ROSE Part 8 By alzef It's now been some 7 or 8 months since I last saw Rose. We'd spoken on the phone a few times, but now I'd finally found some time to visit her. About 5 months ago she'd told be that she was giving up competitive bodybuilding and that she was getting really interested in powerlifting and strength shows. Rose told me that she really wanted me to see her train so she could show off the huge amounts she was lifting. We met at her gym and I was shocked to see how bulky she'd become. Her bodyfat was naturally a bit higher than when she was competing but she still looked pretty defined. Rose said she now weighed in at 80kg - pretty big for a girl of 5'7". Her vascularity was still impressive and she was still hard as rock. She gave me a big bear hug when we met that just about squeezed the life out of me! Rose told me that she was doing chest today. When I first got Rose interested in weight training she could barely bench 40kg, so I was pleasantly surprised to see her now benching over 100kg. Rose did a quick warm-up set with 60kg, but then she quickly upped that weigh to 120kg, cranking out 8 reps. Her chest and arms were starting to look really pumped, and thick veins were now clearly visible all down her arms. She did some stretches and as always her thick nipples were straining against her workout top. Rose told me to add another 20kg to the bar as she settled in for another set. Her huge shoulders dwarfed the bench as she lay down. I was amazed to see Rose lift 140kg so easily. She did another 8 reps, smooth and controlled as anything. As she re-racked the weight I asked her what her max was. She replied that it was about 160kg, and that was what she was going to lift next. I put the extra weight on the bar as Rose again settled on the bench. She took a few deep breaths, each one causing her top to strain under the pressure of her huge chest. Her inch long nipple made small tents in the fabric as she gripped the bar. Rose lifted the bar off the rack and lowered it to her chest slowly, before bringing it back with perfect form. She completed 3 more reps in the same manner, but on the 5th she started to struggle. With the bar across her chest she let out a huge groan, willing herself to one more rep. Rose got the bar up and held it aloft for a moment, enjoying her victory over the weight, before re-racking it. She then stood up and squeezed her pec muscles to the max, making her muscle cleavage highly visible. The whole vision was topped off by small streams of sweat dripping down her muscular body. Rose then gave me a very special display - pumping her pecs like twin pistons. I'd never seen Rose do this before, but she was pumping her two meaty pecs like a pro. Her pec-dancing was right up there with Christa Bauch's! After her chest workout Rose told me that there was one more thing she wanted to show me. Rose walked over to the squat rack and proceeded to load the bar. Last time I saw Rose squat she lifted 220kg, so I was not surprised to see her still stacking plates on after 200kg - impressed but not surprised! What did surprise me though was how far past 200kg she went - Rose loaded the bar to 250kg! Rose asked me to spot her as she positioned herself under the bar. She lifted the weight off the rack with a grunt and started her steady descent. I was torn between watching her magnificent glutes or watching her quads in the mirror. In the end I couldn't take my eyes off the sight of her bulging quads. Her huge quads and calves dwarfed her knees, with huge slabs of feminine muscle flare out. Her quads were looking even bigger than in her bodybuilding days. I guessed that they were probably pushing 28". Rose managed 4 clean, full reps before re-racking the huge weight. "Well, what do you think of that?" she asked. As always, Rose had left me speechless. (c)2005
