***NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR***
Now that Chi has been established, it's time to bring her and Synthia together in battle. But not without some exposition leading up to it. I'm happy with the length of the fight, but...well I dunno. Maybe it's just me. Perhaps you will thoroughly enjoy it and you could possibly let me know that. This chapter is also something of the mid point in the series. There are unanswered questions that have been lingering since this story began. My plan is to tie up some major loose ends in the next chapter.

If there was ever a story/chapter I hoped to get some feedback on, it's this one. So if you can spare a minute, I would greatly appreciate whatever input you have on this one. I decided to take Synthia in a new direction as well so we'll see how that pans out. Enjoy!

Chi, the android who was sent from an alternate future different from Dan's, by Brian is on a mission to hunt down and destroy Synthia and to take Dan to Sean and Brian to be dealt with. As she runs straight in the direction of where Dan lives, her immense bulk is causing devastation in her wake. She runs with no regard to anything that stands in her path. She plows right through buildings, cars, and even concrete like it was nothing. As a loaded Greyhound bus sits on a bridge in heavy traffic, it has the terrible misfortune of being in Chi's path...

"As you can see, traffic is really backed up here on highway 75 near 41 as..." the voice of a reporter drones on, coming from inside a bus on a radio that Dan was passively listening to. The bus has been hotwired so that it could be turned on to play some music while Dan and Synthia were having some much-needed sex. Dan just couldn't get enough of Synthia's awesome strength. But that wasn't the only thing he can't get enough of. Sex with Synthia was like sex with a goddess. There was simply no woman on this planet that Dan could imagine having better sex with than her. 'CRASH!!' came a sound from the radio.

This caught both Dan and Synthia's attention.

"It's horrible! Whatever it was, it clipped a Greyhound bus, causing it to spin towards the edge of the bridge. It looks like it could fall over the edge at any second! No doubt there's lots of people on board! There's not enough time for them to get out! Oh no, it's sliding further off the edge!"

"Synthia, you got to save them! I know that area, the exit off that highway leads to where I live!" Dan yelled.

Synthia got up and bent down, "Get on then!"

"Right!" Dan said as he hopped on her back. He knew there was no time to worry about making a scene. It was now or never.

"Just point the way and I'll get us there as fast as I can. Just please hold on tight." she said as she clutched his legs as tight as she could without causing him any serious pain. Dan wrapped his arms around her neck. It was still a bit disconcerting knowing that he can't hurt her accidentally, let alone purposely. So he hugged her neck as hard as he could.

"Synthia, perhaps now is the time to change your appearance so you won't be so easily recognizable by the public. I was thinking your original appearance would do nicely!" Dan said.

"Good idea" Synthia replied as her hair returned to being a fiery red.

"Oh, and can you make your eyes red as well?" Dan asked.

"Sure thing," Synthia replied as her eyes turned red. She also increased her muscle mass into that of a middleweight bodybuilder. Dan smiled briefly when he saw this.

"Good thinking. Let's go!" Dan said.

Synthia exploded from the bus and as soon as she landed, took off running with incredible speed, jumping over all obstacles in her path including buildings, cars, and concrete. Once she reached the highway, she turned up the speed and ran faster than the speed of sound. Before long, she reached the scene where the bus was starting to tip downward off the side of the bridge. She quickly set Dan down and noticed he lost consciousness from the excessive speeds he was subjected to. She instantly calculated that he would recover. She ran over to the bus just as it began falling off the edge and grabbed a nice chunk of it with both hands. There weren't any hand-grips so she didn't have a firm hold on it and was unable to quickly yank it back up. If she did, the chunk of the bus she grabbed would break off.

Everyone who was on the scene just about lost it at the sight. It was like something right out of the movies. There was just no way it could happen in real life. But sure enough, there she stood, holding a fifteen-ton bus with her bare hands. She performed some calculations using her sophisticated intelligence and rapidly pulled her right hand out of the bus and instantly thrust it more in the center of the bus's rear, giving her more leverage. She then pulled her left hand out and instantly grabbed the rear bumper section. Now she had a sufficient hold on the bus as she pulled it back up from the side of the bridge. Once enough of it was back over solid ground, she put on a show and hoisted it up and lifted the entire bus, passengers and all, over her head and held it in place without effort.

