Dr. Sigmund Biceps: Schmoo Shrinkin'
by Dr. Sigmund Biceps PhD

The origins of schmoos are shrouded in mystery and shame. For centuries
untold numbers of men and women have secretly admirered fit women; women
whose muscular physiques embody the essence of strength, health, and beauty.
Yet, their admiration remained covert. Society's ever-changing feminine norm
could not embrace the schmoo's vision of female physical beauty, forcing us
underground with the threat of being an outcast.

Now we live in the CyberAge. No longer must isolated schmoos secretly revel
in the glories of femuscle. We can come out of the closet. Diana the Valkyrie
has graciously and profitably created a place for us to celebrate femuscle!
Now we can share our admiration. We now have a SCHMOO COMMUNITY!

As we interact, the primordial question of "WHY?" forces itself into our
collective consciousness. We wonder what has made us schmoos. We thirst to
know the genesis of our seemingly rare attractions. I have become obsessed,
in a constructive sense, with these questions.

When these important queries are asked, hypotheses are sure to follow. Are we
genetically predetermined to schmooism? Nature or Nurture? Did we eat a lot
of greens when we were little schmoos? Inquiring minds want to know! Consider
this chatroom conversation:

sen - logged off. --- (Sun May 2 01:49am)
-Carmen - She looks strong, Tom. I'm still trying to understand what you
guys dig about strong women. I mean I'm strong, but these women are
unreal! Oh, sen, bye for now - see you soon?
-Carmen - You like strong women the way I like strong men? I'm not
faulting you guys, I'm just asking.
TomNine - It's just a fetish like any other. It can't be explained, we
just like it.
rocker - ya we just like it
-Carmen - It can't be explained? Oh Tom, I know of one guy who "has"
explained it to me. Come to think of it, maybe that's why I had a
headache last week - LOL.
TomNine - I believe it starts, like most things, in very early
childhood. The model of feminity, mom and other adults, ARE bigger and
stronger than we are. Maybe we are just looking for more of the same

I firmly believe every schmoo has his or her own hypothesis. Yet, can schmoo
origins be explained? I want to find out. So I have created TEX BICEPS'
SCHMOO SURVEY--that damn Tex is a glory-monger. It is NOT a scientific
instrument measuring a random sample, but it IS a beginning. Please click on
the link below to add to the body of Schmoology...
