Vicky was tall and rather slender but in addition to being on the tennis team, she did yoga and even did some weight training. She was a fit 20-year-old girl and she figured she could beat the 19-year-old college freshman, Barb, in arm-wrestling. "Alright, you girls ready?" Paul said to get them started. "One, two, three, go!" The match began and Vicky couldn't believe it. Barb was completely overpowering her. Barb was a bit shorter than Vicky and quite a bit heavier but she smoked cigarettes and never worked out. Still, although Vicky was strong for a lean girl, Barb's weight gave her a big advantage that became obvious once the match began. It really shouldn't have mattered who was better at arm-wrestling especially since both of them were girls. But no matter what the competition is, girls are always trying to be better than the other, and arm-wrestling was no different. Barb never worked out and she almost always had a cigarette in her hand so Vicky thought all of the exercise she did would pay off. It wasn't like that though. Vicky felt completely overpowered as Barb was bringing her arm down with ease. Her arm was shaking just trying to stop Barb from bringing her arm down faster. She looked around at all of the guys that were watching and she was so embarrassed. Barb easily brought her arm down to the table and took the victory. Barb trash-talked Vicky just a bit after the match and then she high-fived a bunch of people afterwards but it seemed to be quickly forgotten about - quickly forgotten about for everyone except for Vicky at least. All that yoga that she was doing thinking that she was building strength and this overweight smoker ended up defeating her in arm-wrestling. She was glad that it was the end of the school year anyway and time to go home for the summer. "So what are we doing tonight?" Vicky said to her friend Madison on her first night in her hometown for the summer. "Um, partying of course" Madison said. The girls were good friends and Vicky was always excited to see her when they got home. "Who's hanging out?" Vicky said. "Oh you know, the usual crowd," Madison said. "Jessie, Matty, Tyler. We'll get drunk and it will be fun. See what kind of trouble we can get into. Oh, you know who else has been hanging out with us lately, is that girl Kim." "Kim?" Vicky said. "I don't think I know anyone named Kim." "You know her," Madison said. "You've seen her at least. She's that hippy girl." That was all Madison needed to say for Vicky to know exactly who she was talking about. Kim was a year younger than Vicky was but never someone Vicky ever associated with. While Vicky was a fit girl that really took pride in her appearance, Kim was the exact opposite. Vicky was rather tall for a girl at 5'9. That always helped her on the tennis court. Vicky was quite a bit shorter at 5'2. Vicky had long, straight, brown hair. Kim had lot of blond hair that was very curly and very frizzy. Kim normally dressed in hippy type clothing while Vicky always dressed nice. That night the girls went to a party out in the woods. There were more people there than Vicky expected to be. Some were people that Kim had seen before but never met and others were people that Vicky had never even seen. It appeared that their group had expanded more than Madison let on. It wasn't long before Vicky spotted Kim. That long, frizzy, curl of hers stuck out very quickly. She had a cream colored tank top on and a pair of short, ripped up jean shorts on. Vicky looked at her ass in the shorts and thought that the girl had potential to be pretty good looking if she actually took care better care of herself. Kim was holding a cup of beer in her left hand and she had a cigarette in her right hand. Vicky looked at her some more and noticed that she was barefoot. Why she was barefoot in the middle of the woods didn't make any sense to her. Where they were, there were a lot of sticks around that she could have stepped on. Her feet looked somewhat dirty too suggested that she didn't just take them off. "Why aren't her shoes on?" Vicky said somewhat quietly to Madison. "She never wears shoes" Madison said. "What do you mean, she never wears shoes?" Vicky said sounding a bit annoyed. "It's just how she is," Madison said. "Something about her wanting to be closer to the earth or something." "That's insane," Vicky said and for some reason she couldn't get her eyes off of Kim's dirty feet. "You really mean never?" "I mean never," Madison said with a tone like she was trying to clarify best for her but didn't want to talk about it much longer. "I've seen her drive without shoes on. I've seen her walk through the mall without shoes on and just wait outside the stores for us because none of the stores would let her in barefoot. Anyway, come on. Let's go be