Superheroes in the Ring.

A new division for the Privet Wrestling Federation.


Twenty-year-old Blain Patrick had been a fan of Superhero comic books for as
long as he could remember. Even before he could read he loved looking at the
pictures. He would spend hours pretending he was one superhero or another. At
ten Blain found wrestling WWF, WCW, EWC he watched them all. In junior high he
tried out for the seventh grade wrestling team, in time he was the best
wrestler on the team. All through seventh, eighth, and ninth grade he compiled
the best over all record in the schools history. As a freshman in high school
he made the varsity wrestling team the only tenth grader to do so. The next
three years saw Blain place second in the state in his freshman year and win
the state championship in both eleventh and twelfth grade.

Going to collage on a wrestling scholarship he again made the varsity team as
a freshman and in his four-year career was NCAA champion three times.

Being the Big Man on Campus for four years had not prepared Blaine for the let
down of his entry level job in the corporate world. He was ready to quit by
the third week. The ringing phone in his tiny apartment was about to change
his life forever.

It had been almost eight months since that fateful night he had answered his
phone. The wrestling promoter on the other end had convinced him to give pro
wrestling a try. Form that night on Blaine never looked back. The training had
come easy to Blaine; he was a natural born wrestler. He learned that he was
also a natural born showman. With the PWF starting a Superhero division Blaine
was right at home.

The private arena was filled to capacity the new division was very popular
with the rich fans that attended the wrestling cards.

In his dressing room Blaine was about to take on his wrestling persona. As one
of the first wrestlers signed to the new division he was able to choose the
superhero he wanted to become. The choice was an easy one for Blaine; he
became Superman. As he removed his street cloths Blaine though back over his
first five matches. Each time he entered the ring he grew more and more
excited to be a pro-wrestler. Each time he had entered the ring the outcome
had been the same, his hand raised in victory. He hoped that tonight would by
no different. His opponent in tonight's match had joined the SH division at
about the same time Blain had only he had come over from the regular pro
wrestling side. At twenty-three he had been wrestling several years already
and he to was undefeated as a superhero. Rick used the persona of Electro-man.
A knock on each of the SH's dressing room doors signaled it was time to get
ready. Blaine pulled on his jock strap and wiggled his body into his shinny
blue Lycra and spandex body suit. He stepped into tight red satin high-cut
briefs and put on shinny red wrestling boots. A calf length red silk cape
finished off his look. Superman was ready to wrestle. As Electro-man Rick came
to the ring in a white spandex body suit with gold lighting bolts on the
chest. Blue trunks, blue boots and a blue cape.

The crowd reacts with excitement as the two wrestlers enter the ring. The
hoots, hollers and catcalls came mainly from the rich females in the crowd.
With their spandex body suits clinging to them like a second skin there is no
doubt in anyone's mind that both of these wrestling Superheroes are all man

As the bell sounds the ring announcer begins " LADIES AND GENTALMEN

THIS IS THE MAIN EVENT. IT IS A ONE FALL TO A FINISH PIN OR SUBMISSION MATCH.
IN THIS CORNER UNDEFEATED IN FIVE MATCHES HE IS ELECTRO-MAN AND IN THIS CORNER
ALSO UNDEFEATED IS HIS OPPONENT SUPERMAN". The ref gives the two superheroes
their instructions and sends them to their corners to await the bell.

The SH's slowly circle out of their corners trying to feel each other out.
Neither fighter wants to make the firs mistake. Locking up in the center of
the ring Electro-man makes the first move and gets Superman in a side
headlock. Pulling him around the ring Electro has Superman grunting in pain as
he fights to get out of the hold. Coming close to the edge of the ring
Superman is able to grab the ropes force Electro to break the hold. The two
superheroes again begin to circle each other. Electro-man is again first to
make a move but this time Superman is waiting as Electro comes at him Superman
ducks under and gets behind him sliding his arms under Electro's and clamping
his hands against the back of his neck Superman traps Electro in a powerful
full-nelson. Twisting, turning and jerking his body from side to side
Electro-man franticly tries to break the hold. For the next 28minuets the
wealthy fans of The Private Wrestling Federation are held spell bound as the
two superheroes engage in a titanic struggle. The momentum of the match flows
back and forth between both wrestlers. Arms and legs are bent and twisted as
the two superheroes trap one another in every conceivable hold. Their necks
and backs are tortured as first one and then the other superhero is caught in
a painful hold. Time and again either Superman or Electro-man cry out from the
pain. With the crowd on its feet cheering their effort Electro-man reaches
between Superman's legs grabbing a hand full of his tights and jockstrap
hooking his head he lifts the man of steel up and over his head and slams him
to the mat. Twice more Electro-man repeats this move smashing his opponent to
the mat. As he once again pulls Superman off the canvas and goes for the slam,
Superman manages to get his arm around Electro's head. Hooking his leg around
Electro's Superman is able to throw off Electro's balance and drive him head
first into the mat. Hooking Electro's other leg Superman is able to get a
stunned Electro into a cradle hold and roll his shoulders into a pin. With his
blue boots franticly kicking in an effort to escape being pinned Electro- man
hears the referee's hand slap the mat as he counts out " one - two - three".
Releasing his defeated opponent Superman leaps to his feet his arms in the air
in a sign of victory.