Many of the guys, who previously had never even considered the thought of a woman with superhuman strength and impressive muscularity, were popping boners at the sight of her. Dan finally came to just in time to see her standing there holding the bus over her head.

"S...Syn..." Dan started to say.

But Synthia's voice interrupted him, as she spoke to the gawking crowd. "Is everyone ok?"

All she got were weak nods. She turned around and saw Dan now awake. She had a naughty look in her eye and repositioned her left hand on the bus's underside and supported it with just that one hand as she flexed her right arm, causing her bicep to swell to the size of a basketball. Dan could feel the blood rush to his face and his rapidly stiffening member, as did nearly all the other guys standing around. Even some of the women felt turned on by her little flex show.

A voice called out from the front of the bus, "Whoever's down there, could you please put us down already?!"

Synthia felt a slight twinge of disappointment. "That was just unreal! You saved all those people from certain death! Please, tell us your name! Where are you from? How did you get those powers?" the reporter asked with earnest.

Synthia wasn't sure what to do and looked in Dan's direction. He again nodded for her to go ahead.

She thought a moment and finally came up with an answer, "Call me...Ultima."

"Ultima, what is the secret to your amazing strength?" the reporter asked.

Synthia didn't want to reveal too much for Dan's sake. So she improvised.

"I do lots of push-ups and sit-ups. Plus I drink plenty of juice." she said.

The reporter knew she was kidding, "Oh c'mon, you can tell us!"

Synthia wouldn't relent, "Look, I must go."

She silently walked over to Dan, put him on her back, and took off running into the distance down the street leading away from the highway. The reporter was disappointed that she couldn't get more out of her. But it didn't matter at the moment. This was news!

She slowed her pace so as not to cause Dan to pass out again. He did everything he could to hold on. Finally, they were coming up on Dan's house. When they arrived, she set him down. But as they started to head inside, a movement caught Synthia's attention just in time to see it rush at her with blinding speed. Before Dan realized what happened, Synthia was sent flying into a tree and crashing right through it to the ground. Synthia immediately got up to see what hit her. Dan also saw. She was huge! She was clearly a cybernetic being unlike the human-looking Synthia. And she had even thicker muscles in the places Dan loved the most. It was clearly a she as she had breast plates and a feminine face. But also unlike Synthia, she looked like a fierce warrior out for blood.

Synthia had a fierce look in her eyes. She knew she was after Dan somehow and took a protective stance in front of Dan.

"Who are you?" Synthia asked.

Chi smiled a wicked smile, "I'm Chi, the instrument of your destruction. I'm here for Dan. There's someone who would really like to reacquaint with him."

Dan knew what was going on now, "Sean!"

"And Brian too!" Chi said.

Synthia made her breasts recede into her protective ultimanium chest plate. Even without the breasts, she was still hot to Dan.

"If you want Dan, you'll have to go through me!" Synthia said in anger.

Dan had never seen Synthia angry before. It was quite unsettling coming from someone who has only been happy around him.

Chi took a step forward, "Oh I couldn't have said it better myself. For you see, I'm here to destroy you as well!"

Synthia was undaunted, "You're from the future as well aren't you! Tell me how that is?!"

Chi took a step forward, "If you want me to answer that, you'll have to force it out of me."

Synthia's anger raged to the surface. Then without warning, Synthia became a blur that shot at Chi and reappeared point blank with her with her fist cocked back and swung with such intensity that Chi was sent flying off the nearby cliff for several hundred yards before plummeting to the ground far below. Synthia took a running leap off the cliff after her. Chi crashed into the ground with so much force that it carved a trench causing the surrounding ground to fall on top of her. Synthia landed nearby and analyzed the situation. She would not let Chi get Dan. Chi's fist shot out from the dirt as she stood up. Synthia could see that she had only minimal damage to her face. Chi put her hand to it.

"So, you're as strong as they said you were. No, you're stronger. But I too am very strong. And I'm going to prove it. If you really want to test your strength, stay right where you are!" Chi yelled as she challenged her.