social." Madison led Vicky over to the group that Kim was in even though Vicky didn't really want to talk to Kim at all. Madison didn't even introduce Vicky, probably because she figured that it was a small town and that they all knew who each other were. Kim finished her cigarette, flicked the butt into the fire, and immediately lit up another one. The crowd was talking and Kim was laughing a lot. She had a very annoying laugh that was getting on the nerves of the somewhat uptight Vicky rather quickly. It was long, long, and ditzy sounding. She sounded like an airhead when she laughed like that yet she kept doing it. They all kept talking and Vicky was drinking her beer fast feeling rather uncomfortable. When her college semester ended she was looking forward to going home and catching up with some of her friends but this wasn't she had in mind. She wanted to do something for attention. "Hey look, there's a dead bird up there" she said. She pointed to the sky and everyone in the group looked. "Heh-heh-huh-huh-huh!" Kim laughed loudly with her ditzy laugh. The ditzy laugh didn't sound bad when she was laughing at Vicky and giving her some attention. A few other people in the group laughed too at her joke even though Madison just kind of rolled her eyes. It made Vicky feel more comfortable and allowed her to join in the conversation. She started talking more and Kim talked to her a lot. Even though Kim definitely sounded like an airhead when she talked was very different than Vicky because of her hippy ways, she was easy to talk to and easy to get along with. She was very friendly and she started to grow on Vicky a little bit. At one point of the party some of the people had spread out and it was just Vicky and Kim sitting by the fire. Vicky got to talking about her life and, as she chain smoked and drank like a fish, Kim listened to her while giving her, her full attention. Kim really was a cool person to hang out with and Vicky felt bad that she had prejudged her. She liked her so much that she was even able to ignore the fact that Kim seemed to never not have a lit cigarette in her hand and she was able to ignore her dirty bare feet too. "Hey, you want to play tennis today?" Madison said to Vicky the next day when she called her on the phone. "Beth is going to play too." Vicky was pretty good at tennis but Beth was by far the best female tennis player she had ever met. Vicky loved playing with Beth although she had never beaten her. Beth normally just liked to hit the ball around and not play a competitive game since she was so much better than everyone else. "Yeah, that would be great," Vicky said. "That's three of us. Do we have a fourth?" "Yeah, Kim is going to play with us" Madison said. Vicky didn't say anything but she thought the idea was ridiculous. The other three girls were all good - very good tennis players and although Vicky liked Kim she didn't really want to be playing with anyone that wasn't that good that might slow them down. However, Vicky was a bit of an arrogant girl and she didn't mind the idea of having Kim see how good she was at tennis just for the sake of showing off to someone knew. Vicky was the third one to show up at the tennis court. Beth and Madison were already on the court warming up. Vicky watched Beth and she had such admiration for her game. Beth wore a white visor, a red tank-top, and short black shorts. Her body was lean, fit, and muscular. She moved around the court and was able to return everything that Madison hit at her. Beth hit a hard shot that Madison wasn't able to return. "Where's Kim?" Vicky said hoping that she'd show up so there wouldn't be anyone just sitting there and watching at all. "She'll be here," Madison said. "She's always late." "Always" Beth said with a smile. Beth and Madison seemed amused by it but Vicky didn't like people that were always late. "Is she any good?" Vicky asked Madison as she pulled a ball all of her pocket. "Yeah, she's pretty good" Madison said as she prepared to serve. "She never played on the team or anything, did she?" Vicky said. "I mean, I know she never played when I was there." "She never even picked up a racquet before a couple of months ago," Beth said. "She's pretty good though. She picked it up fast." Vicky was sure that Kim was OK for someone that had never played before but she didn't buy for a second that she'd be able to play at even close to the same level of the other three girls that had been playing most of their lives. She wished the girls had found someone more competitive they could play with. "Here she is" Madison said. Vicky turned around to see Kim approaching the court. Her tennis court appearance annoyed Vicky. She wore a ratty cream colored baseball cap and she had her hair tucked in the back part in a