The ring announcer takes the mike and tells the wildly cheering crowd

" LADIES AND GENTLEMAN IN THE TIME OF 28 MINUTES AND 14 SECONDS THE WINNER BY
THREE COUNT PIN SUPERMAN"

Over the course of the next 7 months Blaine Patrick as Superman wrestles and
defeats 15 more opponents both superheroes and super heroines fall victim to
his wrestling ability. His record now stands at 19 and 0 he is one of only two
undefeated wrestlers in the division.

Cathy Dickson came to wrestling in much the same way as Blaine Patrick did.
She was a star athlete all through high school and collage. Gymnastics,
track&field, soccer she played them all with ability power and grace. Cathy
was not only a world class female "jock" but she was also a breathtakingly
beautiful woman. Blue eyes, honey blond hair incredible long gorgeous legs, a
figure to die for and the face of an angle. Cathy also had the heart of a lion
and a competitive mean streak. She liked pro-wrestling better than any job she
had ever had. She also loved playing a super heroine in the ring the sense of
power she got from defeating her opponents gave her a huge rush. Cathy found
that she love to get her opponents in a painful submission hold and hear them
beg for mercy as she beat them and so far she had beaten every opponent she
has faced. Her 11 and 0 record makes her the only other undefeated wrestler in
the division. As Mega-Girl Cathy has acquired a very large fan following. The
only wrestler with a bigger fan club is Blain Patrick as Superman.

With the popularity of the Superhero division growing at warp speed the PWF
decided it was time for it to have its own World Champion. The top two
contenders were signed to fight and the date was set.

As the date for the championship match grew near the demand for tickets
skyrocketed. It was soon clear that the PWF arena was much too small to handle
the anticipated crowd. The near by 8000 seat university sports center arena
was rented for the up coming championship match.

The night of the match saw the arena filled to overflowing. With extra seating
at ring side almost 9000 people jammed it to see the title match. This is the
largest crowd to ever see a PWF event.

For the two wrestlers in tonight's championship match the excitement builds as
the crowd noise reaches all the back to their dressing rooms. Cathy's heart is
pounding as she prepares for the match. Removing her street cloths she pulls
on shinny dark tan pantyhose. Next a light blue long sleeved lyric spandex
body suit with white stretch gloves. White paten leather calf high boots a
white silk cape and a white mask covering just her eyes changes Cathy Dickson
into Mega- Girl.

In the second dressing room Mega-Girl's opponent is also preparing for the
fight. Blaine arrived hours early for tonight's match. Looking around the
arena he realized that he would be wrestling in front of the largest crowd he
had ever been before. The though sent chills of excitement thru his whole
body. Back in his dressing room Blaine begins to transform himself into
Superman. Street cloths are removed; jockstrap, blue spandex bodysuit, red
satin tights, shinny red boots, and a red silk cape turn Blaine Patrick into a
wrestling superhero.

The knock on the door means its fight time. As the wrestlers leave the
dressing area and enter the arena bright spotlights light their way. The huge
crowd erupts into a thunderous cheer as Mega-Girl and Superman enter the ring.
The spotlights go out and the ring lights blaze into life as the announcer
takes the mike " Ladies and Gentleman this is the main event of the evening.
It is a one fall to a finish pin or submission match for the World Superhero
Wrestling Championship. In this corner she is undefeated in 11 previous
matches. Mega-Girl". As her name is called an enormous cheer comes from the
crowd. " And in this corner at 19 and 0 he too is unbeaten Superman". Again
the crowd erupts in a deafening cheer. The wrestlers remove their capes and
come to the center of the ring for the ref's instructions. Brenda the referee
for the match gives them her instructions and sends both wrestlers back to
their corners.

