Running well, apart from the problem explained below.
The NNTP news server crashed, it's a hard disk problem. So I've taken it out of service and brought up one of the spare computers to replace it. I still have a few spares left at Watford, but I'll need to be getting down there in a while to replace all the dead computers with rebuilt ones.
The sponsorships now are by giving women server space and bandwidth, so they can operate their web sites without having to pay these fees. There's also photoshoots, which gets some revenue into their hands, as well as the traditional direct-funding sponsorship.

I checked the site statistics that Sandra counts up each night.
At the end of August 2009, there were about 1,112,000 pictures (126 gigabytes), 356 gigabytes of video, 12,400 text files (mostly stories) and a total of about 484 gigabytes. There's about 375 million pictures altogether in Newsthumbs, increasing at about 5 million per month.