ponytail. She wore a Phish t-shirt and a short pair of mesh shorts. She also wore a long beaded necklace. But there were two things Vicky saw about Kim that really annoyed her. First, she was smoking a cigarette which people shouldn't even be doing on the courts. And secondly she was barefoot. All that was in her hands was a racquet in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Her feet did look considerably cleaner than they had the night before but they still looked rugged. "So," Vicky said to Beth and she didn't even really acknowledge Kim's arrival. "You want to play a set Beth?" "No," Beth said. "I hate playing sets, I just want to hit it." "Come on, just one" Vicky said. "Nope, not doing it" Beth said. "Madison?" Vicky said. "No, I just want to hit too" she said. "I want to play a set" Kim said as she took a drag of her cigarette. It wasn't what Vicky had in mind. She was interested in going and playing some competitive tennis. But if the other two girls weren't going to play competitively anyway, Vicky figured she might as well destroy Kim in a game. It was better than just hitting the entire time. "You gonna put on any shoes on before we play?" Vicky said. "Nah," Vicky said and she gave a ditzy smile that made it look like she was going to let out her ditzy laugh but she didn't. "I never play with shoes on, I'm good." "Alright then" Vicky said. Vicky felt bad even trying too hard against someone that never played organized tennis before and wasn't even going to play with shoes on. She did want to beat Kim badly but she didn't think it was going to be fun if she totally destroyed her. That was how she was and she knew she was going to end up not trying as hard as she normally did. The two warmed up and Kim was actually able to move around the court barefoot a lot better than Vicky expected her to be able to. Vicky certainly couldn't have moved around the court barefoot that well. But Kim's feet were very rugged looking and they looked like they could endure abuse more than the average girl's feet could. Vicky was also surprised at how quickly Kim was able to move around the court for a smoker. When they started warming up was the first time that Vicky had seen Kim not smoking. Although Kim didn't play with the kind of power that Vicky did, Vicky was impressed with Kim's stroke. They started the first game of the set. Vicky led with a powerful serve that Kim wasn't able to return. On Vicky's next serve Kim returned it but barely. They had a short rally that Vicky dominated and won so she went up 30-love. Vicky double-faulted on her next serve making it 30-15. Vicky took the next two points rather easily and won the first game going up 1-0 in the set. Vicky could tell this was going to be too easy and that annoyed her. On the first point of the next set she didn't try that hard and Kim took the first point. Vicky tried a bit harder on the next point but Kim still ended it up taking it. Suddenly down 30-love in the set, Vicky did not like the feeling of losing to this girl. She played harder for the rest of the game but Kim took the game making the score of the set 1-1. Vicky led off the next game with the serve and was still annoyed that she lost the last game. She faulted on her first serve and got the second serve in. Kim returned it well and ended up taking the point. Kim took the next point and Vicky was down love-30. Feeling a little pressure, Vicky started to charge the net. She was a lot taller than Kim and figured Kim would have a hard time with that. However, when Vicky would charge the net and try and be intimidating, Kim was able to hit some nice passing shots and lobs that got by her. Vicky played hard that game but Kim was moving around the court well in her bare feet and when it was 30-40, Kim's advantage, Kim took the point to win the game and go up 2-1 in the set. The next game went the same way. Vicky was trying harder and harder and when she was down 30-love she suddenly realized she was playing just as hard as she would have been against someone that had been playing as long as she had. It didn't work out for her and she watched as Kim continued to move around the court well in her bare feet and go up 3-1 in the set. This couldn't happen. The college tennis player could not lose to a smoking, barefoot, hippy girl. She was frustrated but she kept her composure as they played the next game. It was a close one but Vicky pulled it out and now Kim only led 3-2. Vicky planned to now take over. Vicky took the first two points of the next game to put Kim down love-30. However, after that it seemed like Kim was reacting better to Vicky's strategy. She took the next three points to go up 40-30 on Vicky and suddenly it was game point her. Vicky got her into a deuce and tied the set up at 3. The