Michelle By alzef This is the true story of my encounters with my high school friend Michelle. My friend Michelle has probably the best pair of calves I've ever seen. I know that's a pretty big call to make, but Michelle's calves, well heck, her whole body, was something else. Michelle had been doing gymnastics since she was about 5 years old and had been a state rep, so by the time I met her as a teenager you can imagine she was in pretty good shape. She was about 12 or 13 years old when I met her, and puberty hadn't really hit her yet - as is the case with many gymnasts - but she already had a killer pair of legs. At that age I guess her calves were around 14" but it was hard to tell much else under her school uniform. Occasionally I'd get a glimpse of her small but firm biceps when she had her jumper off in summer, but at that stage her calves were the main attraction. Over the next few years though, she continued to play a lot of sport - netball, tennis, indoor soccer, and still her gymnastics - and her muscles developed nicely with time. On top of this, Michelle was beautiful - wavy, long brown hair, nicely tanned skin, and beautiful eyes and smile (though I didn't see much of that back then as she had braces). By the time Michelle was 15 she was a stunner. She'd had her braces removed and her body had developed to its potential. Her calves must have been around the 16" mark and her breasts had started to develop properly and she was now a full B-cup. That I year I also had the pleasure of being in Michelle's PE class. Actually I was very lucky that year in being one of only 4 guys in a class of 20, but the only girl I had eyes for was Michelle. The warmer months that year were heaven for me as Michelle started wearing shorts in PE, showing off not just her calves, but also a considerable pair of thighs. She had a very noticeable tear-drop, and quite a good quad sweep to boot. My guess was her thighs were around 22- 23" - not bad as she was fairly short, maybe 5'3" or so. Our class spent a lot of time just playing soccer and basketball and stuff, so I'd always try and be on the opposite team and then match-up on Michelle. The only problem was that I was the tallest guy and she was one of the shortest girls so I was often pushed to match-up on Rachel, who was 6'1" (perhaps more on her in another tale ... ). However through all this Michelle never showed more than a passing interest in me until about 2 years later, when we were at college. I hadn't seen Michelle for at least a year until one night she was a spectator at an indoor soccer game I was playing in. It was a hot night and Michelle was wearing a very short pair of shorts and a loose long- sleeve top and she looked spectacular. I knew she must have been lifting some weights, as she had more than gymnast's muscles. She looked like she'd grown a little taller too - maybe 5'4" or even 5'5". Her hair was pulled back in a pony-tail and she was as pretty as ever, but it was still her legs that warranted the most attention. Her thighs were now pushing 26" and her calves looked to be well past 17" and to cap it off she was starting to show some nice vascularity in her quads and calves. We got talking after the game and I asked if she was still doing gymnastics, and she said she was just doing some coaching now and had taken up weightlifting after injuring her shoulder. We talked a little more, but I had to fill in for another team that night, so I asked if she'd like to meet for coffee one day. To my surprise she agreed and we arranged to meet a couple of days later. Michelle was already at the café when I arrived and she was wearing 3/4 length pants that were way too tight around her thighs, and a loose fitting t-shirt. For the first time I noticed Michelle's upper body. Her forearms were showing considerable muscle - I guess they were about 13" - and some serious veins. As we were talking she's flex and relax her forearms a lot and I'm sure it was for my benefit. We hit it off really well - she was a lot funnier and clever than I remember, though she was very quiet for most of high school. She was still a little shy but after a bit we started talking about weightlifting, wrestling and similar stuff and Michelle surprised me by really opening up. She seemed really proud of her lifting and started telling me about her best lifts and I was stunned to hear the weight she was pushing: Bench - 155 pounds Squats - 220 Barbell curls - 90 Leg press 900 and she was using the whole rack to work her amazing claves! I nearly creamed my pants upon hearing these figures, but kept my composure. I told they were some pretty serious weights and that must be developing a nice bit of muscle. This got her going a bit more. She told me how most of the boys didn't like her building such strong muscles and that it was nice to find someone supportive. Michelle then asked if I'd like to see some more of her muscles. I just about passed out. Naturally I replied "yes" and she said we should go somewhere a little more private. We decided to go back to my house as it was only 10 minutes walk away and there wouldn't be anyone home. On the walk home I'd occasionally lag behind Michelle so I could watch her calves bulging in her 3/4 length pants. It was amazing that she didn't split them wide open. Once inside Michelle rolled up her sleeves and flexed her sizeable biceps. She asked me if I had any weights or something heavy and suitable that she could use to help her get a pump, so I rushed to my room and grabbed a pair of dumbells that I had under my bed. They were 20's and Michelle was happy to do some pumping and posing for me. She asked me to come and measure her muscles before she got pumped. I grabbed a measuring tape from the sewing kit and started with her forearms - 13" cold. Next her biceps - unflexed12 1/2", flexed 13 1/2". Then on with her magnificent legs. Her thighs were 24 1/2" relaxed, then she flexed them incredibly hard and I could see each muscle clearly. I adjusted the tape and it read 25 1/2". Finally her incredible calves. Michelle took her sandals off and stood flat on the floor. My hands were trembling slightly in anticipation as I looped the tape around the calves I'd longed to measure for so many years. Relaxed, they came in at 17 1/4" and then she stood up on her toes and expanded them to their fullness 17 3/4". I ran my index finger around the steep ridge at the bottom of her split, diamond shaped calves. I was in heaven. Michelle then grabbed the dumbells and started pumping up her beautifully peaked biceps. I watched as the veins in her forearms became prominent. She pumped out 20 reps on each arm then carefully put the weight down and rolled up her sleeve. What had been hard but smooth biceps 5 minutes ago, were now pumped, hard and vascular. The vein down the middle of her bicep was huge. Michelle asked me to come and measure her arms again now they were fully pumped. I pulled out the tape measure and measured her pumped biceps at 14 1/2". She then picked up the weights and went to the stairs. She told me to stay at the bottom and she went to the 4th step, balanced herself with her toes at the edge and pumped up her mighty calves. About 1- reps in I heard a little tearing noise and a giggle from Michelle. I realised then that she'd worn those pants for a reason. After about 40 reps she stopped, came down a couple of steps and presented them to me. I couldn't believe it. Here was a girl, all of 5'5", with 18 1/4" calves. Michelle stayed a couple of steps up and continued pumping her bulging calves, letting me feel them as she moved up and down. After that we moved back to the lounge and she took off her shirt and pants and stood before me in her sports bra and tiny training shorts. She gave me a little demonstration of her pecs, making her very full and round B cup breasts bounce up and down. Then Michelle started rolling her hips sexily, making her abs dance. She had a perfect six-pack, each muscle perfectly defined and shrink wrapped in her beautifully tanned skin. She then thrust out her right thigh and shook her giant quads before flexing them so hard it looked like her skin could barely contain her power. Michelle moved towards me and pushed me down onto the couch, hopped into my lap and started flexing her fantastic biceps right in front of my face. She grabbed my hand and placed it on the peaked muscle as she flexed it over and over. As she did this, she slowly wrapped her powerful thighs around me, then all of a sudden she squeezed me so hard that I thought I would be sick. Michelle leaned forward and whispered in my ear "this is just to let you know who is in charge ... but I know this is what you were after anyway." I put my hands on her thighs as she continued to squeeze and could feel every muscle fibre straining against my ribs. Then, as suddenly as she started, she stopped. I breathed out heavily, and she smiled that beautiful smile at me: "So, do you want to see how strong my arms are?" To be continued ... (c) alzef 2003