Synthia took the bait and accepted her challenge. Before she knew it, Chi was upon her and slugged her with a fist that sent her tumbling across the ground all the way back into the base of the cliff where she was embedded several feet in solid rock. Chi wasted no time and powered up her arm cannon. She took aim and waited. The rock face surrounding the hole began to give way, indicating that Synthia was coming out. Chi saw her cue and fired an immense blast of plasma energy. As Synthia emerged, she saw the blast and barely got her hands up in time to brace for it. But the blast exploded on impact with so much force that it took out a sizeable chunk of the base of the cliff. Suddenly, an entire thick part of the whole cliff collapsed on top of Synthia. Dan barely got away from the edge in time when he felt the ground give way beneath him. This wasn't good. If they kept this up much longer, his house could end up on the plains below.

Chi walked over to the huge pile of boulders and debris. Her scanners indicated that Synthia wasn't finished yet. Chi powered up her arm cannon to its maximum and fired a blast that completely destroyed the huge pile, leaving another large explosion in its wake. When the dust once again settled, Chi saw to her surprise that there was no trace of Synthia where the crater now remains. Before she could react, Synthia shot out of the ground with a fist that connected so hard that it sent Chi flying skyward. Synthia gained her ground and leapt high into the air faster than Chi and landed a solid elbow into her back, which sent her crashing back down to the ground. For a moment, they were higher up than Dan's position!

But much to Synthia's dismay, Chi did a rolling flip in midair and landed gracefully on her feet. Chi was pissed at this point and opted to end this quickly and go after Dan. As Synthia approached the ground, Chi sprinted at her and landed a hard right kick that sent Synthia flying backward a football field's length. This was all Chi needed. She put as much power into her arm cannon as she could and fired a blast so bright and intense that Dan was forced to cover his eyes. As Synthia landed, the blast consumed her and shot several miles down the plains, leaving a massive trench carved by the blast. A couple of homes, that had the misfortune of being in the path of the blast, were disintegrated. At last, the blast faded way in the distance as Dan gasped in disbelief at the destruction Chi caused.

"Oh no, Synthia!" Dan called out, but it was futile.

Chi grinned wickedly and walked over to the last known position Synthia was at when she got hit. Once the dust finally settled, Chi reveled in victory as she saw Synthia laying there, her synthetic flesh gone leaving only her synthetic muscles. Chi could still detect low power signs coming from her and decided to finish her off. Dan could see this and wanted desperately to help. But not only was he much to high up to get down there in time; even if he could, he'd be no match for Chi.

Chi wanted to blast Synthia into oblivion, but her energy was running low at the moment. That last blast left her temporarily weakened, so she could only use physical attacks.

"I'll come back for you later. Right now, I'm going to take Dan to Brian and Sean and watch them have their way with him. And then I think I'll have some fun of my own with him afterward as well!" Chi said as she turned and ran as fast as an Olympic gold sprinter toward the base of the cliff.

Synthia's eyes opened as they glowed blue...

Chi leapt all the way up to the top of the cliff to see a terrified Dan standing there.

"So, you're going to kill me?" Dan asked.

Chi steadily advanced toward him, "Oh no, that would be too easy. No, you see it's Sean and Brian who get first dibs on you. But they are mere humans and I doubt they have the balls to finish the job. Once they are done with you, chances are I'll get to finish you off myself!"

Chi's fist reappeared where her arm cannon was as she clenched both of them.

"You're coming with me," she said.

But then she froze as her scanners picked up an enormous power.

'There's no way!' she thought, as she tried to pinpoint the location of that energy signal.

She fell for the same trick twice as Synthia reappeared from underneath, punching Chi hard in the jaw sending her flying back over the cliff to the ground below. Synthia landed and looked back at Dan. She was whole once again.

"You'll be all right. I'll do what I can to lead her away. The good news is I've analyzed her endoskeleton structure. It's like titanium, but a bit different. I'm not sure what it is exactly. But if it's anything like it, I can punch through it easily!" Synthia said as she jumped off in pursuit.

Chi again got up in time to see Synthia land in front of her.

"But...but how?! How is your skin intact?" Chi asked astounded.