The sound of the bell signals the fight is on. Moving out from their corners
the two superheroes circle each other with caution. Tying up collar and elbow
they engage in a test of strength. Superman moves first with a quick duck-
under and gets a hammerlock on Mega-Girl. Mega-Girl stretches up on her toes
as her arm is twisted up behind her. Keeping her arm lock up tight Superman
reaches over her shoulder and grabs her chin. Pulling her head around he has
Mega-Girl in a cross-face chin lock. Grunting and moaning Mega-Girl wiggles
her body in an effort to escape the hold. Slowly inch-by-inch she is able to
work her way to the side of the ring and get one hand on the ropes. The ref
calls for the break and the two wrestlers are again separate. Cautiously both
superheroes begin to advance on each other. In a lightening quick move
Superman grabs and twists Mega-Girl's arm into a wringer as she instinctively
bends over at the waist he changes holds to a side headlock. Squeezing her
head he takes a handful of her spandex tights and snaps her over in a suplex.
Crashing to the mat the masked super heroine back arches up as she tries to
ease the pain. Giving her no time to recover the man of steel takes one of her
white calf-high boots and bends her leg into a step-over toehold. Mega-Girl's
arms slap the mat she twists and turns trying to keep her shoulders off the
canvas. Her hands cover her face in an effort to hide her pain. Brenda is
quickly down on the mat to check for a pin. " ONE - TWO - TH" Mega-Girl is
just able to get her shoulder up in time. Her breath coming in gulps the
gorgeous super heroine slowly manages to inch her way to the ropes. Raping her
fingers around the bottom strand she forces the ref to break the hold. As
Superman releases her and backs up Mega-Girl slowly pulls herself up off the
mat by the ropes. Holding the top rope she limps carefully for a few steps on
her sore leg. Not giving his female opponent time to recover the man of steel
pulls her off the ropes. Reaching between her legs he takes a handful of her
tights and pantyhose hooks her head under his arm lifts and slams her to the
mat. Mega-Girl bounces after crashing to the mat she rolls onto her side as
she rubs her aching back with her hands. Pulling her to her feet Superman
twists her arm and whips her into the turnbuckle. Crashing into the corner
Mega-Girl rebounds off the turnbuckle and into the waiting arms of Superman.
Scooping her up in a bear hug he flips her over in a belly-to- belly suplex. A
dazed and groggy Mega-Girl lies flat on her back in the center of the ring.
Slowly and deliberately Superman gets to his feet. Looking down on his dazed
opponent he casually moves toward her and drops down in a cross-body press.
Hooking her leg he rolls the super heroine's shoulders onto the mat as the ref
begins her count. Her distraught fans as well as every one else in the crowd
believe that this is the end for the masked super heroine. Brenda's hand again
begins to slap the mat "ONE - TWO - THRE" as she is about to pound the canvas
for the third time Mega- Girl's shoulder comes up off the mat. Superman cannot
believe that she has kicked out of his pin again. The crowd erupts in cheers
as the two wrestlers get to their feet. The man of steel quickly attacks a
stumbling Mega-Girl. During the next twelve minutes the desperate struggle
between the two wrestlers continues. Mega-Girl fights for her wrestling life
as Superman tries again and again to pin the gorgeous masked super heroine.
Superman applies one torturous hold after another. He has dominated his female
opponent since the opening bell, and yet is still unable to pin her. The PWF
fans are in awe of her fighting spirit and her courage as she again kicks out
of another attempted pin. A frustrated and angry Superman pulls his opponent
off the mat by her arm. Twisting it into a wringer her whips her into the
corner; following her he drives his knee into her mid-section as Mega-Girl
slides down the ropes. Lying in the corner in a heap she is pulled to her feet
only to be whipped to the opposite side of the ring. Slamming into the
turnbuckle Mega-Girl hooks her arms over the top rope in an effort not to
collapse to the mat. Seeing her opponent racing at her she realizes that he is
about to slam his forearm into her chest. At the last possible second she
lifts her feet off the mat bringing her legs up and her knees to her chest.
With all the force she can gather she kicks out with her legs. Running at full
speed at his opponent Superman cannot stop in time. The bottom of Mega- Girl's
white boots crash into Superman's chin with the power of a battering ram. The
man of steel staggers backward to the center of the ring. Teetering back and
forth his eyes are glazed over and his face has a bewildered look on it.
Before he can topple over Mega-Girl is out of the corner and on him. Going
between his legs she grabs a handful of his spandex body suit and jockstrap,
hooking his head she lifts and slams him to the mat. Three more times he is
