THE TAKEOVER OF THE HOSPITAL-3



LISA TAKES FULL CONTROL!


I was now ready to do my first full Staff Inspection.I was sure that all of 
the Staff were absolutely petrified and were getting themselves ready making 
sure they were prepared for me The Black Dominatrix.

In the meantime I wanted my room .which I would call Madame Lisa's Study, to 
be thoroughly cleaned up.Dr Patel's body still lay on the floor.He was lying 
there prostrate unconscious, with huge weals across his backside and blood 
everywhere. What was more I looked all round the room and noticed it was 
fiLthy.That bastard Davies was in charge of a Hospital and his own room was 
disgusting!I looked everywhere and there was dust all over.The whole room 
was a mess .It looked as if no one had ever cleaned it.

I shouted at my Slave Carol to come into the room at once.

''Right Carol I want Patel's body to be removed this instant and taken to 
the ward.You will call a hospital porter to have him taken away.'

'You will then get cleaning materials, including carpet shampoo and polish, 
and have this room cleaned out and spotless.If necessary you will spend all 
night doing it.I want every speck of blood and dust removed completely.I 
want this room to be so clean you can eat a meal off the floor.You will do a 
perfect job.If there are any mistakes at all you will be thrashed as hard as 
Dr Patel.You are a Slave and you exist to do exactly as you are ordered to 
do!'

NOW GET TO WORK THIS INSTANT!'

Within a minute Carol had started work .Two Porters came in at once to 
remove Dr Patel's bloody body.

I looked at myself in the mirror.I wanted to look absolutely stunning for 
the Inspection.I was becoming more beautiful and more wonderful than ever.I 
flexed my muscles that had become harder than ever as a result of the 
Thrashing.I really did look so impressive in my red leather cat suit and my 
high heeled red PVC boots.I was so superior physically and mentally to 
anyone else!

I made myself look even more stunning for the Inspection by putting on two 
long gold earrings.I them put on deep mascara all round my eyes.I completed 
the effect by putting on red shiny lipstick.I wanted to look absolutely 
ravishing and yet terrifying at the same time.

I left the room and walked past Carol who was on her hands and knees 
cleaning the carpet.I grabbed hold of her head and shoved it into the bucket 
almost drowning her.I pulled her head back .She was soaking wet, her face 
covered in soap suds mixed with dirty water.I  held her face tightly in my 
latex gloved hands so they she could not move.

'Well Carol your Queen and Ruler is about to leave to do an Inspection.While 
I am away you will work without stopping for a second.As you know I loathe 
idlers.Remember what I said about being thrashed.If you are a very good girl 
I will allow you to take a 5 minute break after you have worked for 2 
hours.'

NOW GET SCRUBBING THAT CARPET!'

Immediately she was on her hands and knees scrubbing away, tears rolling 
down her cheeks!

I walked down to the Main Entrance of the Healing Centre.All 20 Staff were 
there all standing to attention in a straight line.I could see them all 
trembling with fear at the fate that waited them

I stood in front of them all in my red leather magnificence.

'Right you are all my Staff and Subjects.In fact you are my Personal Slaves 
to do with what I like.You all know me from working with me and from my 
reputation.I am a Superior Being in every way to all of you.I am Madame Lisa 
the Beautiful, Big, Black,Bossy, Brutal and Busty Dominatrix!'

'From today my Queen Dom has begun.It will be a Queen Dom where my Rule will 
be strict and ruthless, but at the same time righteous and fair.As I have 
said you will soon love to be my Subjects and live under my Queen Dom.'

'Some of you may not want to work at the Healing Centre any more.You may 
find the prospect of working under my Rule too terrible a prospect.'

'If this is the case you are free to leave now.However if anyone leaves I 
can assure you you will never work in a hospital or medical centre again.If 
any future employer  applies to me for a reference I will make sure it is 
the worst possible reference I can give.

