A Little Hungry 3 It's escape, or capture. By GhenKai, Kaiokibuto@hotmail.com The two SWAT team members slowly made their way down the towering isles of boxes of cereals, cautiously looking about for anything suspicious, listening closely for anything, and everything. They saw nothing at the end of the isle, but that doesn't mean their prey might not be hiding around the side, waiting for right moment to strike. Halfway through the isle, they heard barely a sound, but it was something to be cautious of. But seeing nothing behind, infront, or above them, they continued. Until they heard it again. And this time, a touch louder than before. They soon found out what it was, as the isles of boxed breakfast made the sound of shrieking metal, boxes shuddering atop their posts. It continued, and another after another began to rain down upon them from the highest counters above as it became more and more obvious what was happening, despite their disbelieving minds. It became clear when boxes and boxes of cereal began to pour down from the rows as the isle itself seemed to lean towards them... thus, burying and entrapping them under boxes and boxes of cereal, and the heavy metal of the isle itself pinning the two SWAT down to top it off. The hybrid, almost nude, female wolfcreature grinned at her handiwork, but then sighed. "Being around all this food is making me hungry...." Her ears twitched as she listened to the footsteps converging on her point. Her grin widened, showing her gleaming sharp teeth. "Gotta admit, I haven't had this much excitement in a long while..." She looked around thinking on which way to go from here, but she underestimated the speed of the SWAT, as one after another, they cut her off at all points of escape in the isles. Altogether there were 8 of them in the four-way intersection, each with their guns trained and aimed on her. Her earlier grin soon turned to a frown as she gritted her canine teeth in frustration. One spoke into his communicator, giving a briefing of the current situation. "We have her cutoff on all sides! Orders?" She could make out through the muffled and almost silent garbling of the man on the other side of the radio telling them to attack and stun the creature. "Yes sir! Alright tr--!!" He cut his sentence short when suddenly saw the huge wolfwoman vault high into the air, sailing backwards in a graceful flip, which carried her atleast 60 feet, and right behind two of the SWAT members who watched widemouthed the whole time. She landed in a delicate crouch on the balls of her furred feet, though that didn't stop the floor from slightly cracking underneath with the 'thump' sound that was made during her landing. Quickly, the two twisted around as to give themselves some space and fire on their furry target, but it was much too late. Grabbing the two by their head, she slammed them into eachother with a sickening whack. Both groaned painfully and fell to the floor in a heap, outcold. They were very lucky they wore helmets. "Stop her!" One yelled as he open fired a shot; since the two victims were lying on the floor, the large wolfwoman made for a rather large target. But, not an easy one. She leaned over to the side just enough that it sailed past her furry large bicep of an arm; she could narrowly feel the wind of it's passing through her thick fur it was so close. The other beside him soon fell in line, aiming his rifle and firing off a couple of shots, but a moment too late. The brown furred woman lunged and dove to the side, disappearing around the side of the isle, the darts making a 'thwack' as they hit the wall. "Keep her in your sights! Don't let her escape!" The seeming leader of the group yelled, all obeying and quickly moving to reacquire their quick brown target. "This... is MUCH better than a movie, by the mile!" Bryan peered through the large hole the once woman made earlier on her escape. Both were still in the backroom of the store, despite the now poor lighting that flickered through the room once in awhile from the snapped wires. The two decided it was best for them to stay where they were, to keep an eye on the unconscious workers who they transferred from the cold hard floor to the more comfortable dining seats. "Be careful there," Johnathan warned, "There are broken wires--" "I know, I know, I have two eyes don't I?" His partner teased. Wires which were once in the wall now hung free, draping and wagging with a tiny sparks running through the split tips once in awhile. A thought came across his mind as he stared on at the broken wires and chips of cement... "Just, what is going on....a woman who turns into sometype of giant wolfbeast... the SWAT team... I feel like we're missing a piece of the puzzle, despite how upfront this situation seems..." He looked back at his senior partner, and both couldn't help it as a wide grin began to creep on both their faces... "This will be one to tell the squad!" John said, "And they'd have no choice but to believe it! Even the chief knows!" Bryan chuckled, "Yea, I agree! You getting a girlfriend who can change form at will is DEFINETLY a story everyone wants to hear." John frowned. "I get the feeling your getting at something..." "I wonder how much she eats... no, scratch that, I wonder WHAT she eats," Bryan mumbled aloud, seeming to ignore John's accusations. "And, why does she keep getting so umm... 