next game was a close one where they ended up holding a deuce for a long time. Vicky felt herself tiring out and thought the chain smoker would tire out but she didn't seem to be. When it was Kim's advantage they held played a long point that Kim ultimately one and went up in the set 4-3. Vicky was getting nervous as the set was getting closer to being over and she was still behind. She kept her composure for the next set and won it without Kim scoring a point. It was 4-4 but based on how easily she won that game, Vicky was confident she could take the last two. Kim was really starting to figure out Vicky's serve and was returning them better and better each time. Kim took the first two points of the game and Vicky was down love-30. Vicky was really starting to tire out more than Kim seemed to be and Kim took the game to go up 5-4. Vicky was annoyed. She didn't think she was going to lose but now she was going to have to take three games in a row if she wanted to win and avoid the tiebreaker or at least take that game to avoid losing right then. They had been splitting the last few games so she was confident she would take that one. Kim took the first point to go up 15-love. The next point Vicky charged the net and had an easy chance to tie it up but she hit the ball to hard and it went out so Kim was up 30-love. Vicky took the next point making it 30-15. But Kim took the last two to win the game and win the set. They approached the net to shake hands but Vicky couldn't believe it. All of those years she had worked hard playing tennis and taking it seriously and this girl that barely had played before, smoked cigarettes, and played barefoot went out there and beat her. She was so angry on the inside and she couldn't stand out inferior she felt to Kim right then. After they shook hands, Kim immediately lit up a cigarette and the two girls walked over towards the court their friends were playing on. "Who won?" Madison said. "I did," Kim said and she pointed to her own chest. "6-4." Beth looked like she didn't care at all. Madison gave Vicky a look like she was amused that she always took the game so seriously and then just lost to some barefoot, smoking hippy girl. Vicky was embarrassed about it all day but she tried her best to forget about it. That night they all had another drinking gathering out in the woods by a fire. When Vicky arrived she saw Kim drinking and smoking already and she was barefoot, like usual. Her feet looked dirtier than they did at the tennis courts. Vicky didn't acknowledge Kim at first but eventually they started talking and getting along again. Kim had that ditzy but contagious laugh that she would let out a lot when Vicky made jokes which made Vicky feel good about herself. The girl really was easy to get along with. Vicky saw Kim looking behind her and then she looked to see that two guys were arm-wrestling on the other side of the fire. Vicky didn't know either of them and their group of partiers seemed to keep growing. They were fairly big guys and it was a close match at first but the guy who looked to be a bit bigger ended up winning. "Look at those crazy guys arm-wrestling" Vicky said. "You want to give it a go?" Kim said to her. "What?" Vicky said. "You want to arm-wrestle?" Kim said with her ditzy smile on her face. Vicky looked down at Kim who was so much shorter than she was. She looked at Kim's frizzy hair, the plaid long-sleeved shirt she was wearing, and the beaded necklace she had around her neck. She looked at the ripped up jeans she was wearing and her bare dirty feet. Vicky was quite a bit taller than Kim and she knew she was a lot stronger. Vicky was lean but she was still somewhat muscular from working out a lot. She remembered back to when Barb destroyed her in arm-wrestling back at school. Vicky had thought she was going to win that match and was wrong but this was different. Kim was short and she was very small. She didn't look like she had any muscle in her body whatsoever and her petite frame looked like it was simply genetics and didn't have anything to do with Kim actually working out. Kim might have beat Vicky on the tennis court but physical strength tests were different. "OK" Vicky said and she had to bite her tongue to refrain from saying 'even though I'll kick your ass.' Kim threw the cigarette she was smoking into the fire and the two girls sat on the ground and locked their right hands in the arm-wrestling position. Kim's hand felt soft and weak and Vicky didn't doubt at all that she would easily win. This was going to feel like sweet revenge for Vicky after Kim beat her in tennis and it would also make her feel better about losing to Barb back at school which still bothered her from time to time. "Ready?" Vicky said as they prepared to go. "Ready" Kim