What's more I have all your personal details and records.If you leave I will 
almost certainly visit you at home to make your lives a misery, which I am 
an expert at doing.Just remember if you leave your medical careers will be 
well and truly over and you will be sweeping streets for the rest of your 
days.'

Now does anyone want to leave?'

'NO MADAME LISA'they all cried out in one voice.

'You are sure you want to carry on working in my Healing Centre?'

YES MADAME LISA!' they all shouted as if one.

'Well now that's clear .I will begin my Inspection.I will be looking at you 
all individually.As I have said before I will be checking carefully on 
appearance, cleanliness and attitude.In checking on your attitude I will be 
checking on anyone at all with a look of resentment or hostility.Remember 
all of you ,I am an experienced Corrective Therapist and can tell if someone 
is thinking the wrong thoughts or is hostile to me in any way.'

So let the Inspection begin!'

I walked along the line of Staff leather crop in hand determined to put the 
fear of God into everyone.They all stood there to attention heads bowed in 
the Pose of Submission.It was clear that they had cleaned themselves up 
before the Inspection and were determined to exhibit the right Attitude.

As I walked along I noticed a Nurse with a dirty uniform.I was bloody 
livid.It was Nurse Andrews.I remembered her from the days when I was a 
Physiotherapist.I had beaten her several times in the past for looking 
untidy and smoking on the wards.

'Well Nurse Andrews I see that you are the usual dirty slut you always 
were.Look at your uniform.It looks as if you've been eating your dinner off 
it!'

'I'm sorry Madame Lisa I tried to clean up before.It's just I didn't have 
time!' she blubbered.

SLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

She fell backwards clutching her face.She began to blubber even more 
hysterically.

I pulled her up by the collar humiliating her in front of all the Staff.

'You Nurse Andrews are nothing but a good for nothing idle slut!' I screamed 
in her face.

'What's more you'd better change this disgusting uniform!'

I then held her hard and began to tear her uniform to shreds.I just tore and 
tore until it was just a pile of rags.I left her on the floor lying in front 
of all the staff in her bra and knickers blubbering for all she was worth.

'Right you will go and put on a new clean uniform and will then present 
yourself to my room in 20 minutes time spotless!'

NOW GET OUT OF MY SIGHT BEFORE I STRIP YOU COMPLETELY NAKED!'

She ran out of the room crying for all she was worth.

I continued my Inspection.Suddenly I came across another arsehole Dr.Baker.I 
had never seen him before.

'Well Dr Baker.What are you thinking?'

'Nothing Madame Lisa'he mumbled

'Don't be f----g stupid you're thinking something aren't you?'

'Nothing bad Madame Lisa' he mumbled again.

' You are you lying, worm.You're thinking -what right does a Black Woman 
have to take over the hospital aren't you ?'

He knew he was in trouble whatever he said.

'Madame Lisa I'm honestly thinking good thoughts'

'No you're not you lying bastard.But I'll make sure you do think good 
thoughts.Open your shirt and show me your bare stomach!'

I brought my fist right back and slammed it into his exposed stomach.

SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

He was rolling over the floor in excruciating torment, screaming even louder 
than Nurse Andrews before him.

'Now are you going to change your Attitude Dr Baker?'

'Yyyesssssssss Madame Lisa' he cried out doubled up in pain.


I turned around to he staff who were standing there in a state of total 
terror.They knew that the slightest evidence of Bad Attitude would earn them 
a good Belly Punching too.

'Well Subjects you have seen what I do to those with Bad Attitude.I promise 
you will get the same exactly.I can punch even harder than that-in fact I 
can break every bone in your rib cages if I want.Just remember I am superior 
to each one of you in every way.That is why I'm your Queen and Ruler.I am 
not just physically stronger than each one of you.I'm far more intelligent.I 
can read your minds and know exactly if you are thinking Bad Thoughts!

DO YOU UNDERSTAND?'

YES MADAME LISA' they all called out at once.

