Justice Manita then turned to Afrika

'Our audience with Senior Justice Abby Eyring is in exactly half an hour's
time. I will take you to the exit where there will be a Judge Wagon ready for
Us to take Us to the JLJHQ '

Afrika obedienty followed Manita. She knerw quite well that however tough She
was She would as a Black Scorpion always come under Her authority as a Justice
Leaguer.

They went up a lift together that took them to the top of the Arrivals Lounge
. They then walked down a long corridor until They reached what seemed llike
an enormous dark car park. Afrika looked in front of Her and could see a long
car with darkened windows. At the entrance they were greeted by a tall Woman
who was clearly a Justice dressed in the all familiar uniform of a skin tight
black leather catsuit, thigh length high heeled boots and tight leather
gloves.She had a lovely tanned compexion and short blonde hair.

She walked up to Afrika and kissed Her slowly on the lips giving Her a long
and slow Welcome kiss that She had become familar with now that She was in
Norseland.

'Very good to meet You Afrika!My name is JSO(Justice Support Officer) Erika
Bloodergaard. I have come to take You to the JLJHQ for Your appointment with
SJ Abby Eyring. Your appointment is in exactly 15 minutes time!'

Afrika immediately walked inside the car followed by Manita. She noticed that
the windows of the car were completely blacked out. She had come all the way
to Norseland and yet would not be able to see anything of the Nation! 'Manita
I've wanted to see Your Nation all My life and now My opprtunity has come why
can't I see sometnig of your capital City?'

'Dont worry Afrika when You return from Somalia and are crowned Queen You will
be able to see as much as You like of the Nation and if Our Mission is a
success as it certainly will be,You will almost certainly be given honorary
Norselandic Citizenship which means You can visit the Nation as often as You
like!

' Yet now You must concentrate on Your Mission which is for You and I to go to
Somalia and restore order out of chaos The problem is that if You see anything
of Our Nation You will feel completely disoriented for when You arrive in
Somalia tomorrow The point is that Our Nation is clean orderly where there is
an all powerfull Govenment headed by The Queen Goddess who ensures that
absolutel;y everything works like clockwork. In Somalia You will find chaos
everywhere which is why We have been sent in there to establish the Rule of
Law and to impose order where there once was chaos.'

'I do understand Manita I really can't wait to become an honorary Norselandic
Citizen and if possible spend almost the rest of My life in Your Nation!

The car sped along the freeway at top speed under Erika's expert driving
skills. They were soon outside the JLJHQ that had recenty been totally
renovated and was now by the world second tallest biulding with 120 floors
over 2000 fee thigh easily surpassing its nearest rival the Taipei 101 in
Taiwan. On a clear day there was a magnificent view from the top right acroos
the vast expanse of the City of Stefansholm.

Afrika waked out of the Justice Wagon accompamied by Manita. They followed
Erika who took them to a very long corridor. They then took a lift that took
them all almost immediately to the twentieth floor.They then walked down
another corridor until They came to a large door. On the entrance it was
written.

Erilka pressed the buzzer. She then opened the door. The first thing that
Erika noticed was a vast portait right in front of Her of The Queen Goddess
that when She settled in Norseland She would see in every single room and
building in the Nation. In front of the portrait was a tall voluptuos leather
clad Woman wearing a long flowing black cape. She looked so majestic and
stunning. She walkedd right up to Afrika and gave Her a very long slow Welcome
Kiss pushing Her tongue hard down Her throat.

'Werlcome to Norseland Afrika! We are now Colleagues and Comrades in Arms
working together in harmony. Soon You will be the Queen of Somalia and I will
be the Regent! This war torn and ravaged country will soon be part of the
Matriarchal Empire of Norseland and We will impose order on these anarchic
undisciplined people if necessary by extreme force no matter how may We kill
in the process !'

'As You know Afrika Somalia has had no effective national government since
1991, though there is an internationally recognised government in Mogadishu
and Baidoa. This government, called the Transitional Federal Government,
controls only Southern Somalia and is not recognised by most Somalis to be
legitimate with popular resistance movements of the Islamic Courts Union
fighting the Ethiopian troops helping the government. The Transitional
Government was appointed abroad, by forces historically opposed to Somali
interests such as Ethiopia and various African countries seeking to limit the
extent and scope of Somali development and eventual encroachment on occupied

which declared its independence in 1991.. Puntland in the northeast declared

there in just over four and half hours. That means that You will arrive at
approximately midnight local time.

' You will begin your first raid on Mogadishu 2 hours later when You and
Manita between You will attack the Headquarters of the main landlord Mohammed
Dinye Mukhtar from a helicopter gunship, You will show no mercy inflicting the