'fired up' around you?" Bryan looked up, mocking thought for a few moments, "Maybe it's your cologne? Naaaaa-- hey!" He looked at Johnathan abruptly, holding the back of his head where he'd just been smacked. "Stop joking around, you're making me feel uneasy." Though the same idea swam through his own head... why DID she act so...so...URK! He doubled over alittle as an elbow butted his stomach. "Geez, chill out, I kinda wish 'I' was in your situation! She's kinda cute... in both forms..." Bryan felt the sweat form and run down the back of his head, to the crack of his butt as John stared his down with a questionable glare. Wh-what I mean is she doesn't look like those weird, ugly monsters you see in the movies!" Johnatan shrugged. "Well... that much is true..." Both began to take notice of the sounds ringing through the store; gunfire, crashing, bashing, and screams of pain... and wondered which side was winning. They had a good idea which... Meanwhile... The sound of rapid fire rung out as two more SWAT members fired on their target, hitting and exploding various bottles of large soda as they strafed the area. Their wolfen objective was currently bounding back and forth along the tops of the tall isles, sending boxes of cleanser and extra large bottles of Apple Juice falling to she floor below; a very tough bullseye indeed. With a sudden howl, the female creature leapt from the top of the isle she was on, this time coming down onto both of them with a crash, slamming the both of their backs on the floor, her unrelenting hands pinned on their chests. "Hah! Two more do--" "I have her!!" "Oh sh--!!" The blue dressed man began to fire, and the female hopped up, vaulting over an isle one handed the way a boy would hop a fence. Quickly, the man moved to the next isle where he saw her jump to, and shrieked as he saw her coming straight for him, so fast it seemed her feet barely made contact with the floor during the swift travel. She rammed him, smashing the front of her shoulder, and inadvertently a section of her furry basketball breasts, into his face and upper body. He sailed through the air for atleast 20 feet, before gravity took it's toll and pulled him down, rolling across the floor under none of his power and crashing into a fruitstand, spilling a couple of apples and bananas upon him from the hit. His nose ran freely with blood the earlier blow as he lay in a heap. The werewolf looked on at downed SWAT for only for a small moment, before holding up the rifle she snatched from him and casually squeezing her hand down the middle of it. It shattered in two, the whole pieces and the bits and small chunks that made the gun clattering on the floor. "Who's next." She mouthed out... but noticed a tinge in her stomach. Reaching down, she pulled another dart out of her stomach; the SWAT person got a shot in, just before the collision the silky furred brickhouse. Frowning, she crushed the dart and dropped it to the floor with the gun she just destroyed. "That's two... and I think I can feel the effects...but it's nothing I can't handle..." She could feel the darts working, and her body feeling a touch more sluggish then she should feel, but it was going to take much more than that to put her down. She heard before she saw; two more of the dark dressed gunners pop up from around the sides of isles they were near, flanking her on both sides, around 6 isles away. With a groan of annoyance, she made a leap backwards back into the isle which she earlier emerged from, narrowly avoiding the darts that were fired upon seeing her. She twisted around in mid air in a type of sideways flip, as to land facing forward so she could break into a run with the momentum of her leap, but came to a screeching halt when she came breast to face with another SWAT member. She felt another tinge of pain as another dart was lodged into her midsection at pointblank. The firer began to smirk at his handiwork, expecting her to soon fall limp from the dosage, but that never happened. Instead he heard the growing rumbling sound in her throat, that soon came out as howling roar down into his face, and gave a full view of her sharp, canine teeth. "Stop SHOOTING ME THERE!!" She yelled, before swatting the man with her clawed hand out of her way, flying through the air, his back colliding with the counter behind him and causing him to collapse onto floor in a limp heap. He was lucky; if she had backhanded him full force like she was about too, she'd have separated his head from his body. Still, he may be wearing a neckbrace for a long while. Grabbing the dart and crushing it after pulling it out like the ones before, she frowned, and held steady against an isle for support, her clawed fingers digging into the iron as she clutched her hand. She could feel the effects of the combination of the 2 tranqs before, and the last one which pierced her body become alittle more prominent, making her feel alittle exhausted. "Ok... that's THREE....best not to let anymore of those things hit me..." She made up her mind, that she would have to be a much faster and a nimbler target to avoid any more shots landing their mark. Her ears caught the sound of a rifle being cocked...no, two rifles...it was those two again! Turning her head, she saw as the one to her distant left stepped out from around from his corner of the isle, followed by the one on her right emerging as well. Once more she narrowly avoided being pierced by the flying projectiles, ducking back into the isle she was standing in. How many of these people IS there anyway?! She questioned mentally to herself...she was sure she'd knocked out around 8-9 guys by now, but their seemed to be reinforcements... "Enough playing