Rose Part 5 By alzef c 2004 Rose now out-measured me everywhere except our arms, which were about equal, so if she wanted to be worshipped I wasn't going to knock her back (not that I would anyway). She was now much stronger than me too, and even in our arms that measured the same she would beat me easily. Rose stood before me now just wearing a pair of shorts, her magnificent upper body exposed. She grabbed my head and thrust it between her 26" thighs and slowly turned on the pressure. From her groans I could tell that she was enjoying her display of power as much as I was, if not more. After a minute she released me and quickly removed her shorts and g-string and put my head back between her thunderous thighs, shoving my face into her sweet smelling pussy. I took the invitation and started licking her clit. She ordered me to lick harder and soon I tasted her first flow of juices. Rose started pulling on her large nipples and soon they were fully erect and I was astounded at their size - they must've been nearly two inches long and about 3/4" across. Thick veins criss-crossed her powerful arms and as her 45" chest expanded with each breath it looked as though her top would give way. Again, Rose wasn't wearing a bra and her nipples looked as though they'd pop right through her shirt. Rose did some impressive lifts including barbell curls with 165lbs. After an incredibly intense arm workout Rose flexed her right bicep for me to measure again. This time it came in fully pumped at 16 1/8"! I couldn't believe it. This girl who I met as a skinny high schooler now had bigger biceps than me. Not only that, but the pump of her workout had added nearly 3/4" to her bicep measurement. Rose had a quick breather before offering me her calves to measure cold. They came in at an impressive 17". Rose hit her calve workout with the same vigour that she did her biceps. Seeing her in action it was little wonder she had made such serious gains over the last 21 months or so. After lifting incredible amounts with her calves, Rose again let me measure them. They were now an amazing 17 5/8". Measuring this muscle goddesses' muscles was turning me on and I think Rose was even turning herself on. The following day was the last day of my visit and I was really hoping to see Rose's amazing quads in action. I was in luck - it was quad and back day. I was a cool morning and Rose arrived at the regular time wearing a tracksuit and her shoulder length hair was pulled back in a pony-tail. I was praying that once we got going she would take her tracksuit off and I wasn't disappointed. As soon as we entered the weight room Rose took off her track-top and pants revealing the shortest, tightest pair of shorts imaginable, and a backless workout top. Above and below her knee Rose's leg muscles flared out - huge calves and huge thighs - tapering back to her tiny waist which rippled with muscle and her round, rock-hard glutes were only partially covered by her shorts. Rose had again brought her tape measure and instructed me to measure her thighs. Cold (but still rock hard) her thighs measured 26". Rose started her quad workout with a set of 60kg squats to warm-up. I watched her thighs bulge as they straightened each time. Rose then got into the serious stuff. She loaded the bar to 160kg to start her pyramid. She did a set of 10 deep squats with that weight before upping the bar to 180kg. At 200kg she asked me to spot her and as she positioned herself under the bar she pulled her shorts up, fully exposing her muscular glutes. Even though she asked me to spot, Rose coped easily with the weight for her 6 reps and put the bar up to her final weight of 220kg. All I could do was stand and stare as this young muscle girl squatted 80kg more than I ever had. After that we moved to the leg extension where Rose lifted the whole stack with another 20kg added. Her thighs looked ready to explode on each rep and I could each part of her quadricep straining. After that she moved to the leg press and I was sure it was just to show off. Rose started loading the machine with 20kg plates, putting 12 on each side. With the machine itself, that took the total weight she was pressing past 500kg! Rose squeezed out three reps before locking the weight and re- flexing for me to measure. I wrapped the tape around her thigh to find that her pump had added 1 1/2" to her quads taking them to 27 1/2". Rose then moved to her back workout, pulling amazing amounts of weight on each exercise. Her lats looked as though they would clean rip through the thin strap holding her workout top in place. Her lats were like wings of rippling muscle. After her back work Rose let me measure her biceps again. After her biceps workout the previous day they measured 16 1/8", and today they came in over 16" again. Thick veins were clearly visible across her mountainous peaks and her chest still strained against her top. Sadly I had to go home that afternoon. The weather had warmed up a bit after a cool start to the day, and Rose wore a sleeveless shirt to drive me to the airport.
