Running fine. I'm about to do a server-change.
All servers are now running smoothly. I think I've ironed out all the initial problems after the Big Change last September.
Almost everything (except the Newsthumbs, which is *huge*, is now on a single server, with 18,000 gigabytes of disk space and 64 gigabytes of memory. There's another server which is a backup for that, taking a backup once per hour. Behind that, there's four more servers with similar sizes, taking backups in turn.

I checked the site statistics that Sandra counts up each night.
At the end of December 2016, there were about 1,564,000 pictures (346 gigabytes), 545 gigabytes of video, 16456 text files (mostly stories) and a total of about 893 gigabytes. There's 472,000,000 pictures altogether in Newsthumbs, increasing at about 2 million per month.
