Gretchen Stipp from Brazil has her own Gallery, you have to feel sorry for poor Carlos. I hope she kissed him better afterwards. He looks completely beaten to a pulp. I hope to be getting more from Gretchen.
More from DWW; they really do turn out a lot of quality material. And I resorted and added more to the Valkyries Gallery, including stuff from new artists, with different styles. Let me know what you think of it.
And some Legs, and some Glutes, and some Abs. And I've updated the Melissa Coates gallery, with the Gina pictures. Go look and join in the discussion about whether Gina is Melissa or not.
We have Bos! He's been writing in this field for over 20 years, a real old-timer. And we now have several of his stories, and if everyone claps loud enough, maybe we'll persuade him to release some more. So I'm making that area my recommendation of the month - Bos's stuff is all good.
Rambler has done the fifth in his Donna-and-Larry love story series. Ideal for people who like the gentler, kinder stories, and I'm a fan. Well, I also like the more violent Sandi stories, and I wish we could get in touch with David Sullivan again.
Montrose surprised me again, with a story about Nurse Lucy, who helps a man who's been viciously abused, gets the huge, cruel strap-on out of his anus, then goes on to beat up the woman who had hurt him so badly. But then in Sweetness his women go back to doing terrible things to their men, so maybe it was a one-off.
Dreadnaught has left off the Roxanne/Tara series, and gone back to write about Suzie, the bartender who tends bars that need a lot of muscle. She wrecked the bar once too often, and now she's looking for a new job.
Amazonfan contributed a bunch of stories he'd written a while back, including some I've not seen before.
Michele LeMuscle's very popular Annie Ample series continued into parts 4 and 5, plus I got some illustrations for the first one. If you read it before, go look at it again. Michele did the illustrations too.
Popeye and Olive Oyl continue to be strong themes; now Marknew has started writing about them, with Olive's Rival and the Death of Bluto.
And a few dozen new stories in the miscellaneous section, including Nixon's Terror, a story including a character called Diana the Valkyrie who couldn't possibly be me because she's six foot tall, and I'm not.
I appointed DEREK as Poster to the Newsgroups. He has Contributor Member status, and in exchange he's agreed to post a couple of hundred items per week from the web site to appropriate newsgroups (alt.amazon-women.admirers, alt.sex.fetish.wrestling, alt.sex.stories). I also appointed Simonsrj6 to do the same. We'll see how that goes. And Stuart13 has also been doing some posting there. It's good to have a strong and healthy newsgroup; lots of good discussion, stories and pictures posted.
You can get access for free even if you aren't a member, by going to http://diana.announce.com/news/newstext/news.htm
Greta the Graphics Valkyrie has joined us - she helps by converting the ASCII codes that people use to post pictures to the Usenet newsgroups, to actual pictures displayed on your browser. So what you see is the picture, not a bunch of codes. A lot of people post to the newsgroup "How do I convert all these codes into a picture?". Well, some newsreaders and browsers do it automatically, but not everyone uses those. There's some software you can get to do the conversion, but not everyone can install software (the WebTV people can't, for example). So now, all you have to do is click on an article, and if there's a picture in there, Greta will do all the difficult stuff for you. She can do AVIs also, and even text files that have been encoded. And I told Greta to follow alt.binaries.fitness.centerfolds
You can find Greta in http://diana.announce.com/news/newspics/greta.htm
She'll decode anything, she doesn't care. But there's no control over what gets posted to the newsgroups, so if you see something that offends you there, it's no use telling me, or Greta, or anyone.
In order to do this, she creates a temporary file, and then shoves it to your browser, so your browser displays it. And then I originally thought she'd delete that file, and then I thought, why not leave it there? So I told her not to delete it afterwards, and at the bottom of the main Gallery, you'll find a little display that offers you the option of looking at all the pictures that Greta has already decoded and displayed. Eventually, that will get so full I'll have to weed it out a bit, and put relevant stuff in the Galleries.
I've also recruited Postwoman Pat. She helps me do the postings to newsgroups, making it a lot easier for me. I just tell her what to post, she does the hard work.
If there's interest, I could maybe tell her to help members with postings, too.
New in the main Gallery, you'll find a link to a voting booth, where you can vote for your favourite FBB. Each month, the winner will be featured in the main Gallery. It's just for fun, no-one actually wins anything.
This Austrian company is highly regarded in the field, and has a large number of videos for sale, as well as an excellent web site. Also, Gunther posts excerpts of his material regularly to the newsgroups.
So I got in touch with him, and asked if I could have his pictures on my web site. He said yes, and now you can see several Galleries of Danube Women Wrestling, with the added advantage that if you want the video, you can hop over to Gunther's site and order it! Because people often ask me "what video did that picture come from"
Nicole Bass has sorted out her ISP, so she isn't reliant on AOL any more. And this means she can post to my Message Boards. If you want to hear what it's like to be the biggest, strongest, female bodybuilder in the world, you can ask her yourself now.
We have a Gallery from Scoundrel, and a new one from Coyote of Superheroines. And Cancuz has started sending me some new pencil drawings, and they are very very good. I'll put them up as soon as we've got them all transferred.
I thought March was frantic - April was even more so. Masses more galleries on the web site, zillions more pictures. New facilities (mostly to do with accessing the newsgroups). Gretchen looks like she's going to be rather good, and I've got some new authors writing stories for the site. Pictures continue to pour in, and I'm at top speed staying on top of them, but I'm coping. As one person said "It was on the web site the day after it was on the newsgroup". Well, I can't promise to do as well as that always, but it certainly helps my being a Valkyrie.
