Justice Rochester Haardkiller of the Justice League walked into the arrival's
lounge of Tokyo's Narita airport. She was looking absolutely stunning and
intimidating Her luxurious cabin that had every possible modern convenience.
She was dressed to kill in the JL uniform of shiny black leather consisting of
a leather hat with the coat of arms a leather studded collar long leather
trench coat high heeled leather booty's and long leather gloves. She was
dressed to look absolutely terrifying to intimate and to show Her natural
superiority to these Japanese. Around Her waist She carried a whole armoury of
weapons including a long Japanese samurai sword, a long rope for bondage,
handcuffs, knuckledusters and two revolvers and a cat o' nine tails whip with
razor sharp steel thongs. Her long flowing blonde hair completed the effect

Her mission was no less than the total destruction of the Yakuza as part of
the WACT (War against Crime and Terror) which involved the Justice League
whose aim was to eliminate the Yakuza and face of the earth. Her Nation
Norseland was the world Superpower and Police Woman against Crime). This war
was waged on all fronts by the ROJ (Royal Overseas Judges) the JL (Justice
League) as well as the Sisters of Mercy (SOM) or the Warrior Nuns (WN) as They
are more commonly known being part of the State RLC (Royal Lutheran Church),
whose Mission was to establish the Divine Empire of Righteousness across the
world with the Empress Anna-Christiana as the Supreme Ruler.

The Justice League attitude to all crime and anti-social behaviour all over
the world was quite simple and straightfoward.They would not tolerate it in
any shape or form as that was what the vast majority of law abiding citizens
all over the world expected. An Absolute Zero Tolerance policy meant the
complete and total eradication of crime all over the world. It imposed
automatic punishment for infractions of all laws, rules with the intention of
eliminating all undesirable conduct, however small Zero-tolerance policies
forbade persons in positions of authority like the JL, THE ROJ and the WN from
exercising discretion or changing punishments to fit the circumstances
subjectively; they are required to impose a severe punishment regardless of
individual culpability, extenuating circumstances, or history. This
pre-determined punishment needed always to be severe, and was always to be
meted out ruthlessly.

Justice Rochester was determined to accomplish with the assistance of Mistress
Dionne the Black Domme, Madame Tachibana a Japanese Dominatrix and Mistress
Marta anotHer Japanes Dominatrix who was the leader of the deadly Lady Dragons
an elite group of female ninjas that had broken way from the Kunoichi the
Female Ninjas

The Yakuza� also known as� gokuda� , were members of a transnational organized
crime� syndicates in� Japan. The Japanese police, and media by request of the
police, call them� b�ryokudan� , "violence group"), while the yakuza call
themselves "ninky� dantai""chivalrous organizations"). The yakuza were
notorious for their strict codes of conduct and very organized nature. They
had a large presence in the Japanese media and operate internationally with an
estimated 103,000 members.�

Many yakuza syndicates, notably the� Yamaguchi-gumi, officially forbade their
members from engaging in� drug trafficking, while some yakuza syndicates,
notably the� Dojin-kai, were heavily involved in drug trafficking.

Some yakuza groups are known to deal extensively in� human trafficking.]� The
Philippines, for instance, is a source of young women. Yakuza trick girls from
impoverished villages into coming to Japan, where they are promised
respectable jobs with good wages. Instead, they were forced into becoming
prostitutes and strippers.

The alleys and streets of� Shinjuku� were a popular modern Tokyo yakuza
hangout which was where the Four Women would stay

Yakuza frequently engage in a uniquely Japanese form of extortion, known as�
s�kaiya. In essence, this was a specialized form of protection racket. Instead
of harassing small businesses, the yakuza harassed a stockholders' meeting of
a larger corporation. They simply scared the ordinary stockholder with the
presence of yakuza operatives, who obtained the right to attend the meeting by
a small purchase of stock.

Yakuza also had ties to the Japanese realty market and banking, through�
jiageya. Jiageya specialized in inducing holders of small real estate to sell
their property so that estate companies can carry out much larger development
plans. In 1989, Susumu Ishii, the� Oyabun� of the� Inagawa-kai� (a well known�
Japan's� Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission� had knowledge of
more than 50 listed companies with ties to organized crime, and in March 2008,
the� Osaka Securities Exchange� decided to review all listed companies and
expel those with Yakuza ties.

THere was much evidence of yakuza involvement in international crime. There
were many tattooed yakuza members imprisoned in various Asian prisons for such
crimes as drug trafficking and arms smuggling. In 1997, one verified yakuza
member was caught smuggling 4 kilograms (8.82 pounds) of� Heroin� into Canada.

Because of their history as a legitimate feudal organization and their
connection to the Japanese political system through the� uyoku� (extreme
right-wing political groups), yakuza are somewhat a part of the Japanese
establishment, with six� fan magazines� reporting on their activities. One
study found that nine in ten adults under the age of 40 believed that the
yakuza should not be allowed to exist. In the 1980s in� Fukuoka, a yakuza war
spiraled out of control and civilians were hurt. It was a large conflict
between the� gum and� Dojin-kai, called the� Yama-Michi War. The police
stepped in and forced the yakuza bosses on both sides to declare a truce in
public.

At various times, people in Japanese cities have launched anti-yakuza
campaigns with mixed and varied success. In March 1995, the Japanese
government passed the� Act for Prevention of Unlawful Activities by Criminal
Gang Members� which made traditionalracketeering� much more difficult.� The
police are handicapped, however, by Japan's lack of an equivalent to� plea
bargaining,� witness protection, or the United States'� RICO Act.�

The leader of the Yakuza in Japan was Kenichi Hindi the sixth and current�
kulich� (supreme� Godfather) of the� Yamaguchi-gumi,� Japan's largest yakuza
organization.[2]

In the early 1970's, Hinoda was convicted of murdering a rival Yakuza boss
with a� katana, and spent 13 years in prison.� He was also involved, as the
head of the� Kodo-kai, in the Yamaguchi-gumi's numerous historic Yakuza wars.

On December 4, 2005, only four months after being named� kumicho, Hinoda began
serving a six-year prison sentence for gun possession after the� Japanese
Supreme Court� finally rejected his appeal of a 1997 conviction. In the 1997
case, one of his bodyguards was caught with an illegal pistol, and Hinoda was
convicted of "conspiring" with the bodyguard. He was released just under eight
months later on April 9, 2011.

possible after hunting him down mercilessly. She would call him incessantly on