with these guys, time to leave." With a squeak of their boots, her two pursuers came into view of the isle, their guns firing dart after dart at her. They hadn't expected their target to be so agile however; on their arrival she dropped low to the floor, much like a crouch of wolf before pounces. And pounce she did. Lunging up towards the two, her strong furry hands clasped around their throats, making the two SWAT members gawk and choke, dropping their guns as they were lifted into the air. Wasting no time and using her overpowering strength, the over 7 foot were snarled as she drove them down towards the floor, their protected heads crashing against the tiled floor and rendering them unconscious. "Time to head for exit," The tall female beast thought, before she bounded off on all fours in almost a blur of brown and red. "How long is it going to take them?!" The leader of the SWAT stood near the front entrance, his hand was idly tossing his communicator up over and over again as he looked ahead. The vastness of the large store lay before him, and he could hear the occasional sound of gunfire and battle. And from what he could make out from the other sounds he heard; screams of surprise, pain, and the occasional inhuman howls of victory, they were losing. He sighed. "This situation never came up in the manual...OR classes..." Disarm bombs, and take down terrorists, they were trained for. Trying to sedate a supernatural creature on the otherhand, maybe a little out of their league... He wondered if the tranqs in the rifles they had were actually working. The members of his squad right now were some of the best marksmen in the business; he was pretty sure they atleast landed a few shots by now... His mind began to wonder, to his concern of the condition of his men that were deep in the store, trying to take down strange brown furred being. If only they had more time to prepare... he prayed his men were still alive. Giving thought to the situation, he began to decide that it was time to alter strategy... a groggy voice came over his walkman. "S-sir... sh...c-coming your waaay...." The sound of groan came over the comm a moment afterwards, and then the light thumping sound of footsteps approaching could be heard, followed by a animalistic growl, and a crackling sound just before the walkman was overtaken with the screech of the disconnection, blaring into his ears. He resisted the overwhelming desire to throw his own walkman to the floor, clenching it hard within his hand. Thrusting it back into it's holster, he turned to his other recruits, chewing lightly on his lower lip. "Men, get your guns ready." For a long 30 seconds, the sound of guns cocking, locking and loading filled the front section of the store. Making a beeline, 7 foot, 360 pound female werewolf pounced, rammed, punched and kicked her way through the occasional swarms of attacking SWAT. So far she managed to avoid being shot with any more darts, using her quickness and agility to avoid any further punctures on their behalf, and taking down each down with one swift blow each. She wasn't too far off from the front entrance/exit now... "Just around this..." She stopped abruptly, staying behind the isle she was nearing. Her ears twitched as they could make out the faint sounds of clusters of heartbeats, her nose twitched as the smell of humans registered much stronger now. 'They're waiting for me... like I thought, the exits are being guarded by them!' She thought to herself, and then grinned a rather bubbly and happy expression, crossing her arms under her huge bust as she stood up from all fours, her tail wagging lightly due to her moment of happiness... 'Not your average dumb werewolf! But, now what...going out there would just give them a running target...not to say that this target would be very easy to hit, but I'd rather avoid taking anymore of those damn darts... ' She heard an errant sound suddenly come from behind her down the isle, and turned around to see a SWAT member down on the other end, aiming a rifle and taking careful aim with it towards her. "....Uh oh...." She dodged the dart just barely, making a lunge out the way... Out in the opening of the isles, and found atleast 15 rifles trained on her immediately. She froze on spot, like a deer caught in headlights. She frowned, looking over the people infront of her, who were as still as she was. All were introduced to a 7 or so foot taller, muscle laidened, brown furred, red headed, female werewolf's hybrid body. A rather pleasurable conveyance of beast, power and beauty stood before them. She was still adorned in her ragged clothing; her once full length pants, now ripped up, bikini-like dukes still rode her wide strong hips, barely covering her 'special spot'. The small ragged shreds of shirt still hung from her bulky shoulders as well. But they, on the otherhand, did not hide the protruding dark nipples that adorned her bountiful bosoms, or ANY of her bosoms at that. She looked rather edgy about her whole situation, if the tail that twitched behind her stiffly was any indication. ".... So that's her huh?" One mumbled. "She doesn't look as big as it looked in the pictures we saw..." "Aww, how cute...nice doggy... wonder if she knows any tricks..." Another teased under his breath, unbeknownst how acute the large were's ears actually were. 