'I will now begin the Inspection of the Hospital itself.Dr Bell the 
Registrar will accompany me.I will be inspecting each ward.I will also be 
looking at the condition of the Healing Centre ,looking out particularly at 
hygiene and cleanliness standards'

I then broadcast on the Intercom to all the Patients.

'Good afternoon Patients.

This is Madame Lisa speaking.I am the new Administrator of this hospital, 
which is now called Madame Lisa's Healing Centre.I am your Queen and Ruler 
and own everyone of you.I am a Medical Expert a trained Physiotherapist who 
has worked previously at this Healing Centre.'

'I will be personally responsible for your Healing.I will interview every 
one of you and do a full Hygiene and Medical Inspection of every single one 
of you .

'I will personally decide what Medical care each one of you needs.I will 
also decide whether you can be discharged as I will not tolerate 
malingerers.Patients who have been here over 3 months may need more serious 
medical care than they are receiving at the moment.'

'You will cooperate completely in your Medical treatment, obeying orders 
given to you by Medical Staff at once.Medical Staff are my Subjects and act 
under my Supervision .If you disobey them, you disobey me.'

'I will not tolerate disobedience or insubordination from Patients at all.I 
believe firmly in Corporal Punishment and will physically punish any Patient 
who is disobedient no matter how sick they are.'

I will shortly be doing my Inspection of the Healing Centre.When I visit 
your ward you will assume the Pose of Submission.That means you will sit up 
in your beds with your hands to your sides as you will be in the presence of 
a Superior Being.'

GET READY.THE INSPECTION WILL BEGIN SOON!'

I was determined to visit the ward where the bikers and old soaks from the 
'Cock' were held.You will remember from a previous Episode that I had 
received a call from Dr Patel stating that 2 of the bikers had arrived dead 
in the hospital and that 3 had died from blood loss and internal injuries.I 
had no regrets  for what I had done.Those bastards had received what they 
deserved .They were scum and I did not care if they all died.In fact I was 
really proud of myself because it showed what a wonderful fighter I was!(see 
EPISODES 33-38. THE DESTRUCTION OF THE PUBREAD THEM NOW!)

As I walked into the ward all the Patients assumed the Pose of 
Submission.There was an atmosphere of complete fear.The bikers and old soaks 
looked at me in pure trepidation.It was bad enough that they had received a 
good beating from me.Now I was their Queen and Ruler to use them as I 
wanted.

I was greeted by Nurse Gloria Edwards.She had been my been my friend when I 
worked in the Hospital.She was a big strong Black Woman though not nearly as 
big and strong as me!

She greeted me as I entered.

'Madame Lisa I'm so glad you are now the Administrator of this Hospital and 
you've got rid of that useless man Davies!Things will really improve here 
under your efficient control.'

'As for the Patients from the Cock, they're all in a really bad state.Out of 
the 5 bikers 1 is probably going to die from internal injuries.2 are in 
wheelchairs.The other 2 are still unconscious and have had emergency 
treatment.Of the other 5 alcoholics , 2 are unconscious.The other 3 are on a 
course of drugs and painkillers.'

'As your friend and admirer Madame Lisa I believe you did a wonderful  job 
especially with those bikers.Like you I don't care if they die.They are all 
a bunch of bastards and we could use their beds for more deserving 
Patients!'

I lloked at the bikers and alcoholics in bed in all their misery.

'I completely agree with you Nurse Gloria.They are all a waste of space and 
are using up valuable medical resources.They are beyond all help and deserve 
to die!'

As for the alcoholics I will show mercy to them.You will give them proper 
medical attention as they can be changed with a course of Corrective 
Therapy.Carry on Nurse Gloria and make sure my orders are obeyed without 
question!'

'Certainly Madame Lisa.I will do exactly as you order!' she replied as she 
bowed her head in submission.

I first of all looked at the bikers.What a terrible state they were in.Their 
faces were black and blue from the fight.They could hardly move.What was 
more they were becoming mental cripples as well.I had done such a brilliant 
job in beating them in the fight that I had totally drained the life out of 
them.Their condition was fast deteriorating.I realised then that the only 
thing that could be done with them was to put them out of their abject 
misery.