said and she let out about half of one of her ditzy laughs. The match began and Vicky started off with the immediate advantage. It was no surprise to her whatsoever when she started winning easily and she had no intentions of going easy on Kim this time just because she good off to a good start. She pushed Kim's arm down passed halfway in no time. She kept pushing and as she got her arm down more it became a bit more difficult to move her arm but not much. Kim looked focused on the match and didn't look to be giving up despite the fact that she was losing badly. When Vicky was just about to win and had Kim's hand just a few inches from the ground, Kim was able to completely stop her progress. "Oh come on," Vicky said to her with a smile although she was a little annoyed. "I got you." "Not yet" Kim said with a bit of a laugh. "I totally got you" Vicky said just wanting the match to be over so she could have the easy win. "Gotta push my arm down the rest of the way," Kim said. "I never give up." "Really, never?" Vicky said now sounding a bit annoyed. "Never" Kim said. Vicky pushed harder and was unable to push Kim's arm the few extra inches she needed to for the victory. She pushed again and even though she was still winning by a lot it hurt her bicep with that push. Kim still kept her arm exactly where it was and she didn't look like she was feeling the same pain that Vicky was. Vicky pushed again and when it still didn't do any good she really had to hide her frustration. When she had pushed Kim's arm down easily to start out, Kim's arm had felt weak, but the more that Vicky pushed with no success, the stronger Kim's arm felt. She pushed again and now her bicep was getting really sore. "Come on, this is so over," Vicky said with a smile that was totally there to mask her frustration. "You haven't moved my arm even an inch this entire time, just give it up already." "I never give up" Kim said. Kim pushed at Vicky's arm and was able to move it up a bit. Even though she only pushed her arm up an inch or two it was extremely frustrating for Vicky that Kim was able to do it at all after Vicky had her arm down that far for so long. Kim pushed again and was able to get Vicky's arm up a little more. Slowly Kim kept pushing and now Vicky wasn't able to stop her. Regardless of whose arm was stronger, at that point Vicky's bicep was in too much pain from everything she had put into trying to win without success. All Kim had to do was push and Vicky's bicep was too sore to stop her. Kim was still moving her arm up slowly and that was just dragging it out. Their arms got to neutral and Vicky could not believe that she was about to lose the advantage. Kim took the advantage and now it was even harder for Vicky to try and stop her. She continued to feel the pain in her bicep as Kim pushed her arm down all of the way. Kim got Vicky's hand a few inches from the ground and Vicky was unable to stop her like Kim had stopped her. Kim pushed Vicky's hand to the ground for the victory. "Heh-heh-huh-huh-huh," Kim laughed with her ditzy laughed. Vicky just looked at her. She looked at the stupid look on her face, her frizzy hair that didn't look like it was well taken care of, and she watched as Kim immediately pulled out a cigarette and lit it. She looked at the torn up jeans she had on that led to her dirty bare feet. Vicky had never felt so frustrated with the world and like a loser right then. She put so much effort into fitness doing yoga a lot and she spent so much time playing tennis to get good - and for what? Two girls that smoked and clearly never worked out had beaten her in arm-wrestling over the past couple of weeks and this hippy girl that smoked and wasn't in any kind of shape had just beaten her in arm-wrestling. Vicky just got up to get herself another drink. She supposed she couldn't be angry at Kim just for beating her but she really wanted to be. Who was this girl that just slid into their group making friends with everyone and beating her in everything? After taking a big swig of her drink and calming down a bit she walked back over to where Kim was. The two guys that were arm-wrestling walked up to the girls. "Saw you two arm-wrestling," one of the guys said to the girls. "Who won?' "Huh-huh, I won," Kim said with her ditzy laugh and she raised her arm up in an arm-wrestling stance. "I kicked her ass." Vicky felt her face get beat red and she wanted to flip out. "Oh shut-up with your dirty feet!" Vicky said totally losing it and Kim looked surprised but she smiled. "Stop trying to act like some earth lover and put some fucking shoes on!" "Huh-huh, what?" Kim said with a little bit of a laugh but she looked like she was ready to defend herself if Vicky was going to put her down like that. "You heard me," Vicky said