Jenny's Close Call Jenny beats up Al and Luis Al Burton was standing on the balcony of his hotel room, watching the sailboats head in at the end of the day. He put down his scotch and water, and glanced at his watch. The time was 6:00 PM. He called out to Luis Alvarez, who was watching television in the living room of their suite. " It's time for us to start moving. We'll go have dinner, then take care of business." Al and Luis were hitmen. They had been brought in to take care of a witness who had seen Miguel Rodriguez, the current drug kingpin in South Florida, execute his leading competitor. Miguel had thought that everything had gone smooth as silk What he did not know at the time was that there had been a witness to the murder. The day after the killing, Jenny Matthews had come forward and told the Miami police that she had seen and heard the whole thing. She had been coming out of her gym, which was in a part of town that you would not expect someone like Jenny to be in. She was across the street and had been surprised then revolted by what she saw and heard. Jenny had been to this run-down gym instead of in one of the bright, spacious suburban locations, because in addition to weight training and aerobics, this particular establishment also specialized in boxing and martial arts training. Currently Jenny was taking boxing lessons, and a "street survival" course taught by an ex-Green Beret officer. This course did not emphasize any single form of martial arts, but a combination of many, aimed at making the student able to disable the opponent and get to safety. Jenny also loved working out with weights. Her blonde hair, attractive face she felt were enhanced by the muscular body she had developed. Most people who knew her were unaware of any of this activity, because in her job as a CPA with one of the big six accounting firms she always wore business suits that covered up her powerful body. The police department immediately decided that Jenny had to be protected. Miguel Rodriguez had a reputation for having witnesses who were set to testify against him disappear without a trace. This was their big chance to put him away for a long time, and they were determined to take every precaution. Jenny was taken to a safe house in a residential neighborhood in South Miami. The only time she left was to meet with the prosecutors to discuss her testimony in the case. The DEA also was informed that this witness could put this high powered drug dealer away for ever. That is where the problem started. A DEA agent on Rodriguez's payroll heard about this witness. After many phone calls and by calling favors owed to him by police officers he was finally able to find out where Jenny was being hidden. He also found out that in the beginning, four officers were assigned to guard her around the clock, but as time wore on and no attempts were made on her life, they assumed that no one knew the location of the safe house. The last week, the number of officers assigned to this duty had been reduced to two per shift. Al and Luis planned to make their hit just before the change in shifts. They figured that the officers on duty would be tired and less attentive at the end of their shift. They first enjoyed a fine dinner at Joe's Stone Crabs, a landmark restaurant in Miami Beach, and at 10:00 PM They arrived at the house about twenty minutes later. The carefully searched the whole street to make sure that all they would have to deal with would be the two detectives in the house. They found nothing that would indicate that any other police officers were in the area. They walked back to their car and got their weapons. With night vision binoculars they had been able to find out that both officers were in the living room of the house, watching television. Jenny was not visible, so they assumed that she was in one of the bedrooms. By circling the house again, they could see into two of the bedrooms. She was not in either of them so they decided she was in the master suite. Since both officers were in the living room, they decided to both go through the front door. They would take out the cops first, then find the witness. Using C4 explosives they set the charge on the door. When it detonated, the door blew off the hinges, and both men carrying automatic weapons charged through the door. The police officers were just starting to move when Al and Luis arrived in the living room. They never had a chance. The automatic weapons cut them down. The two killers then started to search for their next victim, Jenny. They found her trying to unlock the sliding glass door that lead to the pool area. When she saw the two men with their guns pointed at her she stopped and turned around. She was still wearing her business suit, but she had taken the jacket off. She still had on the skirt and her high heels. After staring at Jenny for a full minute, Al said "Let's get this over with ", and raised his weapon to fire. Luis, however, had other ideas. " Take a look at her Al, why don't we have a little fun before we finish her off." Al took a second look. What he saw was a young woman who even though frightened, was gorgeous. She might be a little on the large side, but gorgeous nonetheless. "Hey Al, she's a looker. Why don't