbreakers.We'll deal with Chris first!'

'Certainly Lisa I've got him tied up in the cells already for you!'

We walked down the corridor to the cell Chris was held in.Gloria opened the 
door and I saw Chris all tied up.His face was right down on the bunk with a 
blind fold on .Gloria had done a wonderful job tying him up securely.Her 
medical skills had come in useful in her bondage skills.His hands were tied 
hard behind his back in the most agonising position.She had tied his feet 
right back so that they were tied securely to his hands.It was quite clear 
he could not move an inch and had spent a night of total torment!

He was so securely trussed up it took Gloria nearly 10 minutes to untie 
him.When she had finished I ordered him to stand to attention in front of 
me.He was a short balding man with dark hair with a puny body.He looked so 
weak and pathetic in the presence of 2 huge Black Amazons as he stood there 
naked and trembling.

'Well Chris What were you doing on the streets after 10 PM?'

'I'm so sorry Madame Lisa I was in London for the day and returned to 
Abingdon in the evening .I did not know about the Queen Dom.I now have your 
letter.I promise I will never do it again.Please please don't beat me!'

'Ignorance of the Law is no excuse Chris.I will check to see if you're lying 
to me!'

With that I stared deep into his eyes using my therapeutic skills as a 
Corrective Therapist.He stood there trembling and shaking even more almost 
collapsing with terror.

'Right Chris I have checked into your mind and you are telling the truth.I'm 
warning you I am putting you on the Register and every move you make will be 
monitored.If I or Judgess Gloria ever see you on the streets again after 10 
PM you will be beaten within an inch of your life!'

Also I want to know when you will pay your Homage Money to me?'

'I have my cheque book om me now Madame Lisa 10% of my monthly income is 
£400'

'It had better be Chris.What job do you do?

'I'm a solicitor Madame Lisa'

'Well Chris £400 better be the correct amount as I know you thieving 
solicitors make a lot of money.Now get that cheque written, put on your 
clothes as I can't bear to look at your revolting body any longer and get 
out of my f---g sight before I really lose my temper!'

He did exactly as he was ordered.He wrote the cheque at once, put his 
clothes on as fast as he could and ran out of the door.He knew better than 
to annoy me!

'God Gloria what a pathetic weed! You will visit him again and do a thorough 
inspection of his house.Do whatever you want to him!

'Certainly Lisa I can't wait to give that  ugly white  ars of his a really 
good tanning!'

As I was speaking the CSOs had arrived from the butchers.They brought the 
mangled bodies of Wilson, Seenan and Reynolds to me.I looked and saw that 
the butcher had done a wonderful job.What were once 2 Police Inspectors and 
a Drug dealer were now just a heap of meat and bones!

I rang the Manager of the nearest Zoo at Wallingford. called Well Place. Zoo

'Hello it's Madame Lisa.I've got some meat for the lions!'

'Oh yes I think  I've heard of you.What sort of meat is it?

The bastard's attitude was really annoying me

'I happen to be the Queen of Abingdon and Didcot and will soon be the Queen 
of Wallingford too you
f------g ignoramus.and I will be coming over to your Zoo later to fix you 
today.And it happens to be human meat which is what lions like most of all 
!'

He realised he had made a mistake and changed his tone.

'Please I'm sorry I've heard all about you and know you can be very 
violent.It's just I've never fed human meat to lions before! I will do 
exactly as you say!'

'Whats your name arsehole?'

'Jim  Steer Madame Lisa'

'Well Steer you'd better feed that meat to the lions because I'm sending my 
CSOs over and they will report back to me.What's more I'm coming to deal 
with you and I might feed you to the lions too!After all if you love animals 
so much you wont mind if they eat you!'

With that I slammed the phone down.I ordered the 2 CSOs to go to the Zoo at 
once.That bastard Steer was in serious trouble and he knew it!

The next Lawbreaker was Alison whom Gloria had locked up in the other 
cell.She was in for a severe beating for watching TV after bedtime and 
showing Bad Attitude.

I turned to Gloria

'Right Gloria
