Rose Pt 4 By alzef, (c) 2004 I knew that Rose's muscle gains would probably shock me even more the next time I saw her, and I was eager to see her again as soon as possible. Unfortunately I became very busy with work for the 4 months following my previous visit and I couldn't even make time for a quick trip one weekend. Finally I managed to keep a long weekend clear and went to visit Rose. Rose had the most of the long weekend free too, and I was looking forward to spending lots of time appreciating her muscular physique. Rose met me at the airport on a chilly Saturday morning. Rose greeted me with a big hug and I could tell that she was big and very hard, but she was wearing jeans and a bulky jumper, so I couldn't really tell exactly what kind of condition she was in. Rose said she hadn't done her workout yet and she invited me to come along and I jumped at the chance. We dropped my suitcase off at my parents' house and I quickly got changed. Rose had her gym bag in the car already, so we headed straight for the gym. As we drove Rose told me how she had been bulking-up. She said she was still in off-season shape and still growing. She wouldn't tell me her current measurements but she did say that in the last four months she'd gone from 70kg to 75kg and her body-fat was still the same. When we arrived at the gym Rose went off to change so I went straight to the cardio area and hopped on one of the bikes. After about 4 minutes Rose came in and I got one hell of a shock. I'd anticipated that she would be bigger than last time I saw her but I was not prepared for her mass. Rose was wearing a short, tight-fitting pair of workout shorts and a rather brief workout bra that showed off her abs. Even though she was "off- season" she still showed significant definition in her abs. Her shoulders were broad and her lats flared, tapering down to her waist. Her thighs looked as though they would blow her shorts apart as soon as she flexed and her calves were better than ever. It was obvious that since I last saw her, Rose had worked hard on her triceps and back. They had previously been a bit behind the rest of her body, but she now sported a pair of horse- shoe tri's and some serious lats. Rose informed me that today was chest day. She still had nice round C-cup breasts and her pecs seemed to be making them more and more prominent, even as she lost breast size (they were formerly a very full D-cup, virtually a DD), so I was looking forward to a good workout. We started with a warm-up on the bench press, both using just the bar for a set of 15. As Rose did her set I wondered how much she'd be benching now. Rose maxed out at 40kg the first time she benched but since then had been lifting seriously for nearly 2 years. I thought maybe she'd be benching about 70kg, so I got quite a shock when she got up and loaded the bar to 90kg! I hadn't been going to the gym that much in the last 2 years and knew that this would really test me. I got settled under the bar and took a couple of deep breaths. I struggled to get the weight off the rack smoothly and barely managed to get 8 reps out. Rose gave me a teasing smile as I got up. She sat on the end of the bench, focussing herself, before getting in position. She grabbed the bar and lifted it easily, doing slow, smooth reps, getting a maximum pump each time. I watched from my spotting position as the veins in her arms and chest became noticeable. On each rep she lowered the bar so it just touched her nipples and after 5 reps I could see her large nipples pushing against her top. Rose's large muscles easily coped with the weight and she gently re-racked the weight after 10 reps. Rose stood up and removed the 15kg plates from each side leaving the bar at 60kg. I let out a relieved little sigh and Rose flashed another teasing smile as she grabbed two more 20kg plates, taking the bar up to 100kg. Even when I'd lifted regularly 100kg was the most I'd do for reps. I decided to let Rose go alone on this set and spotted her again (not that she needed it). It seemed that her chest was expanding with each rep, more and more blood rushing to her muscles. I was in awe as this 22 year-old muscle girl benched the 100kg weight 10 times. Rose stood up and started flexing her chest in front of the mirror. Her side chest pose was simply awesome - her gigantic bicep peaks complementing her huge chest and her big round delts. Rose then brought her hands together in front of her chest, squeezed and leant forward, showing off her muscular cleavage. A line where her two striated pecs met was clearly visible. The rest of our workout continued in much the same manner - Rose out- lifting me on every exercise and her chest getting more and more pumped. When we finished Rose quickly showered and changed and we drove back to her place. She made herself a protein drink and we sat down on her couch. Rose was wearing a t-shirt that clung to her muscular frame. I could tell that she wasn't wearing a bra underneath but her pecs thrust her breasts forward and her large nipples were erect. Rose grabbed the measuring tape she'd left on the coffee table and flung it at me. She started pumping up her biceps, repeatedly flexing each of her granite peaks. Rose's sleeves were being stretched by her thick biceps and triceps and I was surprised that they didn't just give way. Finally she rolled up her sleeves and presented a fully flexed left bi to me to measure. I wrapped the tape around her arm and tried to get an accurate measurement, but as I did Rose squeezed extra hard, stretching the tape another 1/4", bringing it to just over 15 3/4". When I'd first measured her biceps about 21 months earlier they were only 12". I couldn't believe she was making such strong and consistent gains. Rose then stood up and started pumping up her calves. Her calves were simply amazing. She'd always had nice calves, but now they were huge and full. Since she started lifting Rose had added 2 3/4" to her calves and they were now 17 1/4"! We then moved on to her quads. Even when I first met Rose as a 13 year-old at our high school she had defined quads, but back then they were skinny runners legs. Now she had thighs of absolute power and strength. Rose pulled up her shorts and flexed her quads a few times, before treating me to an impressive hamstring flex. She returned to her quads and I measured them at a mighty 26", up 5" from her first measurement. I then measured her tight waist, and was surprised that it still held the 26" that it measured at when she was just skinny. The fact that her thighs were now as big as her waist really turned me on. Rose grabbed the bottom of her t-shirt and pulled it straight off. I looked up from where I was kneeling on the floor and my jaw dropped. Her breasts were perfect C-cups. No surgeon could have achieved what her genetics and weight-lifting had, and even in off-season shape her abs were defined. "I think there's one measurement you missed," she said as she flared her amazing lats and thrust her chest out. My hands were shaking as I wrapped the tape around her chest, settling it on her chocolate coloured nipples. With her huge pecs and lats and her large breasts the measurement came in at 45"!
