Rose Pt 2 By alzef © 2004 I've just returned home from a visit to my family interstate and while there I ran into my friend Rose. We met purely by chance in the supermarket and she invited me to come round and check out her new house, which was just around the corner from where I was staying. When I arrived Rose was wearing an old pair of jeans and a loose shirt but she still looked fantastic. We got talking about this and that, catching up on the news from each other when Rose mentioned that she'd started going to the gym and lifting weights. A few years earlier when I'd suggested to Rose that she join a gym she had been dismissive of it saying she didn't want huge bulging muscles or anything (typical chick response), but now she started telling me how much she was enjoying feeling her muscles harden and grow. She said she'd only been lifting for a month or so and that she'd only really done leg and ab work so far, but she was keen to learn some exercises for the rest of her upper body. Rose had always had strong legs from her years as a runner so I imagined that she'd probably be lifting some decent amounts there. She'd told me that she'd added 3kg's in the last month and that her abs were already becoming more defined. I offered to give her some tips for upper body exercises and we arranged to meet at her gym the on Monday at about 9 o'clock as she didn't have to work until the afternoon. I could hardly sleep that night as I thought about the prospect of Rose developing big muscles. When I finally got to sleep I dreamt about making love with her and the next thing I knew my alarm went off and it was 8am. I quickly got changed, had some breakfast and drove to the gym, not wanting to be late. I arrived in the gym car park at 8:55 and walked in to find Rose already waiting for me in the foyer. She was wearing grey, loose fitting sweat pants and a zip-up top. Her shoulder length hair was in a ponytail and I could smell her perfume faintly against a background of sweaty bodies. We entered a near empty weight room - most of the pre-work crowd were gone and the mid-morning crew wouldn't be in for a bit yet. We started with a light warm-up on the rowing simulator before moving to the free weights section. As I was going to be around for a few days we decided to spread the "lessons" over a couple of sessions. We started off looking at chest exercises. Rose and I walked over to the bench press area and I demonstrated the proper technique for her with just the bar, before showing her some related stretches. Rose then lay down on the bench and proceeded to bench the 20kg bar very easily for 12 reps. She then got up and did some stretches which thrust her 14D breasts to the fore. I loaded the bar to 80kg for myself and did a set, then unloaded it to 30kg, thinking this would probably push Rose a bit. Rose settled down on the bench, checked her grip and pumped out another 12 reps, only slowing her rhythm on the last couple. For her next set I put the bar up to 40kg, and this proved to be about her limit for now, but I gave her some tips to help her get that higher. We then moved on to incline and decline bench, where Rose almost matched her flat bench weight, before looking at some cable exercises and flys. All this took a bit over an hour and Rose was still going reasonably strong but we both had other appointments to make that day so we left it at that. On the way out Rose told me that she felt really great after that workout, like she had a great pump. She said her sleeves were even feeling a bit tighter. At that point she rolled up her sleeve and gave a little flex, inviting me to feel her hardness. It was very hard and pumped, but sadly lacking in size. We agreed to meet at the same time tomorrow to do some biceps work. The next morning we met again at 9am and Rose told me that she felt like she had a pump for the previous day. We moved straight to the dumbell and barbell racks and I showed Rose a variety of movements, including preacher curls. I also showed her a couple of cable exercises I knew that targeted the muscles from a slightly different angle. After a couple of exercises, Rose unzipped her top to reveal a tight workout singlet underneath. I could see straight away that her arms were getting pumped, and veins were coming to prominence on her tanned skin. The next day Rose had to travel for work so on Thursday we met to do some back and triceps work and on Friday I showed her some shoulder exercises. We set up a basic programme for her that would help her gain some muscle and strength without becoming overly bulky and I gave her a few pointers on diet.