and she could feel her blood boiling. "Put some damn shoes on!" She gave Kim a good shove which sent her back a few feet and almost knocked her over but Kim was able to keep her balance. "Seriously, don't do that again" Kim said and now she wasn't laughing. "Why, what are you going to do?" Vicky said. Vicky shoved her again but this time since Kim was ready for it she was able to plant her bare feet and she didn't move back at all. Vicky was surprised and then was even more surprised when Kim responded by punching her right in the mouth. Vicky had never been hit in the face before like that and she felt her eyes water up. Even though Vicky had lost to Kim in arm-wrestling she still felt like she was stronger than her over all. But when Kim threw her cigarette butt on the ground and raised her fists to fight some more Vicky raised her fists and looked like she didn't know what she was doing. Feeling that punch in the mouth did not make her feel confident and she did not look like a girl that was ready to fight. Kim still looked like she wanted more and she punched Vicky in the mouth again. Vicky's eyes were full of tears and she really had to work hard not to cry. She threw a punch back at Kim and Kim was easily able to back out of the way. Kim punched her in the cheek. A crowd started to draw around as the two girls continued to box. Not only was Kim a much better fighter than Vicky was with her hands but just like on the tennis court, Kim was moving around a lot better than Vicky was. She punched Vicky a few more times and the only reason that Vicky was able to stay on her feet was because of the fact that Kim was a lot smaller than her. Kim then grabbed the collar of Vicky's shirt and pulled her into her. She put her in a headlock and pulled Vicky's head into her waist. She tightened her arms and Vicky couldn't get out of it. The way Kim was holding Vicky she forced her to look down at her dirty feet. Kim punched Vicky in the face a couple of more times and she started to cry. She couldn't take it anymore. "Let go of me!" Vicky yelled and her yell made it obvious she was crying. She hoped that it would result in one of the guys pulling Kim off of her. "You done?" Kim said and it seemed like no one was going to come help. "Just fucking let go!" Vicky said as she pulled at Kim's arms and still couldn't get free. "See my feet down there?" Kim said. "I'm only going to stop if you kiss my feet." "Fuck that, I'm not kissing your nasty ass feet!" Vicky said still pulling at Kim's arms. "Then I'm not letting go" Kim said and she let out a bit of a laugh. Kim continued to hold Vicky trapped in the headlock. She didn't punch her anymore but it was really starting to hurt Vicky's neck and the humiliation of being trapped like that in front of everyone upset her as much as anything. She tried harder to get free and when she still couldn't she felt like she had no other choice. "Fine, I'll kiss your fucking feet!" Vicky said. "Let's just get this over with." Kim grabbed Vicky by the hair and forced her face towards her feet. Kim bent down and Vicky looked at those dirty feet right in front of her. Kim pushed her head in more and now Vicky could smell her feet. They definitely had a stench to them but smelling them was actually more embarrassing than it was gross for her and they didn't smell awful surprisingly. "Go ahead," Kim said. "Kiss them all over if you are going to make fun of them. "Heh-heh-huh-huh." Vicky got to kissing her feet and it was so incredibly humiliating. Her feet were dirty and they were also very rugged from Kim walking around barefoot all of the time. However, being so close to them, Vicky could tell that they were still girly feet and that they probably would be kind of cute if Kim actually took care of them. After Vicky had done it for a minute or so Kim finally let go. Kim looked at Vicky with a serious look but then looked at some of the others and laughed. She pulled another cigarette out of her pocket and lit it up. Vicky just had to sit there and deal with the humiliation. Vicky just wanted to go home but she figured she'd look like even more of a wimp if she left at that point. Luckily there was beer there and she drank plenty of that to make her forget about what had happened. When the night wrapped up everyone started to go home and Vicky didn't want to say goodbye to anyone. She began walking off on her own. "Bye Vicky," Kim said as Vicky walked away and Vicky ignored her. "Bye Vicky!" Kim said again like she wanted a response and then took a couple of steps towards Vicky like she might beat her up again if she didn't respond. "Bye" Vicky said and she felt so embarrassed that she was forced to say that. **Email ajbrown2005@yahoo.com if you would like more information on my Custom Stories**