we have some fun before we finish her off." said Luis. Al said "That's a good idea. Honey, if you take care of us right we'll make this painless. Give us trouble and it will be very painful. Your choice." Al put down his gun, and walked over to Jenny. He reached out and grabbed her breast. Then he started to unbutton her blouse. Jenny knew the only chance she had was to go along with them until she had a chance to try to escape. Slowly a plan started to formulate in her mind. The two things she remembered from her training sessions were surprise is on your side, and try to neutralize the most dangerous opponent first. Since Luis was the only one armed at the moment he was the most dangerous. As Al continued to take off her blouse, she had turned so that her back was to Luis. She continued to allow Al to force her backward until she was very close to Luis. Suddenly Jenny whirled around and drove her knee into Luis' groin. As he started to fold up her other foot snap kicked the weapon out of his grasp. She drove one more knee into Al's damaged groin, and he rolled into a ball on the floor. He would be no trouble for a while. This had all happened so quickly, that Luis was just standing there with a look of amazement on his face. Then he yelled in anger "Now you will die very slowly, bitch". He pulled a large switchblade from his pocket and flipped it open. Jenny was now too angry to be frightened any more. As Luis lunged for her with the knife in his right hand, Jenny slid to her left and the thrust missed her. While Luis' arm was still extended from the knife thrust, she grabbed it and drove her knee into his extended arm. The crack was audible as the arm broke. Luis screamed in pain and dropped the knife. For the first time Jenny spoke. "I was just going to try to get away, but now you are going to have to pay for trying to cut me." , she said. Before Luis could recover Jenny smashed her right fist squarely into his nose. There was another audible crack as the cartilage broke. Blood started to pour down his face and on to his shirt. Jenny was just warming up. Next her left blasted into his right eye, and it started to swell and close. A powerhouse right to his jaw put Luis down. While he crawled around on the floor trying to get his bearings, Jenny finished the job Luis had started by removing her blouse. "I don't want to get any more blood on this." she said. "Your blood, of course". She then reached down and hauled Luis to his feet. Holding him up with her left hand she wound up with her right and buried it in his belly. He started down again, but her grip on his shirt held him up. Three more times she ripped her big right fist into his sore belly before letting him fall to the floor. Jenny heard a noise behind her and looked around. Al was beginning to stir and move around. "Time to finish you off so I can play with your little friend" Jenny told Luis. One more time she dragged him to his feet. When she released him Luis staggered and would have fallen had Jenny not grasped the front of his shirt and held him up. Jenny pulled back her powerful right fist one more time and wound up for her biggest punch of the fight. It smashed Luis' jaw with tremendous velocity. He flew over backwards as a spray of blood came out of his mouth. He was out before he hit the floor. Al had almost made it to his feet when Jenny turned. He got a real look at her for the first time. With her muscles pumped up from her fight with Luis she was an awesome sight. She flex her huge biceps for Al and said "OK, killer, let's see how good you are without your gun and your buddy. He must be tired, because it looks like he is going to be asleep for a long time." Before Al could react Jenny's foot powered by her now massive quads whipped into his groin again. Al moaned and started to go down. Jenny caught him. "I think your face needs some work so both of you can have the same look." Her first punch was a vicious right straight to his mouth. Blood sprayed and a tooth was imbedded in his lip. Jenny's anger started to build all over again as she thought what these two bums meant to do to her. Over and over her hard fist smashed into Al's face changing it to an unrecognizable mass of bruises and cuts. After 15 brutal blows she stopped. Al unbelievably was still conscious, but just barely. Jenny just stood there and glared at him for almost a minute. "I need your mouth open to finish this, and I guess it is up to me to open it." With that statement she buried that terrible right fist up to the wrist in his stomach. Al's feet lifted off the floor and his mouth indeed flew open. Jenny moved back a step and brought an uppercut up from her shoetops crashing under Al's chin. The results were even more devastating with his open mouth slamming his teeth together. As he sailed over backward from the force of this mighty punch, two teeth dribbled out of his mouth and hung down on his chin. He was sprawled on the floor and looked like he would be out for hours. Jenny took one last look at the two killers who had been so confident and cocky only minutes before but were now battered beyond recognition. Finally she picked up the phone to call the police. Mr. Rodriguez would have a real surprise in court tomorrow she thought.