lifted and slammed. Gaining her second wind Mega-Girl attacks at a furious
pace. Superman is whipped from corner to corner. He is sent flying into ropes
only to have her knee driven into his abdomen time and again. Twisting his arm
Mega- Girl pulls Superman off the ropes. Dragging him half way across the ring
she whips him into the ropes on the opposite side. As he rebounds off flying
back at her Mega-Girl scoops him off the mat and delivers a flying power slam.
A dazed and confused superhero lies stunned on the mat. Unable to get to get
off his back he is shocked as he sees Mega-Girl lift his legs and tuck his
shinny red boots under her arms. Flipping him on his stomach and bending him
back she traps him in a Boston-Crab. Screaming in pain the man of steel is in
a near panic as he struggles to escape. For the first time in his pro
wrestling career Superman is caught in a submission hold. Twisting and turning
his hands pounding the mat Superman is asked for the first time if he wants to
submit. "NO-NO" he cries out as Brenda kneels in front of him. Clawing at the
ring canvas superman struggles to pull himself closer to the ropes. As he
slowly inches his way along several times he is asked if he wants to give up.
Each time the answer is the same "NO". After what seams to him like an
eternity Superman stretches his arm as far as he can. With just the tips of
his fingers he touches the bottom rope. Looking up at Brenda Superman cries
out " ROPES - ROPES - BREAK THE HOLD I'M IN THE ROPES". Using her foot Brenda
taps the bottom rope and Superman's fingers fall away to the mat. A cry of
anguish comes from the man of steel, as he remains trapped in mega-Girl's
Boston Crab. Once again he claws the canvas inching closer to the ropes and
freedom. This time as he reaches out he grabs the bottom strand and pulls it
to him and raps his arm around it. Shouting for Brenda to break the hold " REF
- REF - I'M IN THE ROPES BREAK THE HOLD - COME ON TELL HER TO LET ME GO".
Dropping Superman's legs Mega-Girl turns to see him struggling to get off the
mat. Slowly pulling himself up one strand at a time Superman is finally able
to stand. Before he can move to defend himself Mega-Girl has scooped him up
takes several quick steps and slams him back down to the mat. Not showing her
opponent any mercy she pulls him to his feet and scoops him up. Holding
Superman chest high for several seconds Mega-Girl drops to one knee and sends
him crashing down on her thigh in a Back Breaker slam. Writhing in pain
holding his back as he arches up Superman makes no attempt to prevent his
opponent from dragging him to the very center of the ring. He can do nothing
to prevent it as Mega-Girl lifts his legs and hooks his red boots under her
arms. Flipping Superman onto his stomach Mega-Girl once again traps the man of
steel in a Boston Crab submission hold. Twisting, turning, reaching out with
his arms Superman desperately looks for a way out of this hold. Fear and panic
set in as he realizes that he is caught in the middle of the ring and that he
is just to far from the ropes to get free. For the first time in his pro
career and for as far back as he can remember he knows that he is about to be
defeated. Mega-Girl yells to Brenda the referee " ASK HIM BRENDA - SEE IF HE'S
READY TO SUBMIT". Kneeling beside the man of steel Brenda asks " how bout it
Superman - had enough - do you want to submit". Unable or unwilling to speak
Superman just shakes his head "NO". His face contorted in pain he continues to
endure this punishing hold. Looking almost directly into his eyes Brenda again
asks the trapped superhero "what'd you say Superman - come on - you know she
got you - let me end the match - tell me you submit and I'll stop it -come on
what'd say". His breath coming in gasps, sweat mixing with tears Superman
knows he can hold out no longer. Waving his arms franticly as he cries out to
Brenda the man of steel admits his defeat " OK - OK - STOP THE MATCH - I
SUBMIT - I SUBMIT - LET ME GO MEGA-GIRL PLEASE - I GIVE UP - I GIVE UP".
Mega-Girl drops Superman's legs and steps over the fallen superhero. Standing
over him she places one of her white boots in the small of his back as Brenda
raises her arm in victory. Coming back from almost certain defeat to gain a
victory the masked super heroine acknowledges the cheers and standing ovation
she receives from the crowd. After several minutes Mega-Girl kneels down
beside her defeated superhero opponent. Superman's eyes seam a little red; his
breathing comes in soft sobs. " ARE YOU OK SUPERMAN? - I DIDN'T HURT TO MUCH
DID I - YOU KNOW YOU GAVE ME A TOUGH MATCH - YOU ALMOST BEAT ME - I WAS LUCKY
TO GET THAT SUBMISSION HOLD ON YOU - I THOUGH YOU WERE NEVER GOING TO GIVE UP"
she tells him. As Mega-Girl helps the man of steel to his feet the crowd
cheers both fighters. Acknowledging the cheers Superman raises his opponent's
hand in the air signifying both her victory and his defeat.

The wrestling fans know that these two great fighters will meet again, and
every person the crowd wants to be there when they do.