"Actually, your blast from that cannon hid what I was doing. You see, I picked up your blast on my scanners and knew at that moment I wouldn't be able to dodge it. And knowing that my skin was the only part of me that can possibly be damaged by a plasma blast, I rapidly took my skin off and shoved it in a compartment built into my stomach area. Fortunately, the rest of me withstood the blast. But I chose to feign defeat to lull you into a false sense of security to buy me just enough time to formulate a strategy. While you were going after Dan, I simply reattached my skin. And as Dan had seen, it fuses back together really quickly," Synthia said.

Synthia punched her right fist into her left palm, "I've also analyzed your attack pattern. Despite your ability to handle close quarters if necessary, you choose to use long-range attacks using that arm cannon of yours. The thing is, it seems like your creator made you out to be too dependent on your firepower. And as you know, each blast uses up enormous amounts of energy. But, it also seems that he didn't have access to the materials used in my construction. In short, my body is more durable than yours."

Synthia flexed a bicep to gigantic proportions, the peak rising level with her head, "Now let's see who's stronger, you or me!"

Chi closed her eyes, "Very well then. Though you'd be wise not to underestimate me."

Chi ran at Synthia and swung a fist at her chest, sending her flying backward all the way back to the trashed cliff base. As Chi was upon her to deal another blow, Synthia did a split and landed an uppercut, knocking Chi into the air. Synthia leapt straight up to a point higher than Chi's position and used her legs to kick away from the wall, propelling her above Chi to land another blow. But Chi responded by firing another blast from her arm cannon. Synthia used a double handed fist to knock the blast right back at her. The blast exploded on impact as Synthia landed an arching kick downward that sent Chi spiraling to the ground in a heap. As Synthia landed, Chi's hand appeared from the ground and grabbed Synthia's leg. She got up and swung Synthia in circles really fast and threw her off into the distance. She then took off running in a blaze of speed as she caught up with her. As Synthia hit the ground and got up, Chi appeared and drilled her fist into Synthia's stomach area. But her muscular abs absorbed the blow as she flexed them hard.

Chi's eyes were wide. This was turning out to be harder than she thought. But she wasn't through yet. She swung her fist again, but Synthia caught it. She then swung her other fist, but Synthia caught it, too. Now they were locked in a test of strength; who can overpower the other? Both looked to be struggling with all their might. Chi used her larger size to her advantage as she pressed her leverage. But Synthia wasn't giving either. She could also see that Synthia's muscles were increasing size with each passing moment. But not only that, she could feel her strength increasing as well. Suddenly, Chi felt herself forced back a step, then another...and another! Synthia grinned and pulled Chi close and kneed her in the midsection. Chi was shocked to feel that the hit pushed her endoskeleton frame close to its limit.

Synthia got behind Chi and lifted her by her back over her head, "Give up, it's clear now that I'm much stronger than you!"

Chi was flailing helplessly, trying to get loose. But Synthia held on tight.

Chi was furious; "You fool! I'll never give up to the likes of you!"

She powered up her arm cannon and bent it back over her shoulder and fired. The explosion was enough to separate Chi from Synthia's grip. After landing, Chi immediately went on the offensive exchanging powerful blows with her. Each was blocking the other. The force of the hits could be felt all the way at Dan's location.

"My god this is intense!" Dan said excitedly.

Much to her word, Chi was on her second wind as she once again had Synthia on the defensive while launching a lightning fast series of punches that Synthia was barely able to block. But the force of it all was pushing her back until Chi reared back and delivered an especially powerful hit that sent Synthia flying into another section of the cliff base. Chi wasted no time and dashed in, ramming Synthia hard and deep into the rock. Dan could feel the ground shaking as the two powerhouses clashed.

The two were now waging an all out battle inside solid rock! But as strong as they both are, it did little to slow them down.

"Enough of this!" Synthia yelled as she charged into Chi, forcing her back until they once again cleared the large hill. Chi grabbed onto Synthia's shoulders, stopping her momentum. She took the advantage and drove her knee into Synthia's midsection. Synthia answered with a hard right as did Chi, connecting at the same time, sending them both flying backwards. Synthia got back up as did Chi, but a bit slower.

Synthia flexed her arms and grinned, "Alright, I think I've had playtime to satisfy me."

Chi was taken aback by such a bold statement, "What?"

