MIssion to Mexico by Hamlet The Black Scorpion Cerise had heard some very disturbing news in Her home town Stoke on Trent in England. She had just returned from Her brilliantly successful mission in Hawaii .she had heard from Her contacts in the Justice League that a Norselandic doctor Dr Erik Beitvik had been kidnapped in Mexico by Ju#rez Cartel a leading drug cartel. The Black Scorpions were solid allies of Norseland admiring Norseland as the world's Superpower Gynarchy and Police Woman whose ultimate aim was to establish a worldwide Matriarchal Empire under the control of The Divine Queen Goddess. They were determined being as organisation exclusively of Black Women to rid the world of crime completely just as that was the aim of the Justice League. She was about to board the plane from Birmingham Her nearest airport in England to Ciudad Ju#rez by Justice Leaugue Aiways a distance of 8164 km = 5073 miles that would take just under 11 hours. She had never been to Mexico before .She had found out that Ciudad Ju#rez lay in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Ju#rez's estimated population was 1.5 million people] The city lay on the Rio Grande (R#o Bravo del Norte), south of El Paso, Texas. El Paso and Ciudad Ju#rez comprised the second largest bi-national metropolitan area on the Mexico-United States border (after San Diego-Tijuana), with a combined population over 2.7 million people. Ciudad Ju#rez was one of the fastest growing cities in the world despite being called "the most violent zone in the world outside of declared war zones" in 2009. Criminal activity in the domestic metropolitan area of Ju#rez had increased dramatically since the rise of maquiladoras. Violence towards women in the municipality had increased dramatically in the past twenty years since the early 1990s there had been approximately 600 femicides and at least 3000 missing women. Escalating turf wars between the rival Ju#rez and Sinaloa Cartels had led to increasingly brutal violence in the city since 2005. The city was also the site of widespread poverty and violence, including an infamous series of unsolved murders of female factory workers. The violence generated by the drug war translated into more than 2,600 killings in 2008. More than 1,400 of them occurred in Ju#rez,] three times more than the most murderous city in the United States. In response, business groups in Ju#rez have called for UN as well as Norselandic intervention. The violence had forced the residents of Ciudad Ju#rez to change their daily routine; many now stay home in the evening, and the fear of kidnapping or random violence had curtailed public life. In February 2009, the U.S. State Department announced in a travel alert that Mexican authorities reported over 1,800 people killed in the city since January 2008. On 12 March 2009, police found "at least seven" partially buried bodies in the outskirts of the city, close to the US-Mexican border. Five severed heads were discovered in ice boxes, along with notes to rivals in the drug wars. Beheadings, attacks on police, and shootings were common in some regions.] Plagued by corruption and the assassination of many of its officers, the government is struggling to maintain Ciudad Ju#rez's police force, while other officers have quit the force out of fear of being targeted. In late 2008, one murder victim was found near a school hanging from a fence with a pig's mask on his face, and another one was found beheaded hanging from a bridge in one of the city's busier streets.. As of February 20, 2011, Ju#rez averages eight homicides per day.[48] What distubed the JL and the Norselandic Government even more was that between the years of 1993 and 2003 in Ju#rez there had been over 4000 feminicides which have attracted wide attention. Bodies were often dumped in ditches or vacant lots.[] Grassroots organizations in the region reported an additional 400 women as missing. Despite pressure to catch the killers and a roundup of some suspects, few believe the true culprits were found. A 2007 book called The Daughters of Ju#rez, by Teresa Rodriguez, implicated high-level police and prominent Ju#rez citizens in the crimes. This topic was also discussed in the 2006 book "The Harvest of Women" by journalist Diana Washington Valdez, and in the novel 2666 by Roberto Bola#o, in which Ciudad Ju#rez was fictionalized as "Santa Teresa", a border city in Sonora. The JL and the BS were determined to totally destroy the Juarez Cartel as well as all the other Mexican cartels as part of the HWACT (Holy War against crime and Terrorism). The Juarez Cartel (Spanish: Cartel de Juarez), also known as the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes Organization, was a Mexican drug cartel based in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, across the U.S.-Mexico border from El Paso, Texas.[2] The cartel was one of several drug trafficking organizations that had been known to decapitate their rivals, mutilate their corpses and dump them in public places to instill fear not only into the general public, but also into local law enforcement and their rivals, the Sinaloa Cartel. The Ju#rez Cartel had an armed wing known as La L#nea, a Juarez street gang that usually performed the executions. It also used the Barrio Azteca gang to attack its enemies. In September 2011, the Mexican Federal Police informed that the cartel is now known as "Nuevo Cartel de Ju#rez" (New Ju#rez Cartel). It is alleged that the 'New Ju#rez Cartel' is responsible for recent executions in Ciudad Ju#rez and Chihuahua.[8] Cerise was determined to do whatever She could to free the doctor who was held captive by these evil drug barons who had just cut off a finger and sent it to President Enrique Pe#a Nieto of Mexico personally. The plane took off from Birmingham airport as Cerise lay back in Her luxurious armchair. She was looking really stunning dressed in a black leather bra, a leather studded collar, skin tight leather shorts and tight calf length boots with high heels that revealed Her huge rippling muscles and thighs and Her magnificent Black muscular body. She sat there in the luxury of Her cabin with its en suite facilities of a huge sofa, shower, TV, DVD and video player and a king size bed. She could not believe that She was on a plane. This was a veritable The airline itself made British planes look like slums in comparison all of which was proof of the superiority of Norselandic technology. She also had a Papian slaveant called Tafi who could be summoned in a second and whose duty it was to served her every need or She had full permission to crop him mercilessly if he should fail. He was about to serve Her a delicious meal of an enormous steak with fresh salad and fries, a typical Norselandic dish cooked to perfection by the Papian cook Sofia .,who like Tafi knew she faced a cropping across her brown arse from her new Mistress cerise if every meal was not cooked to perfection. Cerise yelled out to Tafi. HURRY UP WITH THAT MEAL!! I'M STARVING!! Any comments to norselandic@hotmail.com
