Perils Of the Lion Queen.
Part 1.

As she swung from branch to branch, and vine to vine, traveling with incredible speed through the dense jungle, Lurleena breathed in the familiar jungle air with nostalgic pleasure.
"Oh! It's so good to be home! It's been too long!" The intrepid Lion Queen of the jungle thought. It was 1946, and Lurleena was returning to her home, after four years as an ace operative of Allied Intelligence.
"I can't wait to see T'wanna! She must have missed me terribly! She always looked up to me so, almost adored me!" The jungle queen sighed eagerly. T'wanna was the young native girl who shared in so many of Lurleena's pre-war adventures. When she'd been called upon to serve her country, Lurleena left her young sidekick in charge of things, knowing she was the one person she could trust implicitly.
Meanwhile, T'wanna was relaxing in the luxurious bungalow, Lurleena's missionary parents built shortly before their untimely death. She'd just waved good-bye to the handsome young native man from the village, who had just enjoyed her favors, as had so many of his peers in the last four years.
T'wanna sighed. "Well Lurleena will be back any time now! The short-wave radio said she left the coastal port yesterday! Of course, I'll be glad to see her, I guess, but...I suppose, I'll have to move out of here, back to a hut in the village! Shit! I've gotten to like it here; running water, electricity, indoor plumbing, and most of all, privacy! And then, back to playing second fiddle to Miss Know-it-all! 'Yes'm Miz Lurleena.' 'Of course, Miz Lurleena!' It's been fun bossing everybody around! And, naturally, no more boys from the village, because 'Miz Lurleena' thinks jungle heroines must remain chaste, as an example to their admirers...This is gonna' be a real drag! Who made her queen of the jungle, anyway? Just because she was raised by the lions! I almost wish she'd died nobly for her country! Maybe it would be just as well if Lurleena didn't return. Hmmm. I wonder..."
Lurleena dropped lightly from the tree nearest to her jungle home. Just as her feet touched the jungle floor, a dark figure, flew through the air from concealment. The assailant's feet struck Lurleena in the side knocking her off balance.
Before Lurleena could recover from her surprise, the assailant struck again, delivering a forceful kick to the Lion Queen's back.
It was then that Lurleena recognized with a shock, that her attacker was her own faithful native, companion, T'wanna, grown to strong, full figured womanhood in her absence.
Unable to believe her young friend would knowingly do such a thing, Lurleena tried to reason with her. T'wanna took advantage of Lurleena's reluctance to land several deadly punches.
T'wanna's attack was merciless and in moments the stunned Lurleena stumbled drunkenly, long legs wobbling, almost out on her feet. T'wanna seized the groggy jungle queen's waist from behind, lifted her high in the air and flung her to the ground.
As the stricken Lion Queen tried to scramble to her feet, T'wanna pounced on her again, expertly securing a crushing scissors around Lurleena's svelte middle.
When T'wanna finally released her, Lurleena's senses were reeling. She could hardly move. If she didn't get up instantly, though, her attacker might never let her up! She had never faced so deadly a foe! Desperately, Lurleena lurched to her feet, and tried to escape her treacherous, former friend.
Lurleena's mad, desperate flight was speedily cut short, when T'wanna tackled her from behind.
T'wanna jumped quickly to her feet, before the injured Lurleena could move. Standing over her erstwhile friend and mentor, T'wanna kicked the fallen Lion Queen from one end of the clearing to the other.