'Yea I know one, how to make your head disappear from your body jerk...' Light mumbles could faintly be made out through the small crowd of SWAT members. It came to a rather abrupt end though, when one of the soldiers, the chief, relaxed his aim, and rested his weapon upon his shoulder. Of course this didn't lighten the situation for her any, for there were still 14 others, locked and ready to fire on her. "Well, this is the creature we've been sent to catch. So, speak up. Can you talk?" The wolfwoman snarled lowly with her glare, but was quickly answered with the sound of guns clatching. She calmed herself for the moment... "Yes. I can talk." She responded, in a rather surprisingly light. but firm voice, a voice that was rather startling to hear in comparison with the guttural animal growl that came from her earlier. The leader, along with others, was rather impressed. That is, further impressed. "Good, good, then maybe we can finish this in a more peaceful manner. Just take a nice nap, and this whole skirmish can be put to rest." "You seem to be really focused on knocking me out..." She responded, the displeasure of this scene still visible on her face. "We're just here to do our job. And our orders were to bring you in sedated, but alive." "And... who ordered you to do this?" The man chuckled lightly. "You'll know soon enough." The female were gritted her sharp teeth... "That doesn't make me feel much better." He shrugged, and his mood suddenly took a darker outlook... "How many of my men did you kill?" "......None of them..." She licked the lips of her short muzzle slowly... "Though I was tempted a couple of times..." His dark look lifted some at those relieving words... "I'm surprised you didn't, But, I am rather grateful. This assignment came rather abruptly for us." She looked on, a touch of confusion crossed her face, one of her long wolf ears which peeked through her mane of hair twitched atop her head idly... "Hey, why are you being so nice all the sudden?" He 'hmphed', and shifted the position of his rifle, resting it in his hands.... "Just showing respect. One of such power like you have deserves it. All these darts have enough tranquilizer to knock out a elephant in one shot. It's surprising you're not out yet... unless my men have worst marksmanship than I thought..." The words he said now were in the back of her mind, as she was now concentrating on hearing and smelling the others around her. Without turning her head, she knew there was now probably three that moved into position directly behind her, far down at the end of the hall of food covered isles. She began to focus her attention on the dark tinted glass exit doors that lay behind the human barricade of SWAT soldiers. "If you can get pass us, then I'd say you deserve your freedom." He brought his gun back up, and began to aim towards her... but was totally startled when she suddenly came charging towards him at incredible speed. Shots rung out as they were fired, but none hit their intended targets as she became airborne, sailing over their heads in a red and brown blur. Their shots were woefully off, try as they might to hit her during her inhuman actions. Coming through her landing on one foot and far behind the backs of the gawking SWAT barricade, she bolted for the doors, crashing through the glass and metal almost like it wasn't there in the first place. Looking behind her from outside the store, she could see them scrambling to follow after her, trying vainly to catch up. The sight made her chuckle alittle as she turned and began to dash away, grinning in victory. "That was rather easier than he made--" A sharp pain ran through her upper arm, alarming her. She could feel something clamped on the arm. Looking down at it, she saw it was a rather strange metal device which looked like an oval cut in half, with sharp large needled edges meant for grasping and hooking deep into one's arm, like the one it was on now. Small rivers of crimson red ran down over her arm like small pools, turning the follicles of fur which it touched in it's path into the same shade. Quickly, she grabbed at the device in an attempt with her clawed hands to pull it off, at which the same time, a whirring sound rung in her ears, obviously coming from the device that had embedded itself onto her arm. Her hand clenched around the device, squeezing, the sound of pops, squeaks, and crunches were made from it as she tried quickly but carefully to remove the machine from her arm. But as the whirring came to it's screeching apex, the sound of thunder burst the rest the glass in the doors behind her, as her body was lit up with electricity. The SWAT who were just making their way through the doors were thrown back into the store, sprayed with pieces of metal and sparkles of glass. Tendrils of lighting crackled and lanced out at the ground, breaking up chunks of it along with the concrete outside walls of the grocery store. She let loose an echoing howl that carried in the winds along with the thunderous roar of electrical power, as it surged from on her arm. Energy lashed out and attacking anything that dared get within a 30-foot range of it. After alittle under half a minute, everything died down. The mechanical piece on her arm popped off and clattered to the ground, totally wrecked and sizzling, some of it even melted. A long moment afterwards and a final whine, the female fell as well a moment afterwards as her ruby red eyes rolled in the back of her head, hitting the charred, cracked, hot concrete limply. Only one person could their voice to speak in the aftermath of the passed eruption. The leader of the SWAT team. Who could only find two words to utter for the whole ordeal... "...M......My God....."