Synthia seemed to be getting aroused as she began flexing every muscle group on her body until they swelled to hulk-sized proportions.

"I told you earlier, I'm so much stronger..." she started saying as she flexed a rock hard bicep, "...and muscular than you. I just wanted to savor the battle from that point on. Damn I feel so horny when I flex my muscles. Where's Dan?"

Chi was pissed at Synthia's nonchalance, "Oh yeah! Prove it!"

Synthia returned her focus on Chi, "Oh if I must."

Like a bullet, Synthia was upon Chi as she nailed her with a punch that sent her crashing along the ground for a solid mile. She then ran faster than the speed of sound to catch up to her. Chi was stirring as she got back up. Before she knew it, Synthia was standing in front of her.

"Now, let's see if I'm capable of punching through that armor of yours." Synthia said.

"Not if I punch through yours first!" Chi yelled as she punched as hard as she possibly could at Synthia's chest. Synthia braced for it, but made no move to block it. Chi connected, but her fist met with a loud clang as it overpowered Synthia's synthetic muscles but was stopped cold by her ultimanium frame. Synthia casually grabbed Chi’s hand and proceeded to squeeze it so hard that she crushed it. Chi leapt back.

"No, it can't be! I am the strongest android ever created," Chi said as she clutched her broken hand.

Synthia advanced on her, "You mean the second strongest. And I'm going to make sure you are no longer a threat to my Dan."

Chi began to back away, but Synthia moved with lightning speed as she punched her fist right into Chi's left chest plate. The force of it was enough to overwhelm the duratanium alloy and pierce through it. Chi stumbled to her knees, now clutching her chest. Her internal diagnostics showed that she has sustained heavy damage in that area and knew she had to get away.

Synthia walked over and, with her thumb and forefinger, lifted Chi by the chin to her feet. "It's time I sent you out of this world!"

She lifted Chi by her back once again and bent down and sprang back up, throwing her sky high as she disappeared into clouds above. When Synthia was satisfied that Chi's power signal had completely faded, she brought her huge breasts back out and took off running with legs that moved like a blur and headed back to Dan's house. After reaching the base of the cliff, she leapt up into the air and landed neatly in front of him.

"You did it? You defeated her?" Dan asked.

Synthia put a hand on his cheek, "Yeah baby, I did to her what I did to that car when we first met."

Dan was quick to remember that sexy moment. Synthia suddenly took Dan by the arm into the house.

"Now what?" Dan asked in confusion.

Synthia kept tugging him along until they reached his bedroom, "All that fighting has really made me horny! Need I say more?"

Dan saw Synthia take her clothes off as fast as she could, revealing her naked and muscular physique in all its glory, and did the same. His erection was ready and waiting.

"Well if you insist." Dan said as he winked.

Epilogue

And so all has returned to normal. The future has been preserved, Sean and Brian soon come to realize that Chi failed in her mission and vowed that they would get Synthia yet.

Many of the people who saw Chi came to believe that she was the one who robbed the bank way back then. And Synthia and Dan made it a point to help cement that 'realization'.

Dan finally enrolled in college to major in robotics, physics, and science. He would realize his dream of being the successful person his future self became. Only this time, it would be the happiest life any man could hope to have with someone like Synthia in his life.

Synthia solidified her newfound role as the superhero, Ultima. With her disguising abilities, no one would ever be able to recognize her when she was with Dan. Much to her surprise, there was no sign of Sean or Brian trying to expose her. But she was fine with that. Her role as Ultima allowed her to benefit the city in all sorts of ways that utilized her incredible strength.

Brian was working at home on a project when the door opened up. Brian looked up to see who it was, when his eyes went wide and his jaw dropped...

NEXT CHAPTER: FUTURE'S PAST

"And so you have it everyone. Fantasy has become reality as we have been sent a superhero who calls herself Ultima. She saved a bus full of people from certain death and has the strength of Superman, or should I say Supergirl. Many want to think she is Supergirl. As of this moment, very little is known about Ultima. One thing is certain, she sure has an effect on everyone with her mere presence. It seems there are forces out there a lot stronger than any of us could have imagined. But if Ultima is every bit who she seems to be, then the city can now be a safer place. Wait a minute...more breaking news? Buses in a bus lot were what?"