The condition of the alcoholics was not much better.I could tell by the 
expressions on their faces that they were all in a state of the most 
appalling pain.Nurse Gloria told me that they were living on painkillers and 
sleeping tablets.Their lives at the moment were hardly worth living.

'Right you bikers I beat you so easily in that fight .Your conditions will 
get worse.Only expensive surgery will keep you alive.I will have to make a 
decision as your Queen and Ruler whether it's worth keeping your wretched 
lives going for another day.I will make the decision tomorrow and when I 
make it it will be irrevocable!'

Do you understand you miserable specimens!'

YES MADAME LISA'they all whined, terrified that their lives were probably be 
ended soon.

'As for you ,you old soaks I will spare your lives.I will put you all 
through a course of Corrective Therapy in which I will expect serious 
improvements.If you do not , you will meet the same dreadful fate as those 
bikers!'

DO YOU UNDERSTAND?'

YES MADAME LISA' they cried out together.

I carried on with my Inspection of the Healing Centre.As the Inspection 
continued I became angier and angier by what I saw.The place was 
disgusting.How could Patients be healed in a place like this!There was dust 
on the floor and on the surfaces, dirty toilets and unmade beds.No wonder 
this was almost at the bottom of the Hospital League.What an incompetent 
areshole that Davies was.He really deserved to die!

I grabbed Dr Bell by the neck and marched him off to my Study.I was bloody 
furious.

As I walked into the Study Carol was still cleaning the floor.I told her to 
get out at once and have a glass of water as she could have a 5 minute 
break.

I slammed Dr Bell against the wall hard.

'Right Dr Bell this place is a f----g shithole.It wasn't that clean when I 
worked here but things have got worse since I left.This place is a bloody 
disgrace.No wonder the Health Authority wants it closed down!'

'Also I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of medical care here 
.Looking at the Patients there are far too many malingerers and long stay 
Patients.A Hospital is a place for people who are genuinely sick to be 
healed.Don't you understand that you f---g waste of space?'

'You will do 2 things for me Bell or you're out of a job and will never work 
in the medical field ever again.'

'First of all you'll get this shithole cleaned up properly.I mean I want it 
absolutely spotless.that means from now on until tomorrow morning you and 
the Staff will clean and clean.I don't care how hard it is you will carry on 
working until there is not one speck of dust anywhere at all and you eat a 
meal off the floor.You  have seen my Slave Carol  on her hands and knees in 
the corner cleaning.Well I expect you and every member of Staff to do 
exactly the same!'

'Also Bell I want to see the records of every Patient in this Healing 
Centre.I will personally decide as a medical expert what treatment each 
Person needs.If I believe they are malingerers they will be discharged at 
once without hesitation.'

If they are long stay Patients I will supervise their treatment.I am a 
strong believer in Euthanasia as a way of curing Patients.If there is no 
prospect of a Patient improving or if I believe they are a serious cost to 
the Medical Services, I will simply put them to death.'

I will either do this in a humane way by sleeping tablet or I will do it in 
a cruel way.It is my decision as the Queen and Ruler of this Healing 
Centre.The point is Bell, I want these Patients healed by any method 
possible.I want them all out of here eventually.They should be leading 
useful lives working for a living not lying in bed.If they can't do that 
,then Euthanasia is the answer.The point is Bell that I'm very ruthless and 
cruel, but loving and kind at the same time!'

'Now start by getting the Staff to clean this place up.If I find any dirt 
tomorrow I will personally thrash you within an inch of your life.I will 
then throw you out of this Healing Centre and make sure you never work in 
the medical sector ever again.I will give your job to Nurse Gloria who is  
really better suited to do your job and whose medical ability I value so 
much!'



'NOW GET TO WORK! 'I screamed as I threw him across the corridor!I had never 
seen anyone run so fast!
