THE RULES OF THE QUEEN DOM 2


LISA IN TOTAL CHARGE!

As I walked along the Inspection Parade looking at the faces of the 6 Police,
I could see them all looking at me in total terror.They knew that I owned them
all body and soul, that I was their Queen and Ruler who would demonstrate
absolutely no mercy at all.Fear was written in every single pore of their
bodies-all over they were shaking with terror in front of me their Supreme
Queen and Ruler.

They knew that a new Order had begun that would be totally different from the
past.It was true that a new Heaven and new Earth had been created.There would
be no more memory of the past.Everything would be forgotten.Behold all things
were new!

They knew that they were in the presence of a totally Superior Being because
they had seen my amazing fighting skills that were unsurpassed.They had seen
me break into the Police station right from the start on my Harley
Davison.They had seen me take on and win against Police with guns fully
armed.They had also seen me absolutely victorious against Police in riot gear
fighting firstly with weapons and then with my mighty fists and legs winning
every single time.The battle between me and the Police had been no contest at
all!

Finally they had seen me capture and overpower their 2 former Bosses Wilson
and Seenan whom they had once obeyed without question.Only they knew this time
that I had beaten and executed them both and had won the right to their
respect and absolute fear.

I walked along checking for 2 vital things Cleanliness and Attitude.If I saw
even one spot on their uniforms there would be serious trouble.I would also be
looking out closely for Attitude too.With my therapeutic powers I could detect
the slightest wrong attitudes at all.

I searched each Officer in turn looking carefully at their uniforms and facial
expressions.With the power I had I was in a really mean mood ready to give
someone a good hard Beating

As I was doing my Inspection I came across one Officer .I looked at his name
badge.His name was PC Amey. I noticed one speck of blood on his collar where
he had obviously cut himself shaving.I looked closely into his eyes and began
to read his mind.I did not like what I read.

'Well Amey I said I wanted you to look spotless.That means you don't show even
a speck of dirt .When you shave you do it properly.I will not stand dirty
collars at all!

'What's more I can tell what you're thinking.You're thinking I don't want to
stay in this job with this big woman as my Boss.Admit it that's exactly what
you're thinking!'

He was shaking with fear knowing I was exactly right.

'Honestly Madame Lisa.I wasn't thinking that.Please show me mercy!'

'You're not getting any mercy.You are thinking you don't want to stay in the
Police.You are dirty and you have Bad Attitude, Amey -2 things I can't
stand.Now unbutton your shirt and expose your stomach to me now.Do it at
once!'

He began to whimper like a little child knowing what was coming to him.

I brought my fist right back aiming at his solar plexus.I drove forward really
hard.

CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK!!!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I could feel the bones of his rib cage snap as he went rolling on to the floor
yelling with pain.

I then brought the heel of my boot hard and kicked him out the front door.He
literally went flying in the air.

'That's what you get Amey for Uncleanliness and Bad Attitude.You're out of the
Police now.As you're living in the Queen Dom you will get another job
immediately even if it is a lavatory attendant!'

He landed in a heap in the forecourt of the Police station underneath the
scaffolds.He would not be conscious for hours!

I stood in front of the Police line towering over them all in my black shiny
rubber.

'Now does anyone else want to defy me?'

They all shouted out with one voice.

'NO MADAME LISA!'

'Right I'm warning every single one of you that if I come across Uncleanliness
or Bad Thoughts ever again it will be instant death!.It will be as simple as
that.There is nothing I loathe and detest more than disobedience or defiance!'

I stood before all of them in all my rubber clad glory.All of them were
sweating profusely.The sight of what I had done to Amey had filled them all
with total terror.They knew that the Queen Dom had well and truly begun.

'Well you see what I did to Amey.He is now a cripple.His days in the Police
are well and truly over.The same or worse will happen to you!'

'The Queen Dom has well and truly begun.I am now your Queen and Ruler-the
Supreme Police Officer, the Judgess, Jury and Executioness.My word and every
utterance is Law.'

'Democracy, Human Rights, Courts , Defence lawyers and prisons as they exist
now are things of the past and have been abolished.All there is now is the
Queen Dom of Madame Lisa-an absolute dictatorship!'

'You will effectively cease to be Police officers from today.You will no
longer have any powers of arrest or powers to maintain Law and Order.That will
be exclusively the job of me and the Judgesses.'

'The first Judgess I will appoint will be Gloria.She now works at the Healing
Centre as a Nurse.She is a big Black Amazon, though obviously not as big as
me.She will have supreme authority in my absence.Like me she will ruthlessly
pursue criminals and then execute them. Our mission is nothing else but the
total elimination of crime no matter if it means putting hundreds to death!'

'Your role from now on is simply to report crime.Apart from that you will be
just glorified Traffic Wardens.Crime to me is anything as small as wearing
scruffy clothing.If you see anyone at all in jeans and trainers for instance
you will report them to me at once! Either me or Gloria will deal with them at
once probably by a good hard thrashing in public.I will give you a list of
crimes.

'To me a crime is a crime whether it is going to bed after 11PM or
mugging.There is a policy of Zero Tolerance.Nothing is tolerated not even the
slightest deviation from the Law!'

'Crime will now be extended to breaking curfew and going to bed after 11pm.If
you see a single person on the streets after 10 PM or a light in a house after
11 PM you will report them to me at once.No one will be allowed on the streets
on Sundays except in the mornings to go to the shops or to go to church.These
rules will be administered ruthlessly and failure to notify me ot later my
Judgesses will result in your severe punishment.To me anyone who fails to
report crime is effectively a criminal!

'Once I have arrested a criminal I will take him or her to my new Punishment
and Torture Room at the Headquarters where they will suffer the most
excruciating agony.In most case they will suffer Death!'

'What is more I will treat all my Subjects as potential criminals.I believe
what the Bible says that 'all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of
God'. (Romans 3:23)Every single person is a potential criminal.

'Remember my Mission and yours too is a Holy Mission.You like me are here to
do God's work to redeem the world from Sin and Evil.We are faced with a
Righteous Mission in which I must cleanse the World or the World will be
totally destroyed.You will be given Bibles which I expect you like all my
Subjects to read every day.The choice is simple-the Queen Dom or Armageddon!'

'That means that every person need Corrective Therapy.Even if they have not
committed an actual crime they must have thought impure thoughts or done
something wrong in their lives .By the time I have finished I or my Judgesses
will have punished everyone in the Abingdon and Didcot areas!'

'You will now go out and look for crime .You will search everywhere.If you see
anyone doing even the slightest thing you will report it to me.If I am not
available you will ring Gloria at the Healing Centre.'

'Now get out and do your work now!'

'YES MADAME LISA'they all called out each one knowing that they had to obey me
without question or face terrible consequences!

Having dismissed them all, I walked back to my Office.

On the way I passed Mrs. Wilson.She was on her hands and knees still covered
totally in blood and bile.She was desperately cleaning for all she was worth
realising the terrible punishment that awaited her if I found within 30
minutes the place was not spotless.Just to give her a foretaste of what was to
come I gave her another hard kick up the arse which sent her flying once more
across the floor, covered in even more shit than before.God how I detested the
bimbo!

I walked into my Office and saw Mavis cleaning.There was no doubt that the
place was improving .Wilson had definitely left the place in the most awful
state.Soon I would go through all the drawers and throw all his belongings
away.Not a single trace of him would remain.

I dragged Mavis from the floor in my rubber gloved hands.She was weeping and
trembling in complete fear.

'Right you f---g bimbo.You will take a letter down now.You will send it to
every single residence and business in the Abingdon and Didcot areas.If you
miss one address you will be in very deep